I had my Tesla bumper hit by cone while driving on autopilot. It had a scratch on it. I went to this shop to fix it. James instantly told me it’s not a scratch rather it’s a paint stick to the bumper from the cone. He applied some solution and then the paint from the cone was gone in a second. He didn’t even charged me single penny. Very satisfied with the costumer service. Will be going again.
These guys did such great work and are super professional. I brought my car in on Monday through state farm for a front bumper repair. There is an enterprise location there as well which provided me a rental car. They gave me an estimate of 4 days to get the work done and finished it in 3 days. What I love was everyday I got either a call or text message providing me with updates on my vehicle. Not to mention the work was immaculate you cant even tell there was a scratch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My story is not much different from the rest of the poor reviews on this site. They took my car in for repairs on an insurance claim, my front end was ripped off. They said it would take 1 week. It took 3......on top of that I had to call all the time up hey updates on the car. They replaced my front light bulb even though it did not need replacement. I had a very expensive led that they tried to keep. After all that, I got my car back. The front headlight was not calibrated correctly. I went back for them to fix... They claimed they fixed it... Nope they did nothing. This company cares about one thing and one thing only. Insurance money. Who cares who the customer is or their needs. They just want insurance money. Never going back again.
Went in to have rear end collision damage fixed. They were not able to source the parts for over 2 months and were rude when I called in asking for updates. Unprofessional staff that doesnt know whats going on at the reception desk and rude technicians that patronize customers and act like they are doing them a favor. Plenty of other body shops in the area to pick from.I just hope my vehicle is properly fixed so I never have to deal with them again.
I had a dent and a deep scratch on the tailgate of my truck. Chantilly Auto Body made the process of getting it fixed very easy. The drive-in estimate is so convenient. Nick did a very thorough estimate down to the smallest detail.When I returned for the repair, CAB took the tailgate off and even helped me attach a mesh net in its place.A few days later....yes, a few days...Carol called to let me know my tailgate was done. It looks great! Nick again was on-sight to make sure I was happy with the repair.Thanks CAB!!!

Solid initial advice, although follow up additional (always best to get at least two) estimates led to discovery that the removal and reinsertion of windshield required Subaru-propriety recalibration for Eyesight system as well as removal of ceiling lining which led to additional cost with replugging the air bag there, which added to overall cost.

My car was with these guys for close to a month. The most frustrating thing to happen was when they told me the 2nd week it would be ready for pickup on Tuesday and when I called they had ordered the wrong parts so it wouldnt be done. They said it would be done the third week so I called a week later and they said it would be done the next day. I call the next day and its still not done. It would be much more acceptable to me if they had called me instead of me having to call them over and over again for any updates. The actual repair guys are obviously overworked or at least theres no dedicated people working there that try to provide you with updates. Overall a very frustrating experience and I wouldnt send my car there again.The repair was good when I finally got my car back. But to me the customer service irrecovably bad.
I was connected to Chantilly Auto Body shop through Geico and they were awesome! Everyone was so friendly and informative. They called and texted to keep me updated and the turn around time to fix my fender bender was super quick (dropped it off Monday afternoon, finished by Wednesday afternoon). I was also very surprised my car was cleaned too! Very happy with the work!

This shop talked poorly of Caliber Collision and then held my car for almost a month waiting on tail lights. They returned it to me finally without a car wash and interior wipe down. They refused to analyze the front end suspension issue which caused me to submit the vehicle to another body shop (hint: it was Caliber Collision) to finish the repair. Caliber Collision did an excellent job and communicated with me very frequently. They finished the repair in under a week - that was front end paint repair and control arm and cradle repair. They washed the car and wiped/vacuumed the interior. Best body shop ever! I will never recommend or use Chantilly Auto Body or Ricks Auto Body again (sister companies).

