Was assigned to this company for dishwasher repair. at first, they reached out quickly and scheduled the technician to come out. he quickly verified the problem and said they needed to order a part. no problem. well, jokes on me because this has become a HUGE problem. first, they order the wrong part. next, there is ZERO communication from them, either with me or the warranty company. seems like its a constant issue with this company. Ill be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau with some feedback.ps. almost a month later, and still nothing from them...
Was dispatch by LG for warranty on our refrigerator. First appointment no call no show after I took the day off to deal with this. I called 4 times the day of the first appointment 9 am first to verify appointment since I had not heard from service provider. Second Around 1 to verify again both times call center employees assured me they were coming. Third time after 230 late scheduled time. Again assured appointment to be good. At 1 I was told that I was the second appointment on the techs schedule then at 230 I was told I was 4th and they would be here soon. At 530 I called back and the girl told me my appointment wasn’t until Friday which I never been told then I was disconnected at 2 minutes to 6 when they close. At 615 someone called like they were scheduling for the first time. For you guessed it Friday. Let’s see what Friday brings. At this point if the tech shows up early with a brand new refrigerator I will never recommend Parts Charlotte to anyone.
Terrible customer service. Waited for over a month before they sent someone out to work on my claim, and only after I called. Once they came out, the contracted technician was top-notch with his service, and provided good information to understand what the issue is. My Technician recommended replacement, but Parts Charlotte failed to provide a diagnosis to my warranty company. I, and the Home Warranty company have been trying to reach Parts Charlotte to have them provide a diagnosis. The main problem is that they give you a toll free number, which encourages you to use email, as a quicker way to get a response to your issue. That would be nice, if they follow it. Ive been waiting over a week, after I started to email them. Ive emailed them several times, and left a couple of voicemails, but have yet to receive a response.
I wish I could do 0 stars. Unprofessional. Made me wait for 2 months to repair dishwasher, ordered wrong parts and employs unprofessional and incompetent technicians, and only has a couple of people working in their national call center. I spent on an average 45 mins of wait time on the phone at least 5-6 times. I will never use them. Had to work with the manufacturer directly to get this addressed quickly. Parts Charlotte took 2 months to and do wrong diagnosis. and they ordered incorrect parts.
I fully expected to be waiting 2 to 3 weeks because I’ve been through this process before when I called them they came out with the parts and fixed my fridge the same day. I highly recommend there services during this pandemic
The compressor on my LG fridge died last week on Thursday. I submitted a claim with my home warranty company immediately as soon as I realized, and had a call from PARTs Charlotte that evening.The customer care specialist informed me that my issue is fairly common and they had a batch of my compressors already ordered and en route. He said it would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday before parts arrived and theyd be able to complete the repair at that time, but as soon as they could schedule me Id get a call from their office scheduling the service and taking payment over the phone so I wouldnt have to come in direct contact with their tech.I received a call on Saturday informing me that the compressors came in early and they would be able to repair my fridge on Monday. The customer care specialist took my payment over the phone and scheduled my appointment window for noon to 3PM on Monday.On Monday morning, I received a call from an unknown number and it looked spammy so I let it go to VM. It was my repair tech! He stated in his message that he called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and would likely be by around 11 AM rather than noon, and to call back if there were any issues.He knocked on my door at 11:02! He kept his distance, was very friendly, and was finished and out the door in about 45 minutes.Best part is, my fridge has never run better! Thanks so much to the whole team involved for taking a stressful situation and making it better. If and when I need any service in the future, warrantied or not, Ill be calling PARTs Charlotte! Happy camper. 😊
Worse ever, between warrantech and this service center I have been now waited 6 months for my dryer to get fixed. Technician is very unprofessional no show no call/text. Keep lying about tech appointments and nothing!!!Also every time I call to inquire about it, they put me on hold for over 2 hours!! I would give them a forth of star if possible.
We could not have been more pleased with the service received from Parts Charlotte. Prompt attention as well as courteous and respectful communication prior to repairs are all worthy of mention. The technician was polite, stayed in touch despite unexpected traffic issues, and was highly efficient at his work. Sincere thanks to Parts Charlotte! Cheers! Highly recommended!
I had been trying to get my stove repaired since Thanksgiving. They came and fixed it the first time but wanted to put a white panel on a chrome stove! No! So the part was to be removed and reordered. Next the warranty department scheduled two appts with them for me. I called and confirmed but they never showed. Today I told them I would report them to BBB AND FCC they canceled my service order after I called to discuss my frustration I was hung up on 3 separate times. So if you can wait for a repair from November to July this is the company for you.
The company is a fraud. please do not waste your time dealing with them. They do not answer calls or emails, they broke my appliance, they steal money from the warranty company, give the customer the runaround untill the customer gives up.
I had 3 companies come out and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my washer . I got P.A.R.T’S Charlotte information from my warranty company I contacted them I spoke to Kevin he was able to figure out what the cause of failure was over the phone. They preordered the parts and came out the same day the parts were delivered and my washer has been working ever since . I highly recommend them .
