We hired Quick Quality Fix to do the appliance install for our kitchen remodel -- a double oven, and a side by side built in fridge/freezer with trimkit.Alex arrived on time, hauled the appliances from the garage into the kitchen, and performed the install. He was courteous, careful, and meticulous.Because his helper was out that day, he wound up doing all the work himself, and it took several hours longer than hed original quoted. But he stayed late into the evening until the job was done, and we really appreciated that. Alex didnt want to charge us for the extra time, but we wouldnt have it. He did a wonderful job, and we know his time is valuable. Weve dealt with enough *bad* contractors over the years to value the good ones when we find them. We made sure to compensate him for the extra time, and we were happy to do it.Well definitely use Quick Quality Fix for our appliance needs in the future. You should to!

Called to schedule a fridge repair and over the call he was able to tell me how to fix it myself and save the money for the service since it sounded like it was possible (after he asked me to check for a few things).They answered the call when I called the first time, and was kind and professional and willing to save me money! Very thorough, neat, on time.Job took well longer than he expected, but that didn’t change how meticulous and careful he was to get it done right. My washing machine could no longer drain. I figured it was probably a clogged pipe or a bad pump. Scheduled Alex to come out and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was the pump. He invited me to watch him work and educated me on the process so I could learn. He was able to get a new pump for me the same day and had it fixed. Works great! Price was very fair and Alex was really friendly. Highly recommended!

I was in quite the fix, to put it mildly. I had just bought a new home, and needed the appliances that came with the home uninstalled. Alex was incredibly responsive when I left a message after hours, and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. After my new appliances were scheduled for delivery, I was told by the retailer, they didnt have anyone to install them. So I called Alex once more and he came right away to install my Microwave, Dishwasher and Refrigerator. When it came time to install my new GE Cafe gas range, he discovered a defect and recommended that I call GE right away to have a technician come out. GE ended up having to replace the range, and guess what? They didnt have anyone certified to install the replacement range. So of course, I called Alex again to install the replacement range. He even explained to me how all of the do-hickies worked.Alex is a solid professional with a wonderful personality. His rates are reasonable, and he is very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.

My double wall oven recently stopped working and I contacted Alex based on a recommendation from my sister (he installed hers) and the reviews I saw on Google. Alex showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the model I had was about 12 years old and they no longer manufactured the part I needed which meant I had to purchase a new double oven. I purchased an out of the Box model and due to the initial installation, there was some damage on the side of the model and some of the other dimensions were different which meant it did not fit in my cabinet. Alex was able to get the new oven to fit perfectly. Should I have a need for appliance repair or installation in the future, I will definitely contact Alex.

They took EXTRAORDINARY CARE to make sure the installation of our new dishwasher was precisely right with exact spacing between the counters and exact line up with the top of the counters and spacing from countertop. We didnt even think to ask for that precision - they just did it. The installation required an extra step that they did not anticipate, but they performed that extra step without adding any additional cost to the original estimate (reasonable pricing to start.) They gave us a short (2 hour) arrival window and then called with updates. They took the time to show me how to remove the filter which is a recommended step. Overall - a really great experience. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

I called Quick Quality Fix spoke with the owner(Alex). He was very professional/ Compassionate to our problem. He was at our residence in a timely manner. He showed up, and immediately ran a diagnostic check, determined the problem. Called 2/10 Warrantythey denied the repair. We talked about the best course of action. I ended up paying the deductible. He left the way we started,a handshake and a smile. I did learn 2/10 warranty does not back the customer.

We had to have a dishwasher motor pulled out and cleared due to something which made its way into the system and was causing an obstruction during the drain cycle. I purchased a cooktop and microwave/oven combo from Lowes. They neglected to tell me that the install was not free and had to be scheduled for these type appliances. They contract these services out. The contractor came out and the quote he gave me was over $1000 for these two—the cooktop just dropped in the previous space. Plus, he acted completely puzzled because the new microwave/oven combo was not as tall and cabinet modifications would be required—which we knew—and of course, he could not do. It took them 3 weeks to call me back and schedule. I had the appliances sitting on my floor for over a month! Googled appliance installers, checked these google reviews and found this place and Mr. Alex! What a blessing! Mr. Alex promptly answered the phone and made an appointment with me. He showed up and my husband was there to meet him. He was courteous, knowledgeable and went to work. He was able to install everything perfectly and modify the space around the microwave/oven combo while leaving as small a space as possible at the bottom to be filled with trim of my choice. No problem! He told my husband some tips regarding my new appliances and took a lot of care and time with them, so he wouldn’t damage them. His prices are fair and reasonable—I wouldn’t expect anything less for all the work he did.