Don’t even consider any other body shop! From the convenience of having an Enterprise rental car desk inside the facility to the constant communication while my vehicle was being repaired following the recent accident to the incredible quality of the work completed to get me back on the road.....it was a nice experience all the way! My friend recommended CAB and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Although I hope to never require their services again, I know I will be well taken care of if I do!
Something changed. This shop came recommended by the Tesla community for body work in the NoVA area. I drove a significant distance to get my car worked on there, this is my second time seeing them. The first was 100% professional, timely, and fantastic work.This time though, I took possession of my car and saw the headlight was not flush with the rest of the body where it had been replaced, and I had clear scratch marks on my hood where the deer had dented it, left there by a 3M compounding pad or similar. I pointed them out to Ashley while I was there and she assured me that if anything didnt come out in the wash, to call them and theyd handle it.Well obviously those clear coat scratches didnt come out in the wash, because they had just washed my car before giving it to me. Since I retook possession of the car I also noticed that the drivers seat molding hadnt been properly secured, and now my dashboard rattles like nobodys business. None of these parts were damaged in the collision, but I learned since then that removing these parts is necessary when replacing parts of the front end of the vehicle.So I paid $5100 for repairs to the car, but what I received back was a misaligned, scratched, rattling and out of sorts vehicle. I have already taken it back once for them to fix the scratches. They did a great job removing the vertical/horizontal compounding pad scratches, now I just have swirl scratches from the buffer instead. I learned how to re-attach my dash and seat molding, and have spent about 2 hours of my own time getting everything squared away.Certainly not worth the original value, and definitely not worth the second trip down there to have them buff out the scratches. Find a different shop, folks. Someone who works here pays no attention to the finer details, and if theyre cutting corners there, where else are they cutting corners that customers cant see?Oh and the receptionist, Carol, while she is a sweet lady, doesnt wear a mask when shes talking on the phone, and the rest of the time her schnoz is likely to be hanging out of it. Other people in the shop skip it altogether.
From the first estimate by Calvin to the front desk coordinator even to the lady that drove my car to the lot :... superb service. My repairs were a lot less than expected and ease of convenience was second to none. Very professional and reasonably priced auto shop. Tee answered my call, she was very pleasant and professional and I decided to visit the shop after our conversation. I went this afternoon, upon signed in James came to look at my car. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He went out his way to help me and I trusted his recommendations. It turned out the damage was not as bad as I expected. I am so pleased overall with Chantilly Auto Body. My car looks better than what it did before I was hit by another driver. They took the time to clean it outside, which I understand, but they cleaned it inside too!Their customer service is top notch. This repair was on a high end Mercedes vehicle and Chantilly Auto Body was recommended to me by the local Mercedes dealer. The shop has an Enterprise Car Rental facility in the same building which is very convenient. My vehicle had received extensive damage due to hitting a BEAR, the entire front end was demolished. The total repair cost was over 13K. Over the course of about 3 weeks, Chantilly Auto Body did an excellent job working with my insurance provider, ordering supplemental parts when needed, and keeping me notified via text as to exactly what the status was. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and assured me that I would be very pleased with the work. When I received the vehicle back, I was simply in awe at the excellent work, fit, finish and paint match were excellent. I would, and will gladly take my vehicles back to Chantilly Auto Body for any future body repair needs. Highly Recommend !
This is the WORST body shop Ive ever been to!! I would never recommend to nobody. this is by far the worst customer experience & vehicle exterior work Ive had with a body shop! i had gotten hit by a deer on the left front side of my vehicle. and this shop was closest to my work place. i took it in for front bumper work to be done along with the driver side door to be replaced the door to my driver side when you open it sounds and looks like its about to fall off from the screws, cold air is leaking from the crack of the door because it was not properly placed correctly. the paint job that was done to my bumper is trash every dealership i take it to, to try to get a trade in price states that the paint job done to it doesnt even match the color on my car, and having to replace my front tires every month to every 2 months since then. i contacted them to try to bring it in and they told me they would have to leave a message because the team leader was unavailable to speak with. DAY 1 went by received no call. DAY 2 i called to get all the repairs they did emailed over to me so i could have copies to explain what was concerns were. once again the team leader an manager was unavailable. 2 days back to back in the same exact week and still no contact! I WILL NEVER TRY THIS SHOP AGAIN! maybe contacting corporate will be better luck!
From estimate to finished work Chantilly Auto Body was highly professional. I was treated with kindness, respect, and received appropriate notifications on status of the work. I will definitely refer all my personal contacts to CAB for any auto body repairs. It was a huge bonus to have Enterprise Rental in the same building with the same excellent customer service.
This body shop is one of the best I’ve ever used. Brought my Jeep in for full replacement of fender flares and grill...and they body matched the color perfectly. They had the work done, on time, on budget and even vacuumed the inside and washed the outside of my car by the time I picked up. Their text message updates was fantastic to keep me informed with each step of the process.
Chantilly Auto Body was courteous and highly efficient from start to finish. I only met one of their employees and she is great — making a wonderful first impression on herself and thereby Chantilly Auto Body. I was provided info on the status of my car via text (after ensuring it was ok). Due to a perk I have with my insurance company Chantilly Auto Body brought me my rental, took my car to their shop, returned my car and returned the rental. My car looked brand new and the interior smelled even better. Highly recommend!