Had Parts Charlotte out to fix my Microwave. Person fixing it dropped it on my range damaging the microwave and range. They stated they would fix it. I had to call continuously for a couple months before I could get an answer and when I did they stated they finally got the parts in. They sent the technician back out and fixed only part of the cosmetic damage they caused. But they also caused additional damage to my floor and range and the microwave is still damaged in the front. It has been a couple months again and I still continue to try and contact them and I receive no response.
I was very pleased with the two techs that repaired my refrigerator. Both were polite and helpful. One cleaned parts I could not and gave hints for how to keep the problem from recurring. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend this company.
This company was set up by Sears Home Warranty as my Service Partner. My fridge was completely dead and food was melting... I left a gazillion messages and never a response. Zero stars would be my rating.
No joke this is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. That is no exaggeration. I have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks and they won’t respond to texts, calls, or emails.
We received a call from a technician on Thursday July 16, 2020 stating someone would be at my home Friday July 17 before 2 PM. At 3 PM we reached out to the scheduling person and was told they would talk to the technician and call us back. That did not happen. The part for our refrigerator was ordered in April 2020 and we have waited 3 months to have this issue resolved. Many emails and phone calls have been sent/made to the “fc-FTC” service and scheduling branches. We have lost faith in this company and are actively seeking help from other vendors.
Our dryer was having a condensation leak issue and Part Charlotte was the second company dispatched by the insurance company. After multiple visits, they declared that the issue cannot be fixed by simply replacing parts so Alexander helped us get a full refund. He was patient and empathetic about our situation and we are very pleased with the outcome.
Their communication is awful. This all started September 30th this year. My microwave has been broken and needed a special order piece. After waiting two weeks (10/18) from my first conversation with the technician, I had to call them to be told that it had to be specially ordered. 10/23 I called again, I was told it came broken and they had to get another. I may be wrong, but I feel that I should have been told about this since I had been waiting almost a month. Then, I had to call again (11/13) to be told that it would come in the next Monday and they scheduled me for the following Wednesday afternoon (11/20). By 4pm I hadn’t heard from the technician so I called. The customer service rep said the technician was in a city over an hour from me and didn’t know if he would make it but that the rep would call me back to let me know what was happening. That didn’t happen. I wrote an email to their address. No response. I called the next day to be told that they best they could do was the next Tuesday (11/26) and was told there was documentation that they came an no one was home. False. I have the Ring doorbell and no one has been to my house, even to diagnose the problem. When I mentioned this, I was told “We have a combined 150 experience. We don’t need to come by to determine the problem.” That’s fine, just don’t record inaccurate information. I understand that some things are out of people’s control, but your ability to communicate these problems is NOT one of those things.
I would give MINUS stars if able. Get a call on Friday to schedule appointment. Appointment scheduled for Monday. Given the name And time of service tech Arrival. Get a call on day of appointment, caller, who seemed to be the same caller that scheduled the appointment, calls to schedule. Tell him that he already scheduled the appointment and he tells me that “the person” that I spoke with was not authorized to schedule an appointment. Yet Home Depot also had the appointment listed for Monday recorded in the books.Got angry, rep hangs up. When called back, he refused to get manager or supervisor. Then told me that He wouldn’t honor the service e request from Home Depot and hung up again.Rude and condescending.Moral of this story....Go somewhere else.
We were assigned PARTs by LG for warranty work.We were scheduled for 8am-12pm and not only did they miss the appointment time but never even showed up or called.I tried calling but went right to voicemail because all their agents were “busy”. I tried texting via their website but that is broken and I sent an email which was never replied too.LG even tried calling with me on the line and could not get ahold of them but verified that that PARTs had indeed accepted the work.
My only issue is LG originally said someone would be out Thurs, parts changed the day. Said lg time was tentative until they confirm. Other than that my my ice is coming out fine now. Thanks
American Home Shield sent 3 companies before PARTs. Ive literally been with out a dryer for 1.5 months. Did everything, had venting ducts cleaned, cleaned dryer filter. I was rescheduled twice by PARTs but once my serviceman returned back he called me direct, came at 6 am per request and QUICKLY figured the thermostat was the reason it wasnt drying. #Happy.Will request and reccomend in the future.
Communication is the horrible. There is not way of getting someone to get back to you, answered the phone or email. No a great customer service or responsiveness.
After having 2 other companies come to y home to fix an ice-maker problem l found this company who came out an removed all the unnecessary tape that was place in the ice area and fixed the damage to the rubber around the the door. I have not had problem since!!! Thank you for your great service!!!
AHS recently sent us a hooded range for our newly renovated kitchen. Parts Charlotte was sent out to do the job. They came, did some cutting at no charge to make it fit and installed and it looks great. Thanks guys.
My fridge was not making ice & I have to say overall I was pleased. There was Excellent customer Service from the initial phonecall, the young lady was very pleasant and she was very familiar with the issue I was having and did some brief Troubleshooting over the phone but I still had the issue.The technician showed up as scheduled with the part to fix my problem. I will definitely be contacting them for future repairs with other appliances and I highly recommended them .

