Our AC stopped working so I called SKY, who we’ve trusted to maintain our system before. Adam was our tech and called prior to arrival (and on the front end of their service call window, which was nice). Adam was friendly and professional and cleaned out our condensate drip line which has become clogged. He also checked the compressor for any leaks as a general maintenance courtesy and luckily all looked great. We renewed our annual service contract with SKY and highly recommend them. Great work!
Joel did a great job addressing some issues that came up on my home inspection report. There was duct that was on the ground in various areas. Joel was fast, thorough and professional! First off, I am very critical of businesses who view their clients as ones who are privileged to have them doing business with them. One instance of this is when a business asked to perform a service tells the customer, we will be there between so and so hours... This can be catastrophic to somebodies day especially when they have time constraints or a strict schedule. That being said Sky HVAC, when contacted, gave the expected verbiage related to arrival of the technician to do a service on my heat pump and furnace. I have had Climate Control Systems doing my services since I moved in to my residence and they had been doing it previous to my moving in in 2015. They have been spotless and prompt and very professional, likeable persons to deal with. Going into today, I had mixed expectations but all of them were quelled upon the technician, Joel arriving less than 10 minutes after the first part of the window of 10-12. Joel actually called me prior to arrival and was very cordial and professional on that call. When he did arrive, he was very quick to address me and ready to participate in the service. I have two women at my residence that have autoimmune deficiencies and this type of event always has me on needles because I have to make sure there is no instance of somebody bringing something contagious into the house. Joel of course had a mask on and made sure to respect my wishes, and performed everything associated with the said service promptly and more than adequately. Upon checking and cleaning the furnace/cooler unit in the basement, he came up and fulfilled a request to reset the thermostat to the desired furnace kick in temperature rather quickly and then continued to exit outside to finish up with the condenser unit. I met with him outside and upon his initial inspection of the unit gave me a good explanation of its state. I left and came back and he had removed the access panel cover and was checking the refrigerant charge levels. These had been in question since I had noticed or at least assumed that the levels might have been low due to the seemingly less efficient heat pump performance during the rather cold mornings we had been having. He assured me and as I am rather familiar with the whole system, questioned him as to what the state of the system was. He was rather educated and experienced with such and gave me a good synopsis of its operation and its level of efficiency. He then questioned me about the system as per specific install dates and such. He then checked other areas of operation and confirmed it was indeed operating correctly. He cleaned out a great deal of foliage and whatnot that had accumulated in the bottom of the fan tunnel of the unit. I brought my Shop VAC to aide in his scavenging of the bottom area. He finished all the necessary steps to complete the service and met me at my door to seal the deal. He never strayed from the professionalism that I expected and was very prompt in every aspect. I appreciated his willingness to provide anything that I deemed necessary for the service and accommodations for the other residents in my house. Upon relating to Joel that we had been receiving services from Climate control previously at a said rate and that I was in fact notified of a certain rate on the phone by no less than two assistants, I was told by the new owners of Climate Control Systems, SKY HVAC, that they would honor that price. I have been floored by the execution of all steps of this business dealing and have no doubt in my mind they are continuing in the previous footsteps of Climate Controls History dealings with their customers. I rate them highly and look forward to dealings with Joel and Sky HVAC increasingly so.

We recently needed our HVAC replaced quickly because it was failing and this company came recommended from a friend. They came out the same day I called, gave us a quote that was much less than competitors who came out and the installation was done well. David lonon was the technician. He came out to repair the oil heat system at 10:00pm the same evening I reported heat for my triplex had stopped working. He had the heat working in about 15 minutes and drained the excess air in the line that had been making noises for years. Im excited to say the heat has never run better and been more quiet in the 10 years Ive been here!! thanks David
The young tech they sent out was very pleasant and professional. I wish I could remember his name. All I remember is that he said he has a pet rabbit. He also came to the door wearing a mask, which I really appreciated. We opted to have him clean the unit after he corrected the issue because the service was at least 25% less expensive than Morris Jenkins.