I was rear ended last weekend. Geico suggested Chantilly Auto Body to bring my car to for repairs. I have never dealt with such an Awesome location. From the moment I walked in, the Enterprise guys greeted me and directed me to the correct place I needed to go. During the whole process, CAB followed up via text every text of the way. On top of that, they had my car fixed and in perfect condition 5 days early. I hope I do not need to use CBA anytime soon but if I do, I know where to go. This place is highly recommended.

Highly Recommend Zach and the whole team at this location. I had my very first accident about a month ago and was very upset to see my Civic hurt. The minute my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted very nicely and checked in quickly. They took me through the whole process and I was in and out in a couple of minutes with my rental. After a couple of days the results made me very happy!!! They replaced my bumper and replaced all front lights of my civic. Amazing paint job and left giving everybody bear hugs!! They did a stellar job repairing MASSIVE damage to my vehicle. A tree fell on my van, $16000 in damages. Because of adaptive equipment, it wasnt totaled.They repaired the damages, it did take a while, but they were very professional and polite, which went a long way to improve my patience.The van came back clean and looking brand new.
My car looks better than it ever was. They completed the job on time, and fought with the insurance company on my behalf to get the money for damage that was not included in the initial assessment. Never had such unprofessional service. I would give a 0/5 if it were an option.We dropped off our Toyota Sienna Minivan, in driving condition to Chantilly Auto Body. After repairs to passenger side doors, which took 3 weeks instead of 6 days, the car wasnt drivable. The auto body shop chose to have the car towed to Lexus instead of Toyota and it sat at Lexus for a week without being assessed. I personally had to go to Lexus to find out what was happening and they told me the transmission was shot on my 100K ( 7 year old Sienna). Chantilly Auto Body refused to help have the car moved to Toyota for evaluation and harassed us for payment as they had completed there exterior repairs. They refused to see any problem with the fact that the car was not functional. They refused to take it to Toyota. They refused repeatedly in a most unprofessional manner, stating that they had done their part and they would not help us further. It is a pretty big deal to take a working car for minor cosmetic repairs and receive it in non working order!We reached out to Toyota Ourisman Chantilly, where we bought the minivan, and they most graciously towed the vehicle to them, evaluated the vehicle in the same day and found that an engine fuse had been blown during the door repair process. They replaced it and had the car working normally within hours on the same day we asked them to help us out.The lack of common sense in sending the car to Lexus instead of Toyota, the frustration with no communication and their harassment of us for payment, when they left us with a non working vehicle are completely appalling! The interaction with them leaves my family feeling as if they do not care at all for their customers and take no ownership in doing the right thing.I have recently found out that Toyota stopped doing service with them and created their own body shop, due to overpriced services and unprofessional relationship from Chantilly Auto Body.I would highly recommend Ourisman Chantilly Toyota - 5 starChantilly Auto Body gets a 0 star.

James, Lisa, and Muhamad (Mo) are some of the most wonderful people that i have dealt with. they kept me updated on every step of the process after my 2018 Golf R was hit. They returned the car in a condition where i could not even tell i was hit. Phenomenal team that performs top tier work. Definitely reliable staff and will be returning if god forbid another collision occurs. For the record they have also worked on my 2014 Honda Odyssey and my 1999 Eclipse. They have not let me down.

There was a point during my repair process where I was was apprehensive about the customer service and quality here. Management worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied. I think they have a good team here, there may be a few areas that could be improved... But what company doesnt have room for improvement? You can be assured that if you do take your vehicle here for repairs they will work hard to make sure youre happy.

