Fairfax Collision Center had excellent reviews, so I decided to try them after someone hit the rear bumper when my car was parked and caused a basketball-size dent. The staff were very professional, giving me a clear and timely estimate, sending me updates on the progress, and completing the repair in two days. Its almost impossible to see that there had been a big dent in the bumper. It looks like new. They worked with my insurance company, so I just paid the deductible. They were very efficient, professional and reliable.

I wish I could give zero star to this shop. They charged over double amount of the other place we got estimate. We still picked it because we thought this is the one we went to years ago which did a really good job and delivered on time. Sadly we made a very very bad decision. They charged a lot more money and did a just so so work. They didn’t deliver the job on time either. They kept saying car will be ready next week, next week. It is ridiculous to take 3 week to repair bumper for Honda Civic. They are quite greedy, they held the car to make every penny out of insurance company. We ended up paying the supplemental amount to get our car back. I didn’t remember the good one I went. This one I will definitely remember not to go again:(

I had a 6~ inch scratch on my front bumper of my Mustang that was pretty deep. I also had holes in my front bumper from my license plate. Mike and the crew fixed the scratch and filled the holes and now my front bumper looks like new and like it was never damaged. The paint matched the car perfect. I took my vehicle to CARSTAR before receiving any referrals from my insurance company for a rear-end collision. I chose them based on location to my home and overall reviews. I chose correctly! Not only did they keep me updated each and every step, they also fought for me on my behalf (IE- the used parts typically approved by insurance companies, intended for my vehicle as well, came in to the shop in very poor condition. So CARSTAR showed this to my insurance company, and explained to them why they needed to order a brand new bumper instead.) This is the kind of service you only dream about having; the mechanics fighting FOR you, not AGAINST you. I will wholly forward all recommendations of this place to all of my network. Kyleigh was my primary POC, but Matt and Alex were also key communicators.

I brought it back to them this week (2021) with my passenger side door was sagging a little, because it was part of t he initial repair, they fixed it at no cost. Their work has a lifetime guarantee. Before repair,I was told this facility is 100% satisfactory but after repairs I got issue with parts that was repaired. I called 5-6 times over 2 months but I was told they will call me back, but never got any call back. Guys I got stressful situations after repairing, AVOID this place, worst place for any repairs.

Fairfax Collision was extremely attentive. They called me shortly after I submitted my claim to my insurance to set up a time for me to come in and helped arrange the rental car. They continued to keep me apprised of the progress for my repairs and made getting my car and returning the rental car very easy.

I first used Fairfax Collision Center when my car was involved in a hit a run and they were on Progressives list of recommended shops. I read reviews online and decided to try them. I was more than satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle and it was completed earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I was recently involved in another accident that was not my fault and I chose FCC again through my insurance. They were finished 5 days early and when I picked it up, it was even cleaner on the outside than the day I bought it! They also work so well with the insurance and keeps you updated on the progress of your vehicle. Their staff has always been polite and super personable! Thus far, I have been very pleased with the work theyve completed.

Just needed some simple body work done and FCC quoted me 1/3 of what other places had estimated. Brian, the estimator, was friendly and professional, he explained to me the work they would be doing and the timeline they expected. The car was even ready a day earlier than anticipated.

I was involved in a rear end collision with my brand new Subaru Outback, less than 1300 miles. FCC was highly recommended by my Subaru Dealership and USAA. I could not be more pleased with the results. All original parts, perfect body and paint match. Just as detailed with the underbody as with the surface.I received a daily update with status of the repairs and the conformation from Subaru that all systems were checked and verified before pickup.Lastly, I have had other accidents and have been to other body shops, none have been as informative and none have ever returned a car as clean as this one.Very highly recommended.

Car was in the shop for a few weeks due to an accident. Came in thinking my car was ready to go since they told me my car was all set and fixed. Alignment is off, steering wheel is not straight, car shacks when I back out, bumper is popped out a bit which has me thinking they reused the same bumper, and now my check engine light is on when there have been ZERO issues with the car. Not really happy that all of this was not tested out before I came to pick up the car. Sounds to me they just rushed and didn’t really test out my car once it wasComplete.

Great service with Alex who took care of my Nationwide Insurance claim.I had something drop on my vehicle which dented the roofline and broke my third brake spoiler. But Ill be the first to admit that bodywork, particularly of the extent that I needed repaired, is well out my wheelhouse.I chose this shop because it is located right across the street from where I work now, and it had good reviews.I had FCC repair my body damage minus the front bumper and other associated parts so I could upgrade to a steel off road front bumper that I would install myself after the other items damaged in my accident were repaired.Mark (my estimator) and Andrew (not sure of his title but he handled the specifics of the repair and communication with myself and the insurance company for needed supplements etc.) listened to what I was looking to achieve and did a great of job working with me to discuss what was and wasnt necessary for them to repair for me to get my desired end result.I took delivery of the truck minus the front bumper and other items discussed in a timely fashion. The only item they were unable to address was perfecting the alignment due to frozen lower control arm bolts; a common issue on my vehicle. As this item was uncovered by insurance and considered pre-existing damage, they informed me of the issue and I elected not to have them repair this so I could address it myself when installing my new suspension. Many shops would just fix something like this without asking permission and stick you with the bill. This small detail was a big deal to me.They had to pull my fender support, install new parts, paint etc. Im pleased to say that everything lined up perfectly, and the paint was matched and applied excellently. While I was in the truck installing my upgrades after they had completely their work, I was able to look very closely at the items they repaired and could barely tell they had been in there. All bolts and wiring harness were correctly reinstalled, routed correctly, properly torqued, etc . The attention to detail was excellent, even in areas most would never see.Finding a shop that was willing to communicate with me in technical detail, thoroughly go through my estimate and billing, and complete all repairs to a very high degree was everything I could have asked for.Whether you are technically inclined and interested in the specifics of your repair, or just looking to bring in a damaged vehicle and walk out with it repaired like new with minimal fuss, I highly reccomend FCC.Thanks!

