Placed a call for their Charlotte branch and they were able to squeeze us in same day for an oven repair. They were quick to quote & return with needed parts. Would recommend.

Duane is completely unprofessional and incompetent. He showed up 5 hours late to repair our freezer and charged us $429. He broke the hinge and now we cannot open the freezer. He promised to return to fix it in 2-3 weeks. Now he won’t return my calls and it’s been 6 weeks. What a scammer!

If I could leave no stars I would. I was told what the trip charge was so the tech came out, but i had to call him back from the parking lot cause he didnt know the thermostat was not right. Never checked! Quoted me 275 for the part and said there would be no charge for the returning trip to fix it. I was told the whole bill would be $800!! REALLY?? I called up and they told me there is a 2nd trip charge that tech was wrong. Now they would have charged me 735!. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! NO THANK YOU!!

I am a small business own in kings mountain. I called for someone to come out to look at some equipment in m shop. On the phone they were amazing called and I was hopeful that this would be a awesome experience. When they arrived the gentle man sat in the floor and began to work on my machine. As he was taking it a part he hands it to me and told me to go clean this... REALLY? I thought I was paying you to do the serves?? I go to the back room to clean the parts as he is giving them to me and when I fishes I walk out to find him sitting in a chair (No where near my machine) on his phone. He tells me that he is looking up how to fix my machine. He tells me how it is broken and it is going to be a while before he can fix it. So I pull out my laptop and google it while it is outside doing who knows what. I walk over to the machine and push ONE button like the manual said online. He walks is and asked me how I did that...... I guess when you pay someone $90.00 an hour(to be an expert) you are just really paying for you to google it and fix it yourself.... I called and ask to speak to the manager and told him what had happened and be starts talking over me and says that they did nothing wrong and that he is sorry that I just dont want to pay my bills.... Is there any professionalism out there? Save you money and go somewhere else.

The tech was accommodating to our schedule and he did a great job.

They dont show up on time. The one with a beard named Jon thinks he knows it all and likes to listen in on conversations . Then he likes to make smart comments to the managers infront of there staff. They only bring half of the parts that are needed to complete a job. Why are they even still in business?

Wish I could give zero stars. If you want your equipment fixed, don’t call these guys!

Do yourself a favor and steer very clear from this business. My soul would feel better working with Satans daughter than the owner Shannon. Unreliable, unprofessional, poor customer service, terrible pricing, unethical and potentially illegal activities. If you do business with this Company then you are just as smart as the owner. Keep your soul clean they will have to answer for theirs at Heavens Gate.

The most unprofessional service technician I have ever met in my life. I asked how long it would take to diagnose the issue, because I did not want to pay for a trip charge plus 3 hours at $95 an hour just to tell me he cannot fix the appliance. He just walked out while I was still trying to speak to him, super rude.
