I had a repair through my warrant company. The warrant company send the parts more than a month back and there is some confusion on the parts. Have been calling them for a month now to help resolve the issue and the lady who picks the calls who is very gentle and polite promises every time to fix it and give a call back but it never happens. I have been calling last 1 month and now losing hope if they are staffed to handle these requests.
Gabe at the main number was responsive and helpful. The technician we had (Gary) was courteous, very knowledgeable, and professional. Had to wait a few days for parts, but as soon as they came in, my repair was scheduled and performed very promptly. If I have future needs, Ill be happy to give them a call.
I would like to write a review but they never provided any service. I was referred by a home warranty company. Cabrera never called me, so I had to initiate contact. We eventually set an appointment but they never showed up. I left voicemails and personal messages with no results. I asked for a supervisor to call me, which they never did. The bottom line is they never once called me back or displayed any interest at all in performing any service. They have a young receptionist who is friendly enough, but has clearly not received any kind of training and has no idea what to do.
I requested C&E Appliance Service based upon the referral from my neighborhood. The service person visited my home on 04/19/21 and inspected my Dishwasher, and said wires are shorted and need to change the control board. He took $ 313 in check, and not serviced me. After 2 months of continuous follow ups, I was told that they didnt receive the control board. As per their front office person LISA, I reached out to Electrolux and fixed my Dishwasher. Now I am following up with ALEXIS & GATE to get my refund. Expecting to get my hard earned money as quick as possible.
This company’s customer service is terrible. Do not recommend. A part they serviced last year had already broken. How they have the 4 star review and home advisor is beyond me. The company itself is horrible, the technicians are not at fault ( mostly )They’re also impossible to contact. Email is your best bet. I would go somewhere else though.
Do not use this company! They provided an estimate to me in April and I was told that they needed to order a piece for the dishwasher. August - 4 months later - I did not hear anything back from them. I called to understand what was happening and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me. She made excuse after excuse to why they were late, instead of just saying that they were sorry and explaining the oversight. I asked to speak to the owner and she preceded to tell me that the owner doesnt call customers. What kind of small company is this?4 days later - I called back and got the manager, Gabe. He again made excuses, even saying Oh, you are the woman that was giving my front desk girl a heard time. Gabe called me back a few hours later and committed to getting the repair done a few days later).Here we are, a week after that conversation and the repair still isnt fixed. And the front desk lady, continued to make excuses about why not. Again, asking to speak to the owner, she said they do not do that.To top it off, I paid for part of the repair.
I was having problems With thePower buttonOn my Samsung dryer. Gary came out in the time frame I was promised But Did not have the necessary parts to repair the dryer. The part has apparently been discontinued so They were unable to do the repairs But I was very satisfied With My overall experience with C & E Appliances

I called them to repair my dishwasher. After replacing the dishwasher control board, from next day it was having the same problem. They said they will replace the control board again, but it has been more than 4 months. I keep on calling them but they still haven’t replaced it. When I asked them for refund, the guy who received my call that day he screamed on me and said bad words.
It has been 5 weeks since they said my dishwasher was was shot circuiting because some wire melted and board destroyed. They don’t pick phone, took $300 advance and now nowhere seen. They are cheaters and never use them. They do not diagnose things correctly and I am still fighting with them to get my money back. I do not recommend them. It better to call the original manufacturer itself!!!!!it is not nice to cheat customers in these covid times, no humanity and ethics this company has.
Worst appliance repair company in Charlotte, NC. They charge you a high upfront visit cost ($65) to diagnose the issue. They came to my home and could not diagnose the issue with my over the range microwave oven but charged me upfront for the non-diagnosed issue. Called back in a couple of days and said they think they know how to fix the issue and that I need to pay $225 dollars to order the parts. Once parts arrived, they would called me to schedule the repair. Parts were expected to arrive in a couple of days. I never heard back so after a week I called C&E Appliance Repair and they stated the owner was having trouble locating the parts and did not know when they expected the parts to arrive. I was told I would be called within a week with an update. A week later no call again so I called C&E Repair and I was told that the owner was working my account and that he was a full-time Long Haul Truck driver who was on the road at the moment so they did not know when he would be back in the office. The C&E office would contact the owner and ask him to give me a call to provide an update. After a week again no call or update from the C&E owner. I called C&E a week later and ask them for an update. I was told that the owner was still on the road and they could not provide an update. I asked to cancel the repair request and have my $225.00 refunded to me. They tried to talk me out of canceling but I told them to cancel and refund the $225 that I had prepaid C&E. After I ended the call with C&E low and behold the owner started calling me endlessly several times a day leaving angry and threatening messages saying he got the parts and can install them today. I never returned or answered his calls. When C&E finally refunded my money, they held back $89.00 for a cancellation fee. This a corrupt and shady appliance repair company and I recommend that you stay far away from these con artist.