Zero stars not an option. LG contracted this company to fix our microwave under warranty. Total frustration. Missed appointments. Dont call you back. Finally showed up after complaining. Service tech drives his personal vehicle with no identification. No uniform. He had no idea what appliance he was supposed to be working on or what the issue was even though I had given complete details to LG. Ordered one part and had it shipped to us but never came back to install. Kept calling for days. I gave up and wife took over. She got another tech on the phone who said additional parts were supposedly ordered but they never showed up. No one ever followed up with us and no one returned our calls. After weeks of frustration and calling and emailing, my wife ended up having to bypass LGs horrendous overseas customer service and deal directly with their corporate office in U.S. and have them start over and contract a different company to do the repair. They finally did, and the new company (All Systems Pro) did a terrific job, showed up on time, and fixed the microwave on the first visit. We learned our lesson the hard way. This whole process of getting our microwave fixed took nearly 3 months. Parts Charlotte is a total joke. And we will never buy another LG product.
Worst experience ever. They were contracted out from Frigidaire to fix my microwave. The order was put in November 2018. They sent a tech out to diagnose my repair, and then repair it. The second time he came out, he claimed they didn’t give him all the parts he needed so he would put it in what he had. This included the magnetron and diode. He said he would come back with a transformer that he “thought” was in his shop. He wanted to leave the microwave on my counter. I asked that he put it back up above the stove Incase he had to order the part. It is now January of 2019 and my part “still wasn’t in” according to the tech after I contacted his cell number. When I called Parts Charlotte, their number was disconnected. I called Frigidaire demanding a new company and told them everything that happened. They contacted Parts Charlotte who indicated that my “ticket was closed and the microwave was fixed”. Obviously this was a blatant lie and I have the paperwork to prove it. Frigidaire ended up sending their personal company out to fix it the next day. Turns out, my microwave only needed a new magnetron and diode, so I have no idea what the guy from Parts Charlotte “replaced” when he was here. If I could leave 0 starts I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not recommended. I had 2 visits, they showed up late both times, with no phone call. Also the technician was driving a small car. Dont appliance service people usually drive vans with parts to fix things? Interesting the name is Parts Charlotte

