I just wanted to say that these guys are PHENOMENAL! Very efficient, professional, and patient. Billy and Jesse did a great job replacing our ac unit and after inquiring with a couple of companies these guys really seemed to want to take care of you rather than jay drain your pockets. They even gave my husband lots of tips on maintenance! I definitely recommend and will be sending out recommendations to friends and family!

Free diagnostic which Is great you immediately feel like your not be price gouged. They showed up on time. Fixed my unit for a fair and reasonable cost without trying to sell me a new one. They put in a unit for my brother which is who referred me for less than half the cost of the bigger companies. Has a solid warranty and there work is true craftsmanship.

Had these guys come out to my house and put freon in my AC unit and less than a week later theres no cool air blowing out of my AC unit. Now Im trying to figure out if they even put freon in my AC unit. I feel like I wasted my money and my time with these guys have a family to Im trying to keep them cool.

Called AC And Heat Repair out to my house for a second option because they offer a free diagnostic test. Another company told me I needed a new unit that would cost $12,500. When AC Heat Repair got here they fixed my unit for $250. Then they did the annual check up on my second unit for $59.

Absolute displeasure - no tact! Irrelevant questioning with condescending attitude.

I called this company last night about my a.c. and the man told me someone would be at my house the following day between 11am-12pm. 1pm rolls around and I text the guy to not get a response. Then I called a little after 1 and no one answered. I thought it was really unprofessional for a company to treat a customer like that and waste their time.