AWFUL! Avoid at all costs!Called these guys to come and fix a built in ice machine. They arrived, examined, and ordered the necessary parts saying it should take one week to arrive. Five weeks later they called and said the part arrived. Then they missed TWO appointments to come and fix the unit without a call or message. After finally getting them to come out, they asked us to use our towels for any water that came out of the unit but then still left a mess all of the kitchen. On top of that the technician insisted our dishwasher was broken because soap needs warm water to work properly. I hope no one has experience this for themselves, please look elsewhere for any appliance needs.
I had him come out because my washing machine was leaking water and I had a stove burner issue. we did everything we could to try to find the leak finally when he was getting ready to leave it finally showed itself. Im so glad he stuck around to make sure on the leak; turns out it was during the spin cycle and turns out the hose had some type of hole in it also I had him look at the stove and he figured out what was wrong with that and it turned out it wasnt anything wrong except the drip pan he could have ripped me off but he didnt this company is really good and professional and he was really fair in his pricing. I would totally recommend them. If I had an Angies list account I would give him an A but I dont have an Angie list account. He answered all my questions was helpful and courteous patient with me and the situation. He gave great tips and advice too!!! Moses was great.
DO NOT USE THEM We had them come out and look at dishwasher back in Nov 2020, they told us that the flood sensor was broken and to not use it and they would have to order the part to replace. We have a warranty so our warranty company hired them. We found out later that they never put in an official order for the part until three weeks later on Dec 14 2020, when we first reached out to see if they an update on when we would receive this part. We then reached out multiple times from the end of December to January 2021. They never could officially tell us when we would get this part delivered, or when we could expect to get our dishwasher fixed. When my husband called mid January to see if there was an update, a guy named Hector answered and told him that we have a warranty and we are getting it fixed for free so we should be patient . We had already paid them $100 to come out and see what was wrong and Hector also informed us the part costs is approximately $30, this was going on THREE months without a dishwasher and no indication of when we could expect it to work again. This is a 2019 Samsung dishwasher just for reference (no fancy or old dishwasher that would be hard to find a part for). We finally got fed up by the end of January and hired someone else to come out and look at it for us. The new company figured out that it wasnt the flood sensor that was even wrong with the machine and we had our dishwasher fixed and running the next week. PLEASE do not use. They also said they had people waiting since September of 2020 when I called in January 2021 who still havent gotten their appliances fixed. They do not care about their customers at all- and the audacity for them to tell us to be patient because we have a warranty (WHICH WE PAY FOR) and we are getting it fixed for free after we paid $100 for a $30 dollar part that wasnt even the problem to begin with is ABSURD.
This company is a scam. They come out, charge you money for their diagnosis say that they need to order parts and then you never hear back from them again. Judging by their reviews it looks like this is a common problem.

I was given this company for a warranty on a stove, they ar e useless, do not show up during your window and there is no local office or place to call EXCEPT a call center who have people who apologize and do nothing to fix the issue. 1st appt 4/12 and now we are 6 weeks later and still no ovens working. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
This company has the worst customer service and does not care about your time or money. They did do a good job at showing up on time for appointments. I called because they had some good reviews online i shouldve listened to the bad ones because thats the kind of service I got. First of all I had a refrigerator stop cooling after we moved into a new house. I told them it worked fine before we moved so it probably had a leak somewhere. Being pretty knowledgeable of HVAC systems since Im a Ford Master Technician i did some preliminary testing. after looking at everything i didnt see any electrical issues so i figured it had to be a leak or my compressor failed. I called them letting them know i needed it diagnosed and it most likely had a leak. A tech came out and said it was a little low on freon and he only had to add 5 ounces. which i researched and my refrigerator only holds about 5 or 6 ounces so it wasnt a little low, it was completely empty and cost $281. I came home from work about 3 hours after his repair and the refrigerator was blowing warm already about 70 degrees. I called them the next morning and told them they didnt fixed the refrigerator and its cooling at 70 degrees. They proceeded to explain to me that seems to warm but