If there was a negative star, thats what i would give them. Tech comes out to my house in his car, no tools, says it needs to be completely rebuilt. Leaves but doesnt order any parts, I have to call back, they cancelled the ticket so I had to go to LG to do another ticket, they said they would order the parts & call me back, that was 3 months ago. I have emailed them over 20 times. I cant ever get them on the phone because it always says there is no one available to take your call, try again later. Still no emails or call backs. I finally had to go back to LG warranty dept to have another company come out. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!Your response in hilarious, funny how you can respond to that but not the many many emails Ive sent. I call all times of the day, not after 5. Just called this am at 9:15. I didnt cancel the ticket, Brook did! Stop making excuses & its simple...Put your customers first!

We had two visits from Parts Charlotte to get our stove fixed. The first visit was by a diagnostic tech, and the second by a technician who completed the repairs after the parts were ordered.They were both very professional. Clarence, who made the repairs, was quick and seemed like he could have fixed the sensor and motor with his eyes closed.

Kyle came out last thurdays to look at my Bosch dishwasher and Samsung dryer. He told was very professional and thorough. I asked him how long it would take, he told me if the parts were still available it would be 5 to 7 business days. Well the office called me yesterday and told me my parts were in and Kyle returned today and both appliances are working great. I didnt expect to have my dishwasher and dryer for at least another week. They showed up and performed, cant ask for anything else. Very pleased!!!!!

Great Service! First technician came and ordered parts for us. A few days later a second technician came and installed the defective parts on our dryer. Very friends technicians.

Clarence literally just left my house. I was given an appointment of before 2 or after. I can hear my ice machine filling up and making ice. Its now working as it did when I originally bought it as far as I can tell. He was a bit rushed, but he did explain the problem well enough I can probably fix it myself should it ever happen again.Great job
Should be “0 stars”A technician came out on 9/20 to look at our fridge, still under extended warranty. He stated we need a new compressor and that this is a common problem in this particular LG model. We were told it would take 2 weeks to get the part. It has now been almost 4 weeks and nothing. I did receive an email on Sunday saying an appointment was coming up.... but it did not give a day/date. I have now sent 2 emails, left a message and attempted to send a text, which was “undeliverable “. My husband has tried calling during the day and there is never an answer. Even the warranty company has tried to contact them and cannot ever get through. We have now been without our refrigerator/freezer for a full month. This is Ridiculous and I totally agree with other posts that this company has terrible business ethics.
Poor customer service.I was on hold for 17 minutes and when connected,they hung up! I called again and wait times were unreal. The repair man cam and ordered the part for my fridge and was to be here today from 10-2. NO SHOW AND NO CALL!! I call today was on hold for 34 minutes and a recorder says no one to take my call and HANGS UP!!??I am very displeased with this service and would not recommend to anyone.

Parts came out and fixed frige on 1st trip. CSR asked a bajillion questions and I now understand why. My Samsung wasnt cooling properly in the fridge and over the phone they diagnosed and preordered and fixed it! Id look no further if I have any other appliance issues.
3 weeks ago my Electrolux washer stopped working. I immediately contacted Electrolux, who scheduled a service appointment for me through Parts Charlotte. First I was told the appointment was on a Saturday, which didnt happen. Two days later I received a phone call from a service tech but was unable to get back to him that day. I called him back the next day he said he would be at my house later that day to look at the washer. He never showed up, nor did I receive an apology phone call or a call to reschedule. I waited a full 24 hours and emailed Parts Charlotte on Friday, 3/15 about the issue and never received a response. On 3/19 I then set up an appointment THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE for Friday, 3/22 and received absolutely no response; no email, no phone call, nothing. I inquired through their Google listing; the line of usually responds within an hour should be removed. On Saturday, 3/23 I called at 11 am and got their after hours voicemail, even though their website says theyre open 10 am to 6 pm. I left a voicemail and STILL GOT NO RESPONSE. Finally, I emailed Electrolux back, incredibly angry at this point. Within 24 hours I got a response, a profound and profuse apology, and an appointment with an Electrolux technician for Tuesday, 3/26. He was here 45 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts before leaving. The parts showed up to my house the next day, and he came back yesterday to install the new motor. Washer is as good as new.A word to Parts Charlotte: work on your communication skills. If I avoided emails, phone calls, voicemails, and inquiries at my job, Id lose my job. I understand you serve the entire Charlotte area and surrounding areas, but to completely avoid a potential customer isnt good for business.
Do not use this company. The technician that came to my home never even got out of the car! He took a picture of my porch from his car and marked my home as a No answer! I have cameras all around my home and I have him on camera, sitting in my driveway for 1 minute then pulling out and leaving! When he finally did show up (2 days later) it was only because I complained to his office. He looked at my stove and told me that some things needed to be replaced and that he would order the parts. That was a week ago and I havent been told anything else! I am calling my warranty company now and telling them that I strongly recommend that they never use this company again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AT ALL COST!
Had an appt for 8/21 from 2-6. They did not show up, did not call. I called last night left a voicemail, did not even have the courtesy to call today and explain. I called today, they do not answer the phone,I emailed and texted 3 times, Nothing. Still no contact how disgusting to treat people, I lost 4 hours of work yesterday, I told the warranty service co who contracted them they should take them off their list of approved contractors, HORRIBLE!

