Tim came out to do a diagnosis of my AC for me to submit to my home warranty company.He was very thorough and courteous and really went above and beyond to contact them and give them the information they needed. I will be purchasing a unit from All City heat and air. My current unit is from them and it lasted 29 years. So I definitely trust their products.

All City has been servicing my HVAC units and providing preventative maintenance on them for years. They are professional, honest, and reliable. I called at 4:30pm to report an issue with my A/C upstairs, and the owners came by on his way home from work and worked for almost an hour to get us back up and running until they could make the permanent repair. They take care of their customers!

Cameron and Ernie, Jr. arrived ready to go right to work. All furnace check points were covered, which gave us assurance there should be no unforeseen surprises this heating season.

I would like to commend Ernie for doing an outstanding job. He heard the diagnosis that I was given by a competitor and did his own investigation. He found the problem to be different and was able to get me up and running the same day. All this for half the cost and several days sooner. He was very polite and professional.

We’ve been using All City Heat & Air for about 5 years and have been very pleased with their service, professionalism and responsiveness!This week was an especially positive experience as we were having issues with a very loud unit and our builder told us it wasn’t fixable. Called at 9am after waking up to a cold house. Furnace not responding to thermostat settings. Technician Mike, arrived in 30 minutes, troubleshoots the situation (inducer motor was not functioning), drove to get the parts and furnace was up and running by noon. Jeff and his team of technicians are very knowledgeable and every time theyve come out, either for regular maintenance or a service call, the technicians are super friendly, professional and always explain what they are going to do, any issues they found or what the problem is. Last summer we woke up on a Sunday to a sauna downstairs. We tried to troubleshoot on our own, but by noon our thermostat was reading 94 degrees! I called All City, left a message and within 30 minutes Jeff called me back. He was on the complete opposite end of Charlotte enjoying his day off and without a thought, he turned around and was at our house with a second technician within 2 hours. They fixed it and the AC was kicking before dinner! All City is a breath of fresh customer service air!

Talk about first class and white glove service. All city has been a pleaseure to work with from start to finish.We needed a new HVAC system for our home we called All City Heat and Air based on their reputation and we werent disappointed. Jeff, (part owner) and advisor came out within 1 day and explained everything in detail. He broke down all the features of about 5 different systems we could choose from with a variety of price points and options. They even offer finance options which was an option for us too.After making our selection, All city stayed in contact letting us know next steps and what was going on with our order. Three days after our making a selection, they were ready to do installation. To our surprise, they not only put their feet in little booties to not mess up the carpet but they also laid down a 100ft drop cloth and ran it from my garage, up the stairs, into the room where the attic stairs were located. The technician Sandro and the 2nd technician were really kind and professional. They wore masks and gloves for the duration of the HVAC installation.In order to make sure the AC unit was level outside, they dug the area and disposed of the dirt themselves - leaving no mess behind.After the entire installation was complete - they took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat and made sure we were comfortable with it before leaving. Overall, their professionalism is unmatched as well as the customer service, kindness, knowledge and attention to detail. We never felt pressured to start the process nor were we hassled at any time. The whole process was seamless and perfectly orchestrated. We gladly and confidently recommend All City Heat and Air for ANY HVAC repair or new installation. You wont be disappointed!

Weve been customers of this company for 25 years, and theyve always done a fabulous job for us. They nursed along a cheap system at our old house, and they did the same when we moved to our current house in 2004. In 2012, when it was obvious that we needed a new system, they guided us through the purchase of a modern system with zone heating and air conditioning. Zone heat/AC is a great way to avoid the need for multiple systems in a two-story house -- if your house, like ours, doesnt have the downstairs space for a unit. Our heating and AC bills have been a fraction of what they used to be, and seven years in, we still love our system. Service is great, too.

Our experience with All City Heat & Air was fantastic. We had received the standard sales pitches already from the major big names everyone sees on TV and felt like we were getting nothing but canned recommendations and quotes....plus, the quotes were ridiculously high. However, after speaking with Jeff and meeting Ernie, I finally felt like I was talking with people I could truly trust. Their recommendation and quote was well thought out and very reasonable. In the end, they promised Friday installation, and lo and behold...it was indeed installed on Friday. My wife and I are thrilled with our system. The BIGGEST sales point for me is that THEY service the 5-year warranty that comes with their installations. No worthless 3rd-party warranty that you have to pay for ON-TOP of the price of installation by the other guys!! These guys back-up their installations. That says something in this day and age. All City has been providing great service for over a year. They replaced my upstairs HVAC and ductwork and the installation was quick and professional. In particular I was greatly appreciative of Ernie’s honesty when I was considering replacing my downstairs AC and he talked me out of it as his professional recommendation was to wait and see. So our heat stopped working today while it was a balmy 21 degrees and I got in touch with Ernie and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He got our frozen pipe handled and I’m beginning to warm up. I have known Ernie and Jeff for many years now, and they have always been super helpful and responsive. About 3 years ago, they replaced my system for about 30% less than other providers that serviced some of my neighbors with similar systems to mine. This past Sunday, my air was blowing hot air, and I called them to see if they could come out this week to take a look. My understanding is that this is their busiest time of the year, so my expectation is that at earliest, I would see them Wednesday. Ernie was at my house within an hour of calling them. Furthermore, he was done and gone 10 minutes later. Apparently, I had a bad capacitor. I called them to find out how much, and who should I pay, and they said that it was covered by warranty that I did not even know I had. I recommend that you check them out before you buy with someone else. These guys are ethical, honest, and extremely economical. Thanks guys!!

AC went out over before Memorial Day weekend and my usual repairman told me the unit could not be repaired and I would need to replace the unit at a cost of $4k but would have to wait until after the holiday. I called All City on Sat evening and they came out Sun am and repaired it on the spot for $350. Excellent service!

I have the annual maintenance plan and they call me the beginning of each winter and spring to set up the annual preventative maintenance checks. I have never had a problem with anything. They put in a new system in my rental property and did a great job. The city inspector came by and passed it first time. The price was fair and the quality of work was very good. I knew i needed an air conditioner and the price to fix it all was much better that fixing each piece one by one. They got on it the next day and the heat was working right away. All-City has once again exceeded my expectations. On August 2nd (in the middle of the summer), I called them first thing in morning that my AC wasn’t cooling. Not only did they send Nick out within a couple of hours, but he replaced a damaged capacitor and had my system running in short order. All-City offers responsive, prompt service, great technicians, and fair pricing—in short, everything you want in a heating and air company. I highly recommend them!

All City was able to come out less than 24 hours after my initial call. Unfortunately, unit was frozen due to air filter and coil issues and it was also low on refrigerant.