the refrigerator was unplugged when they arrived so give a day or two and see what it does. I didnt think that would change anything except waste power and freon. I agreed let it run over the weekend and give them a call back Monday morning. over the weekend nothing changed so I decided to take the back panel off again and water test it for leaks. As you can see from the images below I found the leak myself. I called back Monday and talked with the manger. I told him my findings and he said he would send out a tech with his torches and all the correct equipment to fix the leak. The next day I left work early to meet the tech to repair my fridge. He came out, I showed him where the leak was and he checked it out. He said Yep it is definitely leaking there. Then he kind of looked at it and was silent for a little bit. i was thinking in my head ... OK are you going to get your equipment from your truck and fix it? he finally said i dont have my torches to fix the line so we are going to have to schedule an appointment later this week. I then said what do you mean? Your boss specifically had you scheduled to come out because you would have the equipment to fix it. Then i just got a bunch of excuses. I finally just told him i would contact themlater that evening to schedule a time for the next day. i text him back and said 1 pm you can come back out. he responded OK. then I got a text saying there will be an additional $50 charge to fix the line. i told him to have his manger call me. he then said OK but he will say the same thing. I never had a manager call me so i called left a message twice and then finally got a manager. I told him i fine with the $281 i already paid but i will not pay the $50 for a leak I found. I told him it wouldve been nice to get a phone call to tell me that the tech would not have the equipment to fix my leak so I wouldnt have to take off work again or waste my time and my familys time to meet them at our house. He said sorry but i would have to pay the $50 and I cant expect him to put $4,000 acetylene torches in all his trucks. I was getting no where so I told him to repair it and make sure its fixed this time and i paid the $50. Do not use C & E they will take your money, lie to you repeatedly, and youll have to tell them how to find and fix your problem.
It all started with Lisa. Her sense of humor and kindness convinced my husband to use C&E. He had been considering another option. Moses was the technician who serviced us. First, he was COVID-friendly, wearing his mask and keeping appropriate distance. He was very knowledgeable and skillful with our specific issue. He was nice and professional. I would recommend him to others.
I never wrote a review before but this company deserve one today ! C&E appliance came out and only Charge ONE Trip fee ! And seen my LG Fridge that was having cooling issue and I did not know that they fix Everything in my home . So I mentioned to see if they can fix my wall oven and they said YES ! So Moses came out and looked at my appliance and determine exactly what was wrong on both items, They had to order all the parts that I needed for both appliance and Never charge a second visit either, Gary came out and replaced all the parts needed to fix my issues and both appliances are working Great !! I had an Issue with my Samsung washer that was leaking not all the times but it was leaking . I have several companies to come to see what causing this Nothing was found . Someone told my to call C&E Appliance and ask for Moses ! behold he answered the call i was not expecting him o find the leak either but he was positive he can find it and fix our issue, So I had to eat my words he did find it was fixed the same day . I am so pleased to have met Moses he really has lots of compassion in his line of work he performs he took his time and showed me what was the issue. I Highly recommend this Company to anyone in need .

No show on Friday at all, no call from repairman as promised. Called and left message on 5/23 at end od day, asking for return call. C&E couldnt be bothered to call me back. Called today (5/27) and told them thanks for nothing. Clearly, A BUSINESS TO AVOID.

Service was great. Showed up on time despite being in the path of a tornado. Knew the problem just by looking at our washing machine. Explained two ways that the repair could be done and which way was the most cost effective. Did not try to pressure us into the expensive way. I feel you can really trust this company.
Was referred to this company by home advisor but did not have a good first impression when scheduling a service appointment. Representative appeared very unorganized and confused and had no record of the scheduling-request call she made just 30 minutes prior. This first impression made me immediately check customer reviews which confirmed assumptions with my negative first impression. Professionalism should be reflected throughout a company with each customer interaction. I’d rather take my chances with another company.
Very fast response time. My broken dishwasher is now fixed & Gary is an absolutely wonderful human being. He cares and that is a lost art these days. I am thankful for companies like this one and highly recommend their services. Prices were fair & worth it for the great service.
