Can’t say enough good things about FT and Brian Kennedy. Great space, tailored workouts, professional, knowledgeable about new fitness approaches and wellness. I feel good physically and mentally after each session because Brian challenges me physically and keeps it fun and positive.
I have enjoyed my experience with Fitness Together since the first day I reached out to them. Everyone is very helpful and friendly - I love their program of one on one training - in a separate training room. I have enjoyed the relationship that comes with working out with someone week after week. Its a great place and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking to get fit!
I have attended for 3 months twice a week and have been very happy. All the staff, including my trainer and the owners, have been really supportive and encouraging. The facility and work out equipment is also quite comfortable. I have learned and created habits that will stay with me for a lifetime. Highly recommend.
Brian and the the FT fitness staff created a plan that is custom tailored to my individual needs and goals. The trainers are very mindful of any health concerns or past injury and work diligently to overcome them. All of that combined with their unique 1-on-1 trining space really embodies what personal training should be. I couldnt be happier with the results!

Signing up with Fitness Together training is the best money I could ever spend. The trainers are excellent and tailor each session to my needs. I’ve had two trainers and was happy to find that the quality of training didn’t slip one bit. “You’re never too old” is one of their slogans and it is so true! I suffer from joint pains and, after three sessions a week for my first month, I am able to do things that I have been able to do for years. If you’re looking for the right fit, the right motivation, and finally being able achieve a better all around level of fitness, give these guys a try. You won’t regret it!
How do I love training let me count the ways 1. Well trained, caring staff 2. One on one training in a private setting 3. Clean and well maintained facility. 4. Training program built around your goals. 5. Motivating I am definitely not the typical person whose goals are strength or endurance. But my trainers have tailored a program to maximize my mobility and help me maintain muscle mass. This type of personal training is not inexpensive. But one cannot please a dollar value on health and fitness.
Ive loved my experience here. They do a great job of fostering an environment that is both fun and challenging at the same time. I dealt primarily with Brian and Jeremy and they are outstanding. I also found they are super flexible with schedule changes, which was huge. It was exactly what I was looking for and I look forward to continuing the journey...

I started with FT back in October 2016 via a wellness challenge at work. Before I started with FT, I could barely walk a short distance before giving out of breath. Because of the personal training Im receiving at FT with my awesome trainer I have completed a walking 5K in under an hour, I sleep better, I have more energy and I am wanting to be more active! FT designs a program specifically for you, its not some random workout they print off...the workouts are tailored to you and what you can do and they take into account any health issues you may have. These guys are the best there is in my opinion. They have really helped me on my road to fitness and overall health. My health has improved so much since starting with FT. Please give them a try you will really be glad you did. They really care about you and your goals. They help you set realistic goals and are excited as you are when you achieve them. I cant thank them enough for all the support and encouragement they have given me.

Fitness together helped turn my slightly pudgy, 8-5 desk job body into the hunky, pool-ready body you (cant) see before you. At first they put me on a high cardio/high intensity workout to shed the weight. I lost about 20 pounds after going twice a week for a few months and eating well.Then we made the transition to heavier weights to start molding my formerly dumpy-mass-of-clay body. It has worked wonders. Im 90% sure that Pure Barres classes a few doors down are uncharacteristically full around my workout schedule. And you know what? I cant blame them. I was at Harris Teeter the other day and none other than Hilary Farr from Love It or List It and I locked eyes in the flower section. No words were exchanged...because no words were needed. Suck it, David.I guess what Im trying to say is that the trainers are great motivators and craft workouts tailored to the areas you need. 5 stars from a 5 star man.

I joined fitness together for some help getting over an injury and stayed because of the warm and friendly atmosphere. They truly care about my progress and even about how my day is going. The one on one sessions have really helped me get in/and stay in shape and I always look forward to going to exercise.

Fitness Togethers trainers are flexible and patient, but they are also going to work you very hard. Their studio affords you the privacy that a regular gym cant. Ive been coming here off and on for the last eight years, and I appreciate their attention to my workout-related needs.
Great staff, support, motivation, and results! Definitely worth the investment. I’m about seven weeks in with two sessions per week, and already lost a few inches off my waist, arms, thighs, calves, pretty much the whole body.
