Expect no customer service, expect to be lied to, and for the appliance to be in worse shape than before calling!I had the diagnosed my dyers issue to find the heating element to be bad (after cleaning vent, testing electronics, etc.). I took the part out of the dryer and was about to order one from amazon, but decided to call a repairman figured they would have the part on hand and could fix it faster. It is a $30 part and 20 minutes to put the dryer back together.Repairman and trainee show up, give me a quote for $150. I asked them to explain the price and was told $125 minimum for service and $25 for the part. There was a deposit for $200 and so I asked what that was. They told me I would get the deposit back and pointed to the invoice with a deposit of $200 followed by a -$200. We agreed to $150 and a few days later they came back with the part to fix the dyer. Was charged $150 and was okay with that.All was good until a few days later I received another charge of $200. I called up the company to figure out the misunderstanding. I realized I had been fooled and tricked and not to trust this company... I also should mention that after the first run of the dryer it was much louder and screws and panels came off, so I had to put the machine back together myself.In the end I paid $350 for a part that cost $30, a part that took longer to arrive than ordering it myself, and effectively did all the work myself. What was the other $320? Cost for transportation, overhead, but mostly to train a new employee while also paying for the other employees incompetence, and perhaps a scam.Let them fool me not you. Dont take it from me, please see their multiple other 1 star reviews.

Super repair company. Wow did I get lucky. Called this number and had a fast response time, they were clear about upfront cost, super nice fellow (got right to work without yapping my ear off about unrelated stuff, which happens frequently I find), fixed the problem with my dishwasher AND he even secured the hinge of my cabinet door which was hanging by a thread! Price was excellent. Thank you!

Always refreshing to know that there are still strong, good, honest businesses out there. I paid for parts that they needed to repair my washer and when the parts came in and they came back to my house they determined that my washer was not worth repairing. They couldve installed the parts and I wouldve probably still left a 5 Star review, but they did the right thing and informed me of it and refunded me in full. I will definitely be using these guys again!

Our Dryer wasnt heating and Aleksander came in, did a diagnosis and came back the next day to fix. A painless process!We have someone who is medically-vulnerable at home, so we asked that he wear a mask and he was happy to accommodate.I really dont know how much appliance repairs normally cost so I wont say it was a crazy price. Was it expensive? Maybe? Maybe not? But again, I really dont know what it would normally cost. With parts and labor, it all seemed pretty reasonable to me!

Technician made diagnostic, that my dryer machine needs replace the control board and it would be cost almost 400$. I’ve paid only for diagnostic 50$ and replaced the control board myself, but after replacement turn out that problem wasn’t in it.When I called them and ask sent me other technician, because I doubt in competence first one. I got the answer that he was the best, if he couldn’t do anything probably nobody can and I have to pay for second visit as well. So they will send their “technician” and I will pay each time for guessing what wrong.I make decision call another company. Repayment takes 40 minute, technician was with every possible needed part. He had asked me before came the model of my dryer machine. Now my dryer machine works with my old control board. I wasted time, 50$ for wrong diagnostic and 30$ for returning new control board. Repairment has cost 165$ opposite 400$Everybody can make mistake, it is normal, but customer shouldn’t pay for it. The technician barely speaks English and I’m sure he miss-wired my Rangehood control board even though my manufacturer had just replace the motor and inform me the unite is just not working and left it on my kitchen stove. I had my washer repair scheduled a month ago. The technician who showed up didn’t even speak English so I had to call the office to get a translator. Technician also said the washer would be fixed within 2 days, once he received a part that needed to be ordered. I’ve called the office to check the status twice and no one has a clue what is going on. They said they need to speak to the technician but then no one advises me what the status is and here we are a month later. Consumer BEWARE - I do not recommend this company and will have to take my business elsewhere.

The tech was nice and did what he needed to. But the company rep texted me before they came that the service call was $49.95. I agreed. I had replaced the lid switch and just needed the cover put back on the washing machine. The total cost was $120. No diagnostic was needed. Just the cover put back on. $70 to out the cover on was excessive. I suggest asking more questions up front in costs.

When it comes to integrity and honesty, this is the best I have come across. I had a 6 year old Samsung (never buy Samsung, I spent 4K on this fridge and it didnt even last). They came out and made 500 dollars of repairs, ranging from the compressor to the ice maker. Unfortunately, the repairs didnt work. True to their word, they came back and determined I would need a new motherboard and compressor. The technician advised I would be better off buying a new one. The owner refunded me for the repairs. THIS is a company that knows how to treat its customers. If I ever need an appliance fixed, this would be the ONLY company I would go to.

I recommend finding a company with a warranty longer than 90 days. I trusted that the appliances were fixed for good in January when the repair took place so I did not worry much about the very limited warranty. It is June and my washing machine is back to leaking after spending a great deal of money (I also had an oven repaired as well). Of note—the part of the oven I called to have fixed was not even repaired. I wanted the stovetop to quit smoking and heating when the oven was turned on. Apparently this just needed an oven cleaning. Instead I was charged to fix the inside oven burner piece which had been working fine and only broke when the repairman messed with it and did something that caused it to spark and burn out. It may have needed a repair at some point, but it had been working fine and was not the part that needed repairing. Overall, I am out a lot of money with nothing to show for it.