Horrible rip off! DO NOT HIRE! Moses-owner said my 10 year old LG refrigerator would be better to be serviced than buying a new one. Based on this, I hired them to repair what was supposed to be a blown compressor. After 3 or 4 visits, and multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card, I was charged a total of $1210 and left with a completely broken refrigerator. Tech said to take it up with Moses, who was defensive and uncooperative. Had a knack for hanging up the phone on you as well. After complaining, he returned about $600 to my credit card, and said that was all I am getting. Paid 1210, and refunded 600 or so?? Left with a BROKEN refrigerator during Covid 19 outbreak. I run my own business as well, and if a customer of mine spent $1210 to have something repaired, it BETTER BE FIXED!!!!!!! Charging anything after claiming they could fix it, and did not, is fraud in my book. Moses even called me multiple times on my cell phone and hung up. While in a hospital bed recently, I saw the number ring again and decided to answer it. It was Moses reading my the riot act because I filed chargebacks with my credit card company for the amount he owed me. Proceeded to hang up on me once again. I hit redial and he answered the phone pretending to be someone else. Said someone else called me and he was in the office. Whats funny is that both versions of Moses had a pronounce stutter. Unbelievable. Liar, scam artist. Im not done with this! Dont fall into the same trap I did, find someone else to do your repair, or just buy a new refrigerator like I had to.
The owner loves his company. He is kind and helped me so I didn’t loose all the food in my Refrigerator. It was overheating because the cooling fan stopped working. He didn’t know me from a can of paint. I called him late evening on a Friday and he walked me thru how to save my food. It took a week to get the part and that made me panic and call a BUNCH of times...lol...but his staff endured me and assure me they would take care of me. In these times, the reality is, getting access to things are taking longer in this post covid world. Moses text me 2 times over the span of a week after I got the fan installed to ensure my refrigerator was working well. The service was good but its the personal touch...customer service that makes you come back. I will use them again. Thx C & E!
Just completed the service of our dryer. The entire experience was extremely positive. The rate charged was very reasonable. The service tech (Gary) was very polite, explained everything, and delivered as promised - Very customer focused/ always a pleasure to interact with. Recommended by Home Adviser, this was the right choice for appliance repair. Without question, C & E is now our go-to choice for appliance services, period. Have already recommended them to family.

This was more diagnosis than repair. Something is leaking intermittently into the ceiling of my downstairs neighbors bath ceiling. Moses and Gary checked out all of my kitchen appliances and corrected one small leak in the dishwasher. They were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Moses Cabrera, the principal of this company, educated me about my appliances, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend C& E.
I called C&E for a broken microwave that stop heating, From the moment I spoke to Lisa and the Tech that came out to my home and explained every detailed why my old Microwave was not working and Not worth fixing it, That it was better to replace it . They were honest about the cost and up front which I loved ! they removed my old unit and installed our new Whirlpool Microwave which was bigger then my old and took so thinking how to install this monster and also hauled away the old unit for us to recycle center which i did not have to worry about, Which they where able to do it . I would highly recommend this company to anyone .

I dont understand how they have the average rating that they do because the value of their service is TERRIBLE! First of all, a trip for them to even come to your home is $80. Furthermore, I needed them to hook up my washer and dryer in my new apartment. Matt, my technician, came out and did a prompt job and was courteous. This was during the last week of December 2017.At the end of January 2018, my dryer was not drying my clothes properly. After doing a little investigating, I saw that the dryer vent hose was damaged and barely secure to the wall and dryer. I cannot understand why Matt didnt bring this to my knowledge during the initial hookup so that I could get a new hose. Needless to say, I got on YouTube, watched a video on hooking up a hose, went to Lowes and got a new one and but it on myself.When I called to inquire on if it was normal for technicians to not let customers know about their damaged equipment, both Brittany and Mike and seemed the least bit concerned. I paid about $140 for my dryer to be hooked up properly and I had to end up doing the job myself. If you want to pay inflated service prices and have to end up doing the job yourself, I would definitely recommend C&E! They also have the best bare minimum customer service you can get these days :)
What can i say Great work !!C&E came out and look at my dishwasher and it was to old to repair, So they help me decide to replace my dishwasher with the best brand which was a Bosch for the money. The office manager arranged all times and pick up and Deliveries with lowes which was great ! I Didnt have to do anything just sit back and watch . This Company is really Superior to the rest of the other Appliance companys out there .
Working with this company was an absolute nightmare. I made the mistake of paying upfront for my service and they completely took advantage of me (probably because I’m a young, single female). I needed my oven repaired and they came out to “fix it” on 4 separate occasions... each time a “new” problem occurred which needed me to pay for a new part. On top of that every time I reached out to the company, the receptionist was so rude and foul to me I can’t believe they accept that as customer service. At the end of the day I’m out $400 and my oven still doesn’t work.
I waited the full FOUR hour window as asked. When it was nearing the end of the window, I tried calling the number listed three or four times. No one picked up and there was no option for voicemail. About forty minutes after my window had closed I received a call saying they were on their way. No thank you. Very unprofessional!