Since I have been unable to even get someone to answer your phone over the last 10 days, maybe this is the only way to get your attention. Your tech came to my home on 8/30/18 to examine my LG refrigerator. Said he would order a new compressor and evaporator (under warrenty). Called LG today and they do not have any record of PARTs Charlotte (aka TNBS) ever placing an order for those parts. Did you decide to charge me for the visit and then go out of business. i notice that you do respond to favorable comments. How about the ones not so favorable?
My samsung dryer broke. Warranty company recommended using this company. They came out wednesday for a diagnosis. Had to order a part. Then, came back out saturday to complete the repair. Would recommend.
TERRIBLE company. No-show for 3 different appointments. The person answering the phone disconnected the call 3 times. “Dispatch - aka the only person answering phones was rude, and couldn’t provide a timetable for when a repair person would be available, and this is after 3 appointments that no one showed up for or even called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Send 1 person to install an oven microwave combo into my cabinets that weighs 350 lbs. The phone number on the site is not even in service so there is no way to contact them. The person had to text them to call me. No call.
Refrigerator problem. Service guy came out 9-24 and diagnosed problem, ordered parts (supposedly) and has not been back. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Would not recommend this company to repair a tricycle much less a refrigerator. Sorry service!

I had an issue with my refrigerator with no water or ice being dispersed from the door. Parts Charlotte sent 3 different repair reps to diagnose the problem. Each failed to figure out the issues and never repaired the fridge. Worst service I have ever had.
Electrolux gave me three companies to contact cause my warranty ended 2 weeks ago. Called 3 companies, no answer from either, however parts charlotte was the only one to call back within an hour of leaving a message. I was near done with electroux given this was the 2nd issue Ive had with a more than average cost frige. Parts came out, later in the day, fixed the issue which apparently was a recall for a seal??? and checked the prior repair done by another company. Been a week, so far so good!
We were having problems with our hot water heater so our home warrenty people set an appointment with Parts charlotte. Our appointment time was from 12-3. The tech didnt get here til well after 5 causing me to miss work for no reason. No call was made saying they would be late. After they got here they told us we needed new elements and thermostats and said they would get back with us to replace them for us. Shortly after they left our tmp valve started going off so we cut off our hot water. We have been trying for over a week to get intouch with them to fix our hot water heater with no luck. Calling them everyday just for them to put us on hold and hang up on us. Looks like well have to replace it ourselves since no one wants to come back out to fix the problem. Figured since we paided them they would do their JOB, but apparently not. I wish i could give them zero stars with how unprofessional these people are. Please save your money and find someone else to do work for you!
Had an LG microwave that was brand new. LG sent us to Parts Charlotte aka TNBS LLC for repair. A very professional technician came out a few days later and diagnosed the problem quickly. He advised us that a part was needed and said LG was quick and they should be back in about a week to repair the microwave. After eight days, I called to see where it stood and the person I spoke with at Parts Charlotte said they had the part but did not have a technician available to visit for six days. Since we were traveling we postponed the visit for another three days. We received a text, e-mail, and voice message the day prior saying the part had just arrived and they would be out the next day to install. Guess what? Never showed up, no call, no text nothing and since then they havent responded at all to us. LG is no better. They tried to reach Parts Charlotte but advised us even they could not make contact. We spoke to three customer service people at LG (for 1.5 hours total) over a two day period and all three promised to resolve the issue. The next day we uninstalled the microwave and took it back to Lowes who were wonderful to deal with and refunded our money. We own three major LG appliances that have been great but we will never buy anything from them again and we certainly will NEVER use Parts Charlotte. There are too many reliable appliance repair companies in Charlotte to deal with this kind of hassle!
LG sent this company out after another said my Fridge needed a compressor. Kyle came out tested the computer and a sensor. Came back out 3 days later. Problem fixed. My only suggestion is they get badges.
