Such a great company. The technician was right on time. He immediately diagnosed my problem, and had the parts in his van. He had my dryer dismantled and repaired in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Metrolina Appliance to anyone!!!

Mike from Metrolina came to fix a broken dishwasher door. He found that the whole door apparatus and part of the frame was bent. The job was much more than the has expected and it was well after five oclock, but he stayed and made sure he fixed it. He was honest, professional and the cost was beyond reasonable.

I was a bit wary because there were so few reviews for this business, but after reading the drama-filled reviews of some of the other companies, I chose the one that seemed to be a bit more established. Boy am I glad I did! They were fast, managed to get me in quickly, and fixed my problem on the first visit. Through 100% my own actions, I broke my dryer again the next day (I forgot to put the filter back on) and they came back out and fixed it the same day I called and wouldnt accept payment! 100% will use every time I need anything fixed!

I had them come out for a dryer that was blowing a fuse. The guy took the dryer apart and told me that everything was fine and tested fine. That if the fuse wouldnt blow while he was there there isnt much he could do about it, it could be a breaker issue. Told me as he was leaving they have a 90 day policy of them returning for free if the same issue persists. Told me if the fuse kept blowing they were able to come out free of charge of the service call, but I needed to get the breaker ruled out. The fuse wasnt blowing any longer but the dryer was no longer getting hot to blow the fuse. I believe if someone tells me everything is okay and then its not, i need a second opinion. The technician left two plugs unplugged which hooked up to the dryer that made it hot. I called the company to explain to them the situation and they told me it was basically on me because i didnt have them come look at it. If your guy tells me its only free of charge to come back out if the same problem persists, tells me everything is fine, the dryer stops heating, its not the same issue, i want a second opinion if I have to pay again anyways, because something went wrong the first time. The lady on the phone was super annoyed and not very helpful, telling me i could just talk to the technician, and i should have called. You guys should have also done the job correct the first time around, not leaving important wires unplugged and telling me i could only waive the service call back out if, the same problem persisted. Your technician leaving things unplugged created a new problem, that he put me under the impression I would have to pay for. I would use a different company, that is more upfront and honest and doesnt leave important wires to a dryer unplugged telling you everything is hooked back up and fine and if you know the fuse blows again we can come back out free of charge. Apparently the lady says it doesnt have to be the same issue, so i wish the technician didnt make it seem and kept saying if only the same issue persisted, because I would of called and then called for as second opinion as well. The job should of been completed and done the first time around, leaving the wires that heat a dryer unplugged is not okay. It did take a month to get it re looked at, because life happens and sometimes people arent around and in town to get things immediately fixed, but to the lady who doesnt believe i was out of a dryer for a month. I was out of a dryer for a month not because it was broken, but because they failed to put it back together all the way.

THE best, hands down, quick response time, fairly price, they explain everything in clear english, and give you options, no hard selling at all. They are honest, and thats hard to find today .I would never use anyone else . If you need a repair you have to try them !

I never got as far as using their service. The woman who answered the phone was rude and abrupt and I have no time for anyone who take this kind of approach toward customer service.