Moses is a miracle worker. we had been told that our ice maker could not be repaired, but Moses came, figured out the problem, and we have ice. He thought about our problem and did an excellent repair. he was fair and honest and I would recommend him without reservation
Moses came today to install 2 wall ovens. He is a very well organized man. Does a very clean job and is very careful with the work space. The ovens were heavier than he planned but was able to get them installed by himself.Thank you Moses.

C&E Appliance came out the next day when i called for service, I had an issue with my Samsung washer and dryer . they we able to look at the issue and order the parts needed to do repairs on both units, Then would you know it . My Fridge started to have problems Too, So I called C&E again they came out and seen what was the issue on my Whirlpool Fridge and they fixed too. This Company has a Good customer service and turn around service and repair, I will always Continue using C&E for all my appliance issue from now on . They earn this Great Review .
The staff and owner were awesome! Very professional and efficient. They did pickup of faulty washer and they also checked other appliance functionality as a courtesy. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend C&E appliance repair. I called on a Sunday afternoon. Moses was at my house in less than 2 hours. Fixed my washer very quickly and very fair and reasonable pricing.( no extra charge for a Sunday). Moses is very knowledgeable in all appliances. We called C&E after having so many issues with Sears getting out to us to fix the latch on our washer door latch. We were new to the area so we were skeptical about some of the reviews for appliance repair companies. We called C&E not knowing what to expect. Gary, from C&E, came out early in the week to take a look at the door and knew right away what parts were needed to fix it. After getting a quote, Gary was back out with the part and fixed our washer. It is as good as new!Gary was patient with me as I was out running errands with my son. i was very apologetic for keeping him waiting but Gary understood and was very patient with me. Sometimes, its not just about the service that you need but its also about the people that perform the service. Gary represented C&E Appliance Service Repair to the highest degree. He is a man of high character and I can only hope that all of C&Es employees are just like him. I cant thank Gary and C&E Appliance Service Repair enough! If you need your appliance repaired, call them. If need be, I will definitely call them again!!!
Not a good choice! Was promised an appointment 1st slot (this was scheduled 3 business days in advance). Waited for technician for 1 1/2 hours and never showed. Finally called and was told he was finishing a job and would be headed my way shortly - only he was at least an hour away. Please dont waste my time!!! I was told I would be the first appointment! Had used this company before and it took MULTIPLE visits to fix the same problem that I just got fixed with another company. Total waste of time.

Worked me in over the weekend and was pleasant and respectful. Although my washer could not be repaired I really appreciated Moses being honest regarding the repairs that would be needed and cost of those repairs. This is the type of company we need to support. I will definitely be keeping their names on my repair list.
C&E sent some gentlemen to my house to replace my garbage disposal and fix my washing machine. The washing machine gave them a hard time but they fixed it and now it runs like new! Have a LG fridge that needs a compressor repaired and replace, I called several companies in the area no luck Go figure . Lg recommend to call C&E appliance who are license and Certified on all major brands of appliances, These guys know there Stuff !! from Moses and Lisa helping me with the process with LG that was delayed a bit in shipping the parts it was so worth the wait . they fixed our issue and i have a working fridge again !!I Highly Recommend them and will use again for all of my appliance issue in the future .
Moses was great! We have a GE oven that hasnt worked in over 2 years, when the range went out a few days ago I panicked. I googled appliance repair and found C & E Appliance. I called Moses and he was able to come out the same day! He got the range working again, but needed a part for the oven. He came back 2 days later and was in and out. We have an oven again! He has a great, friendly personality and was very knowledgeable. He even fixed our garbage disposal after I mentioned I thought there was something stuck in it! He gave me tips on appliance maintenance for the fridge and dishwasher, and even checked my sink pipes to make sure there was no grease build up. I would highly recommend this company, specifically Moses. We are very happy with the service we received.

I needed a Maytag repairman to fix my washer and found a listing for C&E Appliance Service Repair. Upon calling and leaving a message I was promptly called back and a diagnostic appointment was set up for the next morning That was a surprise as I was expecting to have to wait for at least another week!. Moses was prompt and more than that honest about his assessment of the problem. He didnt have the part needed and called to obtain it for the next day. He came back.... again being prompt and made sure all was in working order before finishing. He went above and beyond and made sure the work area was left better than he found it. I have used C&E Appliance in the past for my repairs, They again Surprised me and how Good they really are . I had an Issue with my Viking Stove that wont cook my food . they came out and did a diagnostic on it and ordered the parts and had me fixed up in no time . Our Kenmore refrigerator was not making ice and soon after the cooling system completely shutdown. I went to the web, read reviews, and fortunately selected the right one. I selected C&E. Moses Cabrera and his senior technician responded promptly, correctly diagnosed the problems, made quick repairs and demonstrated very good customer service skills. Moses also priced his services fairly.In view of our very satisfactory experience we would recommend C&E to anyone needing appliance repairs.