I knew before Paul came out that my samsung rf266 french door fridge had a closed system leak. Freon leaking out. Paul, a quiet professional guy, diagnosed it in less than 20 minutes. I thought our $3k fridge was a paperweight or that Id have to do freon myself. He was able to put freon and stopleak in and get it working in under an hour. The 49 dollar service fee got applied to total cost of 150. Total cost 150 out the door. Very happy. 3 weeks without a fridge and so grateful for these guys. I had an awful experience with this repair company. First they charged me a $45 diagnostic fee to come and and assess my washer machine. This is pretty standard. They contacted me and let me know it would be roughly $250 to repair, I made the decision to move ahead with the repair. A couple days passed and I never received a call about the issue. I called the tech after seeing the debit from my Credit Card and he said it was gonna cost over $500 to repair and would make more sense to get a new washer. I contacted the company and they said I would get a refund since they conducted a diagnostic, made repairs and still couldn’t fix the washer. I periodically checked in over the next couple weeks on the status and was told it would take a couple more days each time. Today I called and a different woman answered and proceeded to basically yell at me telling me I wouldn’t be getting a refund. The company did the diagnostic, got the issue wrong and charged me nearly $300 and then told me to buy a new one. Do not use this company they will rip you off.

Recently, I had a problem with my washer. The technician came in quickly and gave me a price estimate that was cheaper than 2 other companies I have called to check the price. My washer still works perfectly and I do not have any problems with it. Next time if I will have a problem with my appliances, this company will be the first whom I will call.

We made an appointment for a clothes washer which had leaked. Alex was very careful and detailed and went over the washer very closely. He could not locate the source of the leak, but I think the leak must have been a one-time freak thing, because we havent had trouble again after multiple washes since then. Alex double-checked all the hoses carefully and showed me where to look to locate the leak if it happens again. He ran the washer three times to try to make it leak and was patient about the delay. I was pleased with the customer service and will call Appliance Repair 123 if I have an issue in the future.

I called appliance 123 to give me a quote for my refridge that wouldnt cool but the freezer was cooling. Before the tech came out I went on YouTube to see how to repair myself. They told me what the problem was and what to buy, which was only a $60 heating element. I still wanted to see what The tech would say. So The tech showed up and gave me a quote of $333.00. Which I thought was insane. The break down of the bill was $49.99, this doesnt apply to the repair, for the service fee charge, $52.35 for a heating element, $36 sensor, $25 piercing valve and something else for $99.00. Needless to say I declined service. So, after I paid the tech $49, I went to d and l appliance parts and bought the heating element for $60 and now my garage refrigerator works like a champ. Im so upset when repair guys, landscapers etc. come to my upscale neighborhood and try to over charge. I would have gave this company a zero star but I did have the option. Watch out!

Never again! I called because I read through the reviews and thought I could trust them but sadly I was wrong. I am a small business owner so I hate to Lena’s a bad comment. I called them out to diagnose the issue with my dryer, they told me what had to be repaired and I could not fix it at that moment. He seemed Annoyed that I wasn’t fixing it at that moment, and I asked him to put it back together and when I am ready to fix it I will call. He sat there confused and didn’t want to put it back together, when he finally did “put it back together” I found out that he took the belt and other pieces. When I was getting a second opinion they told me that I needed a belt and a few other things since my dryer was missing all these parts! When I called and spoke to the owner he said you told em not to put it back together and he doesn’t know where the stuff was.

Our commercial Viking fridge/freezer stopped working and Appliancerepair123 sent a technician named Dimitri Serakov to work on it. He was wonderful, putting in long hours and remaining pleasant the entire time. In spite of unexpected issues, he repaired our unit and became a family friend in the process. Do not use this company!! Technician Alex came out and spent 2 hours taking GE fridge apart and concluded that there was nothing he could repair. We would have to replace the fridge. After he left we noticed a dent in our stainless steel door-thanks Alex!! Plus we paid $50 for his time.GE service rep looked at fridge without having to take it apart and it was a simple fix-replace a fan-total cost of $250.A lesson learned-use the manufacture for service.(Also called twice to speak to owner-no reply)

When my older dishwasher broke down I was put in a tough position of not being sure of what to do. On the one hand I could just decide its time to get another one. Moved into a new house, and dryer wouldnt work. Called Appliance Repair 123, and had Eugene come out to look at it. His diagnose was the wiring was wrong, the voltage was not correct. Told me to get an electrician to look at it, paid him $49.00 for the Service Fee. Called our Electrician that did our house, he came out, and found out that somehow one of the wires did not get put in, they put it in and and WA-LA I have a dryer that works!!! Eugene was very nice, professional, and his diagnose was CORRECT. I definitely will be calling them next time I have an issue. Affordable, fast, and friendly, ... now that is who I like to give my hard earned money to.

Worst worst worst DONT USE THEM. They sent viktor to my house I explained the importance of having the stove fixed. He told me it was the control board and he would order it and have my stove fixed Tuesday. Wednesday came no call I have to call them and message him in which he messaged me back he completely forgot about me and would come fix it now. I sat here for 2 hours only for him to fiddle with his phone and my stove still beeping after he put the new control board in and for him to say it’s another board and it will cost more money and more time to fix. They send techs that have no clue what the hell they are doing and have to google everything. Thanks for nothing

Called to have a rheostat changed on an oven, (piece behind the knob to regulate temperature) appliance guy didnt know what e rheostat was! Had a clogged dishwasher that wouldnt drain and called this company for service. The technician was okay however the office staff was incredibly rude! My crime? I requested they send me an electronic invoice so I could click and make payment online. This is not uncommon especially since I wasnt at the service site. Rather than simply telling me they didnt have the ability to do that they started berating me and harrassing me to pay NOW and that they wanted to be paid. Very strange and totally uncalled for. I called this company to get a dishwasher repair and had some questions on what type of insurance liability and coverage they have. The phone conversation was about 2 minutes and they lady on the phone said I am wasting her time?She told me to find a new company and doesnt have time to show an insurance form?Not sure what else needed to say but probably should find a company that cares about customers compared to this pathetic customer service.