Fixed my truck after I hit a deer, with extensive repairs it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but FCC fixed it beautifully and very quickly, took about 2 weeks. Best part was they cleaned my truck... cleanest its been since I bought it a year ago. Would definitely recommend. Plus with my insurance they have a warranty on the repairs which is super nice. Great company.

I’d like to thank Fairfax Collision Center. I went through an ordeal trying to find a trustworthy repair shop in the area after an accident. The Toyota dealer tried to charge me $1800 for just a diagnostic by saying they couldnt even perform a diagnostic without purchasing brand new rims that cost $1600 for a pair. So I drove my car to Firestone down the street. After they found out I was going through insurance, my tab went from $1600 to $8200, and repairs would take 3+ weeks instead of the initial estimate of 5 days. The manager thanked me for being a nurse during these difficult times and offered me a first responders 20% off coupon with a disingenuous smile.I desperately decided to give it one more try; I took my car and estimate to Fairfax Collision Center and Ryan was able to, right off the bat, tell me that Firestone was essentially replacing every single piece of my suspension with brand new parts, with inflated pricing even for new parts. Ryan and Brian assured me they could take care of me and I felt I could trust them.Fairfax Collision center was very responsive and communicated with me every other day throughout the 10 day process. They could tell me exactly what was going on with my car and what the next step was.They accepted my input with regards to choosing repair options and took the time to find me the best and safest options for the best price. And they did it all for less than $2000.I am so thankful for an honest shop and glad I went out of my way to find a business with integrity to work with. It makes all the difference to work with people you can trust.

I picked this place originally because it was a preferred place by the other persons (who caused the damage)insurance company. I was cautious but hopeful. From the initial drop off all the way through pickup the process was great. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Even during a pandemic. They explained the process. The rental car place lets you pick up and drop off rentals there. The work that was done was flawless. You would never know there was any body damage to my car. I kept saying through the process this is too easy. They worked with the insurance company and it was paid. Hassle free. I recommend this place 100 percent.

I got into a pretty bad incident with the car and it wouldnt move. I knew it was pretty serious. Ive never been through anything like this before so I was very nervous with the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised with the attentiveness to keeping me updated throughout the entire process of getting the car fixed. I received a message everytime something was being done with the car and updates on how everything was going. It made my first experience going through this easy and calming.

Every step went very smooth. I loved the daily text updates. The repair and paint job was amazing. My car is a pearl white 2001 Nissan. The bumper look brand new. I have been showing customers and friends. I’m happy I drove a little farther to a body shop that specializes in Nissan collision repairs. I wish I knew the end results were going to be this amazing, I would have asked the price to paint the entire vehicle. (And I just emailed them and asked what the price for painting the entire vehicle will be).

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Dropped my vehicle off for an estimate and ended up having them hold my vehicle hostage. MIKE is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and is clearly only concerned about his pocket, not the customer. I only wanted an estimate, as it is a work vehicle and needed to come back for repairs. MIKE REFUSED TO GIVE MY VEHICLE BACK WITHOUT PAYING HIM $1100.00. I was charged for him tearing the vehicle apart, putting it back together and storage? Since when did a repair shop charger storage to a REPEAT CUSTOMER? I never asked him to store anything! The previous repair performed by MIKE was rear quarter panel, in which he failed to paint back to the original FORD WHITE paint also. THIS BUSINESS apparently back up the con man and are not to be trusted. My vehicle is not put back together correctly and now have even more damage!!! I also had to have the vehicle towed back to me.. Tow truck drivers relayed to me that MIKE was very rude to them as well..In addition,the paperwork I filled out when I dropped off my vehicle is not available to give me. IMAGINE THAT! COMSUMER BEWARE!!!!!

Got rear ended and needed a new truck lid and and rear bumper, was able to get the car dropped off on a Friday and have it done on time and picked up by Friday of the following week, was unsure of leaving if here at first but after taking to the Production Manager, Christian Salguero while I was dropping my car off, he said that’ll be okay and that he make sure it looks good personally before sending it off no matter what, it genuinely made me feel much better, and can openly say I’m very happy with the work from Christian S. and his team thank you so much guys! Nick was fantastic with getting my car back at a decent time and dealing with my insurance. Everyone at this office was polite and professional. My car looks amazing and I was assured quality service. It was even noted that if there are any issues at all they would take care of it! Replaced rear bumper after a no fault fender bender. Dropped the vehicle off before closing Friday and despite the long holiday weekend the replacement was completed a day shy of needing the vehicle back. New bumper looks brand new and perfect. The customer service here is great. Their estimate on how long the repairs would take after my accident were spot-on. I expected it to either take longer or cost more once I got my car back. No such thing. I was pleased with how well they took care of me and my car. I hope I never have an accident again but if I do, I will use them for the repairs.

Really just an excellent shop on the whole. Their receptionist is a gem to interact with, the agent I worked with was straightforward and cordial, and they actually beat the insurance rate and saved me about $50. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their car repaired.

Everyone at Fairfax Collision Center was very helpful and courteous. They sent me emails everyday telling me the progress of my car and that was so wonderful. My car was finished before the original date I was given—another plus. Every aspect of my experience was exceptional service and I would recommend them to everyone.

FCC did a great job, delivered my truck before their estimate and it looked great! Daily status emails on where in the process my truck was is a great feature that I appreciated. Folks were very pleasant all the time. Next time I run into a bridge...no wait...dont want there to be a next time, but if there is, Ill be back!