I have used C&E before but never had the chance to write a review, This time I needed them One More Time . And again they came out to my home and fixed my double wall oven that was in the fritz, They assess the issue and where able to fix my oven and saved me from buying a new one and spending over $2000.00 for a new one . We hired C&E Appliance Repair to repair our Ice Maker. We knew the technicians name in advance and received a call prior to his arrival. The work was performed timely and thoroughly. There was a slight billing discrepancy, but a quick phone call to Moses resolved that issue as well. Overall, I would give the experience we had with C&E Appliance Repair 5 Stars. Excellent service!
I wish I could give zero stars.I had a dishwasher repair done by them in February and till date it is not working (5 months now). I have already spent $600+ based on their recommendation but to no avail. Dont expect to get a follow-up call from them as Lisa (their customer service person) is TOO BUSY for that. I had to do constant follow-up calls to ensure they take some action on my issue.I have gone through it all with them. From getting the dishwasher motor changed and then recalling them to replace it within few days as the issue didnt went away (Technician: Michael). Their reason... GEs parts are now coming from China and their quality has declined. Least I knew that it was this company who doesnt have the quality in their service not GE. Still when I ran into similar issue, they came and exchanged Timer. When the issue still didnt went away, another technician showed up to let me know that the issue is not with timer but the motor itself. So they exchanged a part which was not broken in first place.After all this drama when I lost my patience with them (after 5 months of being patient & courteous), Lisa had the guts to be unprofessional & rude with me. To top it all, she hung up the phone on me while stating SHE WILL DO WHAT SHE WANTS TO DO. Their technician Michael hasnt showed up till date nor have I received any follow-up call from their owner. The end result is that I had to dispute the charges on my credit card but they havent even contacted the credit card company back.Bottom line is if you are looking to- Waste your time & money,- Get insulted & fooled,- Enjoy unprofessional behavior, delays in servicethen only you should contact this company. They will ensure that they make your appliance issue from bad to worse and then charge you for fixing that.
They did an awesome job with the installation of my washer and dryer pedestals. I contacted Moses and was able to secure a Saturday installation, which was most convenient with my busy work schedule. I would highly recommend these guys!

Awesome and timely service. They were much more attentive and showed more customer appreciation than GE. GE scheduled a service repair for a microwave and called me 1.5 hrs before the time window to tell me that there wasn’t anyone who could come help me. Thank you to C & E Appliance.
Very helpful service. Consistently, went the extra mile to attempt to fix our garage refrigerator. The service men were very courteous and helpful. Ultimately, the technology in our frig did not like the heat in our garage... something that Moses and his service men took the time to explain to us... rather than charge us for repairing an appliance that would continue to break because of the environment that I had placed it in.

Moses the owner was always professional and courteous, however he was very deceitful with the repairs needed on my fridge. He knew that the fridge was going to need a new compressor but instead of just giving me a total price right from the beginning he instead told me if I paid him $600 he will would most likely fix the problem without replacing the compressor. So after waiting around 15 days for his part to arrive(compressor fan) he then sent a technician to repair it and the fridge stopped working all together after he left, so I contacted him about this and he said it needed a new compressor and the total would instead be $800 which was a total bummer......EXCEPT... He didnt mean $800 total... He meant an ADDITIONAL $800 which brought the repair up to a total of $1400!!!......think about that... Who in their right mind would pay $1400 for a repair on an old fridge when you can get a brand new one for MUCH much less?!? He knew what he was doing, the $600 was just a way to hook you into his scam so you felt like paying the rest was the only logical thing to do..He was very deceitful, dishonest and I would warn anyone to stay far away from these people, I decided to buy a completely new fridge for $850 which is ages ahead of the one he was attempting to fix for $1400!He scammed me for $600 but hopefully this review will save other people some future headaches.
Horrible customer service and follow through.Charged me to come out to my house to order a part (never diagnosed the real issue or even turned on the machine), waited 6 weeks to return my phone call about actually installing the part (which did not fix the problem), and then charged me $300 more for the next part that I never gave permission for them to order.It’s cheaper to buy a new washing machine than to do business with them.
