Tiffany is a God sent. She has did an exceptional job. I will be back. The vibe was relaxing and very friendly.

I recently started going to paint nail spa.First, it’s beautiful Inside and they always make sure I have something to drink while relaxing. 2nd, I started going here as it was super close to my house. I finally got to sit with Tiffany and OMG💖 she’s amazing. I go in with an idea or color and she transforms my nails. I go in every two weeks for my pedi and nails and enjoy every minute. Weekends look to be supper busy though. I suggest appointments on weekends but other than that I love this place.

The ladies were friendly, but my nails had only been done for 3 days before my GEL polish started chipping off! My pair is bubbled on several places, and you can feel the nail grit under the paint. Not impressed. Wish I was because I was going to bring my MIL in for a pedicure before we go back home.

Went here with a few friends she was very rude. I asked for mate nails and she did them glossy. When i asked for more glitter since it was very little she said it wasnt allowed. On my friends nail she got a disgn and on one hand it was backwards. She burned my fingers when useing the file and just pulled my hand back. NEVER AGIAN

Tiffany is amazing! I loved that her nail suite was private and that it was just her & I. She has it decorated so comfy and glamorous! Her work is also extremely wonderful. She pays very close attention to detail and is gentle! I’m soooo happy, I found my nail girl!

I would like to start out by saying, Tiffany you are a beautiful person inside and out! The experience I had at this salon was phenomenal! The customer service far surpassed my expectations. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is warm and welcoming. Tiffany made me feel very comfortable and listened to me, understanding what I wanted and delivered!!!! I called ahead and booked an appointment for a fill and gel polish, this was my first and last time at this shop.I showed a picture of the style I wanted, a coffin shaped nail with opaque glitter and solid color polish, nothing too crazy.First red flag I should have paid attention to was they used files from a communal jar, there weren’t any new files from what I could see, after they used the files on my nails they put it into the jar and set it at a different work station.The fill part and filing of the nails were problematic. Some sides of the extensions were rough and uneven. I asked if they could smooth it out but they barely touched them. The fill was uneven, 3 of my nails had no acrylic applied on the sides. When I told them about it after they filed them and I had washed my hands, they sloppily applied more acrylic. I had asked for coffin shaped nails, on one hand the shape is how I asked but where they had missed the acrylic and sloppily reapplied they left it square shaped 😑.The glitter polish was applied sloppy, on the little example/sample nails of the polishes the glitter is so opaque and evenly applied. There’s spots on my nail where there’s no glitter at all and it doesn’t even look like how the example/sample nails look.I’m disappointed with how my nails came out. When I told her there were areas on my nail that didn’t have acrylic, the manager or lady in charge became very short with me and said i should have told her sooner...uh isn’t it your job to make sure it’s applied evenly?

I love this place! Such a friendly staff and all are very talented! I had the pleasure of having Tiffany do my nails and she did amazing and is such a sweet person, I really enjoyed her and her work! The other staff members did a great job for my daughters! We all really loved our time there and will always return in the future! I’ll never go anywhere again 🙌🏼😊💕

I have been a customer of the owner of the salon for 4 years. I have followed her from salon to salon and now she has her own spot. The salon is clean and bright, very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are all warm and friendly and they are all very talented. Tiffany, the owner, has such high standards of cleanliness as well as talent. All of her equipment is state of the art and her products are high end and quality. Everyone who works there is happy. They take time to ensure your satisfaction. They are creative and artistic and can design anything you could possibly want. I look forward to my manicure and pedicure each time I go there because I know I am going to love it!

They always do an amazing job on my nails! I have very sensitive cuticles and they are very careful with them. I always get the powder nails and they last me 2-3 weeks. I love the color range available as well! Very warm and welcoming climate! I will continue to go even when I move to Queen Creek.

Love this place. Drive 25 min to come here. They have so many color options, they are friendly and do a magnificent job. I highly recommend this place!

My regular salon when I am able to get in the area. I absolutely love this shop from their eyebrow waxing to full set manicures. 100% one if the best nail salons in the valley. Its hard not to become a regular.

I want to sincerely share that my experience with Rachel today was exceptional. Her attention to detail and pride in her work did not go unnoticed. Dare I say, the best nail tech I have ever had. I highly recommend it.

Definitely deserves the perfect score. The staff is professional and fast. My cuticles look flawless, the shape of my nails is immaculate.For 15 dollars this basic manicure is definitely worth the price.Next time Ill definitely get a pedicure too.