When called them to get information about having a maintenance schedule setup, they took my information and emailed me a proposal quickly. I did approve it within an hour and they called me back and had my maintenance inspection scheduled for the next day. They did call me when they were on their way to verify appointment. I am glad I called them.When Chuck, the Sales Guy, arrived at my house, one of the very first things I told him wasChuck, the only reason you are here, is because you are a friend to a friend and because you have a 5.0 rating on google with over 255 reviews. We already have 5 quotes.Chuck worked with me! He walked the house to get a good understanding of how the house looked and the understanding of the issues with the current system. Rather than guessing, or figuring it out in his head, Chuck utilized a special software to understand the size unit that we needed for the size house.Once Sky HVAC won the bid, Chuck worked out a day and time for the new unit to be installed. We were in no rush when we initially scheduled because we had a working system and we knew it would be a multi-day install so we chose late September 2020. Mid-September, the current unit died for the 5th time this summer. I called Chuck to see if we could move the install up. Chuck had to make a few calls, but Chuck managed to get it moved to the same week that the old system died.AWESOME EXPERIENCE THUS FAR!The new install occurred. It did take 3 days, but that was because we added some specialties, like Zoning. :-D (Wed-Fri). There were two install techs working the entire time. They ran into some challenges and needed some help. In a short period, two more techs showed up to assist. Great team work displayed.The install techs received the incorrect thermostat. We reached out to Chuck my sales guy. They had to order the correct ones, but they managed to get them and get them installed on Monday.AWESOME EXPERIENCE!On Friday night after the install was complete, the wife and I ventured to the attic to take a look at the new system. We spotted that the coil was leaking a little. Just drips, nothing major. We waited to the next day and checked again. The base of the pan was covered in water.First thought, was ACK! It is broke already!We did reach out to Chuck to let him know what was going on, but we also decided to call the company to get a tech out. On the weekends, it sounds like an answering service, but they got my info to a tech who called me minutes after hanging up with the answering service. Explained the issue and the tech stated, be there in 30 minutes. And he was. Yes. I was pleasantly surprised!Tech on Saturday spent hours taking a look, but could not figure it out. Techs that came on Monday to install the Thermostats took a look and could not figure it out right away. They were going to provide a new coil, but when they took it apart, they found the problem being a manufacturer defect in the pan. Replaced that piece and corrected the issue.Overall, this was a phenomenal experience! All the way from Sales to install to servicing! Thank you Sky!

I had a disagreement with the folks at Sky. However, I appreciate the the Owners Mike and Mark reached out to me right away to correct the matter. They take ownership of there company for better or for worse and are eager to make the customer happy. They have created a culture at Sky where values and service come first. I appreciate that when you work with third parties as intermediaries sometimes the correct information does not get to the end party in a timely fashion. In big construction jobs, time can cost you a lot of money, and to me, it did. But I can accept that. I would like to thank Skys Mark and Mike for showing ownership and demonstrating integrity. When something is not right, they will com forward and fix it.The service staff with Sky are first class and I highly recommend them for both HVAC and GAS installs.I would recommend Sky HVAC for your homes needs. The communication with this company was great, they provided status messages via text so I never had to wonder or call to get an update regarding their whereabouts. I was very impressed with pricing and service of Sky HVAC. The pricing was below all of my estimates and Mike is very knowledgeable about HVAC and offered me several options. He and his technicians showed up on time to every appointment made and kept me posted on the scope of the work and who would come when. The service calls we made after hours were always answered quickly and someone was at our house within the hour. The technicians got in and out and went the extra mile to make sure things were working properly. I would definitely recommend SKY to all my family and friends.
I had to replace both the AC and furnace, and these guys were fantastic. They arrived early and went to work pulling it all out, even when the access to my attic wasn’t ideal. They were very communicative and polite and cleaned up when they finished. They worked for over 10 hours, in July heat, and had a great disposition about it all. Nice guys and hard workers and fair priced.

I found Sky HVAC based on ratings on the Web. I give the company a 5-star rating enthusiastically. I called this morning because our AC did not work yesterday when we turned it on for the first time this season. The dispatcher took my info and said a technician would be dispatched as soon as possible. She was very friendly and professional. A short time later I received a text that a service call had been scheduled for 5:30 pm. I had been worried that we would not get service until over the weekend. But we were to have same day service. An hour or so later the dispatch agent called to say that a technician was working in our part of town. Was it OK if the technician came in about a half hour? It was more than OK. The technician called to say that he would arrive in 25 minutes. The technician was a pro. He identified the problem and corrected it in short order. Throughout the process I received text updates. The whole experience could not have gone more quickly and smoothly. The use of email, text, and phone calls to keep me informed was so customer oriented. I have never experienced service like it.