*Be warned* We moved into this house within the last year and the owner of C&E came out to diagnose a problem a month ago. He told me my fridge would retail at $3,500 and it was “worth fixing” but he needed to order parts and said they would be in and ready to install in 10 business days. The total cost to fix was around $1,300 (red flag). Ten business days came and went so I began to reach out to the office assistant for updates. Every time I called I was told the last part was coming in “tomorrow” and they’d be back out to fix my fridge the next day. This went on for nearly two weeks! With mounting frustration I finally reached the owner and tried to explain my frustration over the delays and broken promises. He kept interrupting me and speaking over me; he would not listen. Time and again he told me he would call me back and never did. I asked them what they were going to do to make things right as I’m a dissatisfied customer and I received no update; no admission of wrong or apology for the huge inconvenience. I’ve now come to understand that the fridge would not retail at $3,500 and is not worth the fix C&E described. Had the owner of C&E been honest with me upfront, I would have saved myself the trouble and bought a new fridge. After a month of hassle and multiple tries to get information from them and give C&E an opportunity to do the right thing, I’m left with questions unanswered and a still broken fridge. By far the most frustrating experience with a repair company in my many years of home-ownership.
Best service ever! From the inquiry on the phone to the valuable service provided. A1! I will only recommend Moses for anyone who may need help. He was quick, knowledgeable, and yet professional all at the same time! Although hes 125 yrs old ( insider) he gets around fairly quickly! lol. You cant go wrong with these guys!
Moses, Stan and C&E service technicians are the best! They give professional, knowledgeable, personable and quality service. They installed my stove and, 2 years later, repaired my dryer. They knew exactly where to find the problem and fix the problem. They will always be the one I call on for any appliance or home repair. I truly believe if its something they cannot fix, then it cant be fixed!
I reached out to C & E to schedule to fix my clothes washer and they did not come on the first day 8-12 window, they called and apologized for not putting me on the schedule. To make up for it, they gave me a $25 discount and had a service guy come first thing this morning. I totally understand human error and very much appreciate when one fixes their mistakes.Gary was our service guy and he got right down to it, educated me a little on the washer, fixed it and was an absolute pleasure to meet. Super guy!I do recommed this company :)
Very very unreliable company to work with. Our refrigerator had a problem on October 12 and a guy from C& E came to check it out. He said the freezer gasket need to be replaced and it would arrive in 7 days and had me pay for the service call and for the part. But it actually took them 5 weeks for him to come replace the part(paid 85$ for the service call again) as they kept saying GE had the part in back order and they could not get it. Well the part they replaced never worked. It was clearly an off market cheap part. The same day I called GE and I was able to order the item myself which arrived in 2 days and with expedited shipping, it costed me 14$ less than what C&E charged me for the same piece. GE said that they did not have this item in back order in recent times.I was able to replace the part myself and it worked like a charm.Nobody has work ethics at C & E and it was very very tough to catch hold off, of anybody there. The rates they charged me were outrageous for such a poor service. They lie to you repeatedly. I will never recommend this company to anybody and now I am filing claims to get my money back from them.
About a month and a half ago our refrigerator would not cool. After searching online and asking around, I was lead to C & E. Let me just say..... I have NEVER written a review on any repair service I have ever had. But I had to come and share the 1st class experience I had with this company. Moses contacted me the next morning after I called (being i left a message in the late hours of the night) and set up an appointment for the next day. He was prompt, courteous, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! Most importantly he was HONEST!....He diagnosed our problem, and explained to us what was wrong and what our options were. After about 3 days...the fridge seemed to not be cooling again....I called Moses back...he came back THAT day, worked on it again for FREE, and would not stop until our fridge was running like it was brand new! It runs better than it ever has now...He even gave me advice on some issues I had with my SUV while he worked! If you have any appliance issues PLEASE give this place a call. I promise you that you will NOT be disappointed with the service or the prices....

My LG fridge was not cooling i lost everything, I called around and no one wanted to mess with this fridge, There is lots of bad news about this fridge . I called C&E Appliance they were THE ONLY ONE that would look at my Fridge and Gary was able to determine it needed a Compressor !! He warn us about LG having Bad compressor in the market . But it was cheaper to fix the issue then spend $2400 on a new one ! So here we go it took 5 days for the parts to come in and C&E came out and did Compressor replacement and they fixed the problem, they mentioned that their is a problems with LG compressor and sometimes they can be a problem child . But they done Everything Correctly . I would Definitely Highly Recommend this company they KICK But !! 5 Stars thanks Lisa and Moses
I found C&E on Google and called because they had a good rating. The ratings were right, Moses from C&E was able to come out the same day and fix our dryer. He was very friendly and showed me what caused the issue and the broken part. Im very happy with the level of service we received, and will call them again for future repairs.
