I have been dealing with a non-working ice maker in a Fridgidaire unit for the last few years and finally decided to fix it. Having looked at reviews and location, I decided to use Appliance Doc. I made the call on a Saturday and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Viktor was prompt, pleasant and very good. Quickly diagnosing the ice machine problem, we moved on to a problem with the dryer. Also a fast diagnosis, an explanation and a rescheduling for an install of a new part. I highly recommend Appliance Doctor. The experience was great start to finish. It started with a quick response from booking an appointment on their website. I got an appointment same day which was great. Communication was fast and clear. The technician arrived on time. He worked meticulously and kept a clean area in our kitchen. I liked how he set a towel down to collect debris where he worked, and removed any small pieces that got on our floor with a piece of painters tape. That was very smart. I have saved Appliance Doctor’s number and will be calling them again when needed in the future. I will also be recommending them to my friends and family.

My Samsung Refrigerator stopped working, called Victor on Sat morning. He said he will be there between 1-3 pm and he was there @ 2:45 pm. Professional and knowledgeable. He tried to identify the issue for more than hour. after hi research he was not able to identify the issue and mentioned that it was a bigger problem. therefore it might be better to buy a new one. After all that he did not even charge for his visit. that was very nice of him. I would recommend and call him again for other service calls.

We were very fortunate to find someone to repair a microwave on a Sunday. We called for an appointment and were able to get someone out within about four or five hours. The service was professional and efficient, and the contractor, Victor, actually had the part in the van so we did not need to wait for anything to be ordered. Our microwave was broken and fixed all within the span of about seven hours.

What a bad time for the refrigerator to quit cooling, just when everyone is stocking up so they dont have to go out shopping as often! 3 days was the soonest anyone else could come, but Viktor was not far away and came right away. He was professional and courteous, and personable as well. He diagnosed the diagnosed the problem, and had the needed part on his van (I mean, there must be one heck of a lot of possible parts for a whole lot of appliances!). He even cleaned the coils and cleaned up where he worked. He gave me the bad part, not that I could tell, but all I know is it started cooling down right away. He was in and out quickly. What a lifesaver! I will definitely call him again if I have other appliance problems!
