What a great company! Richie and his family seem like great people.Gene and Ken are awesome and Ken did a great job on my truck. I dropped off my 2019 Tundra that had a dent by the door handle, crease in the rear door, dent in the tailgate, and the worst was a crease near the gas flap. One walk around my truck and Gene pointed out dents I had not even seen. Picked it up a few hours later and the truck looks brand new. I had a shallow ding on my Mazda 3 Premium 2020. I researched plenty of vendors before choosing the Dent Group of VA, and a wonderful Youtube ad that pop out before making that choice. I sent a free quote on a Thursday and got a quote the next business day. I decided to go with Dent Group after I conversed with Mr. Richie Powell the owner of the shop of what day Id like bring it in. When I walk through the doors in the place it was definitely as advertised nice and clean (follows the social distancing guidelines.) It has snacks, coffee, sodas, a Wi-Fi, TV with all the great channels, and this place has everything. It feels like a living room. I was greeted by warm and personable owner. Mr. Powell. He and I converse what I need to get done, and I handed him my car key. I enjoy myself a cup of coffee, snacks and watched the show Whos line is it Anyway. After 40-45 minutes the work was completed. I inspected my car, and saw how nice my car is again.(such a relief.) I highly recommend the Dent Group, and will go back for any Dent repair service! They also offer military discount.

I walked in on a random Wednesday morning and met with Mike. He looked at my car and quoted me the cost to fix a dent on my rear passenger side door and a couple small dings and I told them to go ahead and do it. About an hour and a half later my 2018 Lexus NX was flawless like it never happened. Literally eyeballing every angle to find some sort of remnant of the ding or the method the used to fix it and theres absolutely no trace of it, no dent, no marring of the paint or the Clearcoat. The door looks like it did the day it was painted at the factory. I would absolutely recommend these guys for small dent and ding repair and will use them again in a heartbeat if needed.

They are the best around. Ken specifically was the one who fixed my car. Massive dent the size of a softball in my hood right on the sharp body line. Dropped it off Sunday night and Monday afternoon it was done and he kept me updated the whole time. It looks like new which I thought wouldnt even be possible judging by what the other repair guys told me. And it was very reasonably priced. Cant ask for more.

My bike fell over in the garage against the door of my new SQ5 and left a 1 squared dent in the door. I took some pictures and sent it over and they got back to me right away. My wife has a dent in her door, so we decided to take it here, grime the time we first contacted them to get our estimate the customer service was far beyond expectation. My wife has to drop the truck off and pick up a rental that met her there, they even inspected the rental and made sure she was comfortable with it and moved the car seat over and made sure it was installed securely. The truck was ready the next day and you can’t even tell it had a dent to start with. The waiting room was extremely clean and accommodating. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. And when my wife picked up her truck it was clean, and didn’t smell like a body shop. Bottom line we won’t go anywhere else. Start to finish you’ll be satisfied with your experience. Called them to come out for a small dent on a Kia. The Technician came to the store and I dont know how a technician of 15 years could be so bad, but he left cracks in the paint which look 10 times worse than the vehicle was before. If he couldnt do it right he shouldnt have done anything at all. I called to complain and was told that I wouldnt have to pay the bill and I would be refunded to get the vehicle now painted. 10 min later I get a call back and the manager tells me that he talked to his technician and has changed his mind that they will not be paying to fix the terrible work his guy did. We will not be doing business with this company again.

I googled around and they were the best price to repair my dent. I got there at 9:15 AM and they were finished repairing my dent at around 10:45. There was a nice waiting area, with granola and candy bars, coffee, soda, and bottled water, but no place to plug my laptop. They did a fine job; it looks completely new.

I had someone damage my car in a parking lot (and of course no note was left). There was no paint damage, so I took it here hoping they would be able to make it look better so I didnt have to have the factory paint removed (since its always better). After getting two very expensive quotes at a body shop to repair the rear hatch of my 4 runner, it was suggested to me to find a place that specializes in dent repair. So I found Dent Group of Va, sent them pictures of my damage, got my quote by the next morning. I dropped the car off at their night drop and it was done the next day by 3. They did such an amazing job and you can’t even tell where the damage was. So happy with the way it came out.