Moses with C&E appliance repair came out to our home in May 2017. He was extremely friendly and professional throughout his time at our home. Moses went above and beyond to fix our dryer. He provided us with a number of helpful hints to prevent future problems with the unit. Moses made sure we knew what caused the problem, how he was fixing it, and completed the repair in a timely manner. We were very pleased with Moses and C&E appliance, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need.
C & E Appliance was very impressive. I had called Sears to fix my Kenmore refrigerator and they told me it would cost $627 to replace my diffuser and ice maker. They pushed me to make a quick decision. I called C& E after reading reviews and Moses fixed my refrigerator for $376. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and prompt. He was open, patient and listened. I would call him again and have already suggested that a friend call him to fix her refrigerator.
I had 3 issue with Fridge, Washer and Dishwasher I have not used a an appliance company before . But I am glad I called C&E there were able to fix my issue on fridge & washer and said the dishwasher was not worth fixing, So i replace the dishwasher and had them install it too . Great Work ! Definitely worth the wait .
I had a Issue with my Samsung dryer that would not heat at all, I called Samsung and they told me it will take 2 weeks before they can see me . So I called C&E and they came out the very next day and fixed our dryer, They are Very Good at what they do !! And explain and show everything . I would Recommend them to anyone .
This is C&E Appliance, We Normally dont write comments about our customer, But I apologize to the Gonzalez family . About the way their case Has been handled, Unfortunately when youre dealing with a 3rd party warranty company and waiting for parts and approval theres a time period for this to happen. Upon arriving to the customers home they do have a $100 deductible from the Warranty for our visit . In the time frame of us coming out to the home and submitting findings to the warranty company, The Gonzalez family decided to go ahead and purchase a new dishwasher . fail to contact anyone About their choice, At that time they decided to cancel the policy with the Home Warranty . The warranty company charge the Gonzalez For the parts and service at that time Parts were already order And waiting for customer to Schedule date to come out to put these parts in . The customer then inform C&E they choose not to do the repairs not, C& E Did not charge the customer for the parts. The Home Warranty company did . The Gonzalez family Are demanding a full refund on something that we didnt charge.

I have been getting the run around for weeks now. They came out to service my fridge & Diagnosed my fridge incorrectly. I had to order the part and pay someone else to install the part !! After realizing I was given False information on what the issue was. I’ve been trying to get in contact so we could get this issue resolved. After speaking with there assistant Lisa,I was Informed that the owner would be in contact by the end of the day. Nothing !! I’m still waiting on my phone call and refund !
Gary came out and fixed my dryer in 15 minutes flat! I got a call from him 40 minutes before he was supposed to come by and I wasnt going to be there so he rescheduled for a little later.A little pricey but fantastic service and expertise! I highly recommend them!
I called to have dishwasher swapped out. They suggested repair current one which took a ton of work to get perfect but saved be alot of money and their customer service is amazing. Gary the tech is an absolute 20 plus year expert. Stan and Moses run a class act. If things come up, they correct it.

C&E are Awesome !! I called for service on my Samsung washer that was given us issue and they came out the next day . God be hold my fridge was not making ice for some reason, They looked at both issues for the same $$ visit cost and was able to get the parts and repair both appliances on returned visit back to my home . I am very happy with the service C&E Appliance has provided for us, they called 30 mins prior to getting to my home and look at our washer and fridge and did a quick diagnostic and found the issues with both of our unit . They fix the problems in a timely manner and got both units working again . I would Definitely recommend this company to our neighbors and family .
Moses and his team worked very hard on my recent used maytag washer. I was ready to give in and buy another washer but they gave me different educated options that would in turn be the best thing i could have done. Great job, will return again if needed. I plan to keep this set for a long time now with this recent repair
They came out this morning to install a dishwasher we had bought from Lowes. Very prompt and professional. Learned a few things about dishwasher and laundry detergent I didnt know. The owner came with Stanley since he had a couple call outs and he didnt want his customers to have to wait or reschedule. We really enjoyed talking to them.
BEWARE!!! The service is questionable! And after spending several hundred dollars with C&E in an effort to fix my washer & dryer, the washer started having the same issues a few months later. C&E is willing to come out if I pay another service fee bc they only warranty their work for 30 days!!!
