Working with Patrick and Addie has been an amazing experience for me and my groomsman! Both representatives have been extremely responsive, professional, and were able to help the day that my bride and I have always dreamed of come true! The customer service all around has been outstanding! No wonder theyve been in business for so long! Thanks to Berlins we were all looking dapper and it was a seamless process; pun intended. In & out with a tuxedo in less than a half hour. Everyone was very nice & knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Pulled my old Tux out on Saturday morning for a black tie event that same evening, and lets just say, it was not viable ( last worn in ~2008 ). Folks at Charleston Formal Wear helped me out of a bind - rented me a tux, sold me a bow tie ( hate clip ons ) and sent me on my way in a little under an hour. Home in time to watch the game ... errr take a nap ... by 3pm.Didnt even give me too hard a time when I returned it a week+ late ;-)Thanks guys ( and gal )!