Sky did not charge me for a 1.5 hour repair because they thought it was possible (not certain) that they missed something when conducting a maintenance inspection 90 days previous. Why would anyone choose another HVAC company other than Sky? They are truly amazing. We were in desperate emergency need of a new heat pump unit. Not only did they come out but were able to install over a holiday week. They gave us one of the top rated units in the industry for a lot less than the major competitors and less than half of what the main competitor offered for an inferior product (not saying names but rhymes with Borris Menkins). I have to say, if you choose anyone else for your HVAC needs, you’ve made a mistake.

Our AC stopped blowing cool air over the Memorial Day Holiday last weekend. Our house quickly warmed up to an uncomfortable 82 degrees. I called Sky and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. The service was professional, quick and reasonably priced. The tech explained everything and was able to replace a blown fuse. Called after 5pm when the AC stopped working. Spoke with someone instead of leaving a message. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, but would be checking to see if something became available that evening. I received a text that a technician would be stopping by at 8pm. The technician called before arriving.He checked the AC unit, and diagnosed the issue. Instead of just stopping there, he also checked for leaks as well. I asked for his recommendation based on the age of the unit. He suggested that I replace it with a new one, and provided pricing information. I decided to have him repair it for now. Upon hearing that, he didn’t try to push a new unit. He did suggest I get it checked with a maintenance service to try and prolong the life.The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Without a doubt, when the unit needs to be replaced, I won’t hesitate to give Sky HVAC a call.

Sky HVAC did a great job when they came to service my furnace. They went above & beyond adjusting all my vents for the best air flow. Now the house warms up quickly and the upstairs & downstairs are always the same temp. Before the upstairs would get much warmer when the downstairs was finally comfortable. The Sky Guys ROCK!!!

He did a good job cleaning my AC unit and found a potential problem that he recommended to be fixed. He seemed to be very educated at what he does and also checked my blower unit in the Attic. Im sure the Sky technician who checked our furnace meant well when he advised us to buy a new unit immediately because he was picking up elevated carbon monoxide readings in our house. I should add that we had had our furnace checked THE DAY BEFORE by another company who picked up NO carbon monoxide, and the Sky technician was at our house on another matter related to the furnace for a 2nd opinion ONLY. He alarmed us so much (finding high levels particularly in one room facing the front lawn) that when he left, I asked our local firefighters to come out and recheck the levels. They did a thorough check and found nothing — zero readings throughout the house! Turns out, we were getting our leaves blown at the same time, and the firefighters theorized that the leaf blowers raised our levels temporarily. BTW, we had asked the Sky technician about the leaf blowers, but he didnt even acknowledge them as a possible culprit and stood firm in his assessment that we needed a new furnace ASAP. In my opinion, he should have taken the leaf blowing into consideration and urged us to contact the fire dept. or gas company to be certain. Thank goodness we did it on our own. Instead, the tech was SO confident, he would have had us buy a new furnace on the spot, to the tune of $3850. I wanted to trust this company and give them our business, but I just cant.
SKY HVAC WAS AWSOME!My husband and I had our AC unit go out and I called early in the morning at 8:00am on Tuesday and they very quickly were able to have someone come out for a diagnostic and estimate at 11am.Jeff Smith (Who was amazing) came. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in the heating and air field. Jeff did not try to sell us on a new unit, he told us the truth and the facts on how much it would cost to fix it and on how much it would be for a new unit and let us decide. We ended up purchasing a new unit.They were able to come Friday, that same week to do the install! I am very pleased with the prompt and professional customer service that was provided from Jeff, to our installers, to the owner who personally called to make sure we were pleased with the work Sky HVAC did on our home.Their prices were fair and reasonable. They even offer a service agreement for a tech to come twice a year so that someone can check our unit during the season changes.... We requested for Jeff to come, of course...They have an excellent staff based on what I read from the other reviews on here when I was searching for someone to work on our home. Im glad we chose Sky HVAC and that they lived up to the reviews.I definitely recommend Sky HVAC for all of your heating and air needs!

SkyHVAC has been a wonderful provider for our HVAC services! We have a annual maintenance contract with them that keeps our units running smoothly throughout the year. They are very responsive when service issues are needed and accessible 7-days a week. They stand behind their work and have been very generous with extending their services towards the maintenance of our units. I highly recommend the company.
