I have used the services of Summit Air and Electric for 11 years (and two different homes) and have had nothing but positive experiences. The office staff, installation staff, and maintenance and repair staff have all been friendly and very professional. Response times have always been great. They have treated me as a valued customer and never tried to upsell. I highly recommend!

I had used them to replace my Evaporator Coil assembly. The calls to office with initial questions were promptly followed up by Amber. Omar Urbano worked on my home and he was a thorough professional, who answered all my questions before the job started and finished the job in the most proficient manner. Earl promptly arrived and found an electrical problem that an electrician needs to address. He is very professional and quite helpful. I enjoyed having him in my home...THANKS EARL!

Summit Air & Electric is amazing! The customer service was great. My air stopped working on Tuesday evening at 7 PM and was fixed by 4 PM Wednesday. Lee returned my call after hours on Tuesday night to help me trouble shoot and when that didnt work he had someone at my house the next day. Chris was the tech that came out to fix it and he was very professional! Good customer service is hard to come by and I give them an A+++. I will never shop around when I need heating and cooling repairs I will always call Lee at Summit.

We purchased our new home May 2015 with 2 HVAC installed and serviced by Summit Heating and Air. As our previous homes were older, we were thrilled with the idea that we would finally have cold AC. We are still waiting...multiple visits, beginning within the first few months. Every year they have come. On one occasion, it was the mother board. Another for a Freon charge. This last month, after much investigation, it was decided to be an internal valve, which they would give us a “special deal” at $550 since we have had so many troubles. Installation labor is another issue and since “it’s probably out of warranty by now”-their words. Also, when questioned why there are so many issues, the response of “you just never know what you are going to get”. I’ve read this chapter and I believe I know what we will get, anther warm/hot summer and no acceptable customer service. Bonus room Vents blow on two floors and they still can’t fix that....1 star is generous!

The A/C on my house stopped working a few weeks ago. Called on a Monday morning and had a technician out by mid-afternoon. The unit required an $8 capacitor. Was charged $272 for a 2 minute job.

I work here. Good honest people who do the job right the 1st time. Cant hardly find that now of days.

Not satisfied. Person taking calls didnt communicate issue well to those on the job leaving me with a bill and the same problem I started with. Arrived on time ill prepared and left job incomplete.