It was my 1st time here and this place was so amazing. After all the nail places I have tried Paint Nail Spa is the best in Arizona. They are clean, courteous and the listen to what you want. I am for sure a new customer and so is my mom. I went from Broken to Beautiful..Thank you Paint Nail Spa for all you do!!

Second time here and I love this nail salon. They take their time no matter what you are getting done. I got acrylic the first time I loved them Tiffany did an amazing job! I had to get my acrylics removed and Tiffany took her time To make sure my nails looked the best and gave me a very good gel manicure! Paint is one of the better nail salons I have been to and will continue to go to!

I love the nail salon. Everytime I get serviced it is always stellar service. The nail technicians are very friendly and very accommodating. The salon is GORGEOUS. It is very clean. You walk in one time, you will become a regular. This is a salon you have to place on your to do list. A+ quality! They also only use the best products for their clients.

Horrible service, dont pay attention to the pictures. I came in asking for a simple design. First was told with only 1 customer being helped I had at least a 20 min wait, then let them know the simple design I wanted and they claimed to be unable to do ANY DESIGN. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. horrible horrible horrible

Tiffany the owner of awesome! She has a very vibrate, and welcoming presence. The shop is beautiful and a calming setting and very clean. Everyone in the shop is really nice and they also specialized in customer satisfaction . No more acrylic nails.. all dip powder to strength and treat your nails.

I would not recommend!! I’m new to the area moved from Ahwatukee. This Nail Salon is very nice on the inside. Tiffany on the other hand is not very good! She burned me twice with the dremel and then said it was my fault because my nail was lifting. She’s also very rude when I said I would like to pay and leave without my nails getting painted due to getting burned twice. Your suppose to be a professional nail technician. Far from it!!That might explain why the past few weeks she’s only had 1-2 clients in the chair on a weekend when I walk by. Where most places that are good are always busy and have a full clientele.I would recommend Tiffany to go back to Cosmetology School. She’s very unprofessional.

THIS IS THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO.The whole staff is very friendly customers. I have been to many nail salon around Chandelier, Mesa, and Tempe. First time there today. Very clean and nice place. Tiffany, the owner, responds fast on any email/tex which is very important for me. She managed to give me an appointment the same day. Rachel was absolutely fantastic. I will be back and on regular basis. Thank you Tiffany and Rachel!

I enjoyed the experience at the salon for a couple of months. Tiffany did an excellent job on my nails and her art was amazing. She convinced me to get a new set of acrylic nails and when I did she made them so thin that they broke 2 days later. When I returned for a fill I asked her to make them thicker and she became very hostile and sent me out the door without filing or polishing my nails. She was rude and unprofessional. If you like thin nails and don’t need them to be sturdy enough to even pull up your jeans, she’s the one.RESPONSE TO OWNER:You refused to finish my nails and asked me to leave. I tried to pay you and you told me to just leave. You do not have to lie. Your lack of professionalism is showing in your email. As an African American woman, What I do not appreciate is you making a “slave” reference to me. You were rude and yelled at me. I never raised my voice or got upset. What I expect is for you to do the work I paid you for. I paid $75 and a $5 tip for a full set of nails and art. 3 nails broke within 2 days of the service. That’s not picky or demanding, it’s called providing a service for a fee.

I am very upset with how staff acted when I walked in with a couple of my friends. I felt very uncomfortable and they were very unprofessional. I was going to get a set and ended up changing my mind and the nail lady was going on about my nails being ugly because I wasn’t getting mine done anymore. Nail lady grabbed my hand and called my nails ugly. Kept laughing and saying my nails are ugly after repeating I didn’t want them done anymore. I now know to never come here anymore. Thank you but no thank you😂

Love this Salon they had great trendy music playing, clean, relaxing atmosphere. They did a great job with my pedicure and took good care of my Sister In-law when she was in town.

My experience was very poor im pregnant not to mention.... I booked an appointment on a Saturday to come in on a Monday at 3pm turns out Tiffany said she was to busy. to come back later. (was very rude!)the guy who booked my appointment looked at me like he didnt know me. Talk about false info given to her i just needed to fix a broken nail. So i decided to no longer give my services to them!!!

Appointment took nearly 2 hours. Technician got chemicals on my face when filing previous SNS off my nails. It has been a few days and already peeling? I’ve never had SNS peel. They also let me walk out with nails that weren’t even fully covered in the SNS color. Awful. Waste of time and money.