I want to thank everyone at Chantilly Auto Body they do awesome work and trust me I’ve had paint work done before by other places. This place beats them all quality service hands down. My Maserati looks like it came off the showroom lot again. You cannot tell it ever had damage done to it because the blend paint job was done correctly! Perfect match and no orange peel in the clear coat very smooth... I will definitely bring my cars back here to CAB if need be for body work. Great staff. Great work. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a repair on there vehicle for any reason except the receptionist. She stole a credit card from an ex employee and will be going to court for multiple felonies. The owner wants to say it has nothing to do with the business which is incorrect. I would NEVER hand my credit card info or actual card to a person who is a known credit card thief. You’re not stealing my info. Not today satan not today 😂😂

This place took care of my hit and run vehicle pretty well! The whole side of my white equinox got side swiped, in which almost the whole side needed attention. Lisa and Muhamad took care of me from the moment I got quoted, all the way until I picked the car back up. Communication while in the process was very pleasant. The work done on the car was amazing as well. Paint blended in all throughout. This place is recommended to anyone here!
Got hit on 66 and had bumper damage. They had my car fixed within 3 days. Their work is perfect and service professional.
I dropped my car for repair yesterday morning. Before I left, I saw my car was driven in to be worked on. More than 24 hours later, I called in to check status, was told I will be posted about status and will be contacted if there were further damages not found on estimate. Geico repair estimate is 2-3 days, now 2 days have passed but havent heard about the update at the end of day.I paid car rental out of pocket, not sure how many more days it will take. Weekend is approaching. Since they dont work on weekends, I might need to pay 3 more days for car rental. Not very happy not knowing the status and it is not a big job, hope they can do better on this.Update on 2-21:I called again today to check repair status. Additional damage was found after my car was taken part so the shop is waiting for GEICO to come out to approve the additional work. It might take much longer than expected due to the process, meeting with adjuster, approve the work, order new parts... Thanks for Julies patient explanation about my issue and understanding my difficulty situation that I pay car rental out of pocket.
Quality results, reasonable pricing and great customer service from Carol Holmes and Chantilly Autobody, far better than Mercedes Dealer next door.
Chantilly Auto Body did a fantastic job fixing the rear bumper on my Tesla Model 3. The quality of the work (to my amateur eyes) is great! They were also able to bill the at-faults partys insurance company directly, which meant less paperwork for me.I was a little disappointed about being in a rental car for 9 days though; tracking my car through the app showed it sitting in the same spot in the lot for 5 days before they finally moved it into the shop to be worked on. Having them ask me to drop my car off when they were ready to do the work would have helped with this, I think.The staff was friendly and helpful, and the car is in good shape now.I would recommend this shop to others who need body work done, but I would see if you can get a bit more information about when your car will be worked to save you from fermenting inside a rental car for an extra workweek :)
Insurance company sent us to Chantilly Auto Body and I was very impressed with their work and expedience.
Up front, I know that paint work in a body shop will never be as perfect as factory. I know that matching color on a 10 yr old truck is a challenge. I wasn’t looking for perfection. Just a good job. That’s all. Four times. It took them four times to get the paint right. To be honest, I’m still not completely happy with the work but they wore me out. It started off bad. The estimate was really low and when questioned I was told that since the truck was dirty from the road salt that they couldn’t see all the damage...joke. Then they put an aftermarket bumper cover on that wasn’t properly prepped. When questioned I was told that’s how they are supposed to look. When I got my agent involved suddenly they could sand down the mold press imperfections. There were several runs in the paint. I was told they would be addressed but upon pick up #3 the runs were still in the paint. Contaminated paint booths..I had two separate instances of hair trapped between the base and clear coats. You wonder how it could get past the quality control. The rear hatch window was not aligned properly which caused the window to move up and down really slow. They completely damaged the plastic hatch handle when removing it and then scratched it up so bad that when I complained about all the damage(which they originally denied) they ended up replacing. Bush league. I’m serious when I say this, I don’t think you can get much worse. I’ve had a lot of cars in my life and have had body shop work. This is by far the poorest craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere.
Helpful, professionally run shop. Everyone I spoke with was nice and actually listened and cared about my problem. I mentioned that the dealer up the street referred me and they helped me no questions asked. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs body work.
They took care of my wifes body work nice and fast. They did a great finishing job and were very very good at communicating about any and all issues they found in the process!
Good clean repair shop. I was a little upset that I had to come in for 2 separate appointments (one for an inspection and one to drop off) but they did an excellent job on the repair. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Repaired our vehicle after an accident. They were straight forward with the pricing. They also gave us an estimated time of completion and were in constant communication about the progress.They worked with our insurance company the entire time and we didnt have any issues with the claim.Very helpful in understanding the work that needed to be done.I would definitely go back and recommend them for any collision repairs.
