I had great service from Angela! She takes her time to make certain the end result is perfect. She’s very kind and compassionate about her work and clients. I would give her five stars out of five stars! The salon is clean and relaxing. The decor is charming.I would recommend making an appointment in advance for Angela. She is pretty busy!

This is the first time I went for pedicure. My feet were in very bad shape with lots of wrinkles and spots. So my wife forced me to go for a pedicure. She chooses this facility. A lady named Tracy performed my pedicure with utmost professionalism. When I came home my wife was surprised to see that my feet were almost brand new with no spot and no wrinkles on those. I really appreciate the quality of service and the professionalism here. I highly recommend this place.

I had Dat give me a pedicure. This is the first pedicure I ever had. He did an excellent job. My feet have never felt so good. I would recommend Dat and your salon to anyone looking for a pedicure.

My tech “D” did a wonderful job, since moving here a year ago and after a lot off salons, I believe I found a “home”. Nice and clean and what I asked to be done with no problems or trying to talk me into something ! Will go back!

I went in for a pedicure and let me tell you Tina is amazing. She was very professional and my legs have been aching for the past couple of day and the massage she gave my legs was to die for. I told her and can be here all day. I will be going back and will continue to have Tina for my pedicures.

I come here because of Tina. Tina cares about the quality of her job. I have never left disappointed when Tina does my procedures. If I ask here to do special designs, she rocks it every time. She is a huge compliment to this business for sure!

I’ve been coming to Neon for 2 years now. I’ve always been happy with the way my nails look after their services are complete. I usually do the dip manicure. No matter who works on my nails they look wonderful.

I have used Tina three times and she is great. Does a wonderful pedicure and is very gentle. I really like all the optional service they offer. I will continue to use Tina and Neon Nails. I would recommend them!

When you read the menu of services, you expect certain things from each of the offerings. My husband and I went for the number 1 & number 2 pedicures. I had to tell the nail professional to rescrub the bottom of my feet because she barely even grazed my heels with the stone. The hot towel wrap that is advertised in the menu was not done. My husband specifically asked for two add ons and didn’t receive them. The manager tried to make it right by discounting services and blaming it on the printing company for writing “hot towel wrap”. Massage was so light, and if you ask anyone why they get a pedicure is for the foot massage and not for the calf massage. It was not a good experience and they have lost our business.

Ive been going here for years since I moved here in 2010. I get pedicures and Always great service! Im on my feet alot at work so the foot massage for me is always appreciated. I am totally hooked on the massage chairs 🤣 when its not busy they let me linger to renew my back. You dont realize how much tension you have in your body until you sit in the massage chair and get a good foot rub. I love that they are literally just a 2 minute drive from my home. Its affordable pampering. ❤️

The salon is now under new management and they are very sneaky and they take advantage… The manager won’t admit that she’s the manager nor will she admit that she is the owner they raise the prices by 20% and then will give you a 15% under new management off… I’ve had this manager speak to me in a rude condescending way I will never go back sorry Tina but you’re connected to somebody who is not a nice person

I’ve came here twice and both times I regret coming! They rush 24/7 and I feel so Un welcomed!!!! Never again. Messed up on my nails and didn’t bother to take them off because it takes to long

Bill has been doing my nails for 10 years. He is extremely skilled, careful and consistent. I would drive from anywhere for his work! I absolutely recommend him! The new owners at Neon Nails have really taken it to a new level with beautiful decor, comfortable pedicure chairs with great massage options and a talented staff. You should definitely give them a try!! 👍😊

I moved here recently from San Antonio and obviously this was one of the first places I tried because I can walk there. I wasnt over the moon about it so kept trying place after place. I had been getting acrylic nails and decided to try the dipping powder because my nails were so weak and thin from years of acrylic. I decided to give this place another try and I am in freaking love with my nails!! Natalie was my nail tech today and she did a fabulous job! She was very thorough and detailed. After 6 months of living here I finally found my permanent nail tech. In addition to being detailed and thorough, she had great costumer service skills and was super friendly, talkative and welcoming. I am sold and will never go anywhere else. Thanks, Natalie.P.S. I showed my boyfriend my nails and he told me that was the best my nails have ever looked, which says a lot considering we met in 2011!!

This is my first negative review. I was a walk in today. (My second time going here.) At first it was ok but then my guy seemed rushed and a little rough. Then he switched with a girl who was also rushed and called out to someone “so sorry I’ll be right with you!” Ok then. She was so frantic to get to the next person that she rarely sat down while doing my nails! She also seemed frustrated that she had to see me. Like if you didn’t want my business say so! I could have goes elsewhere that didn’t make me feel so terrible.

My first time and I was extremely pleased with Natalie and Vincent. Nice environment this will be my new nail place. I had a pedicure, powder nails and eyebrows wax. Very satisfied.

Great place to go & get your nails done! Theyre so nice & make me feel so welcomed. Their foot massages are amazing and oh gosh the hand massages.... I was falling asleep! Definitely recommend.

Its just not the same. I loved this place. Since it has changed the prices are more and my manicure is not the same service. I hate to say that Im looking for a new salon to go to but sadly I miss the Neo nails from before.

Hadnt had my nails done in a long time. Walked in. Showed them what I wanted and they did it. Didnt hurt me and was gental with the tools. Will be coming back!

Neon Nails continues to be an excellent nail salon. I enjoy my time there and always admire the finished results!*I was a customer for over 5 years. That, however, was a few months ago. Since then the owner tried to cheat the COVID law on closing non-essential businesses by texting his customers to come to the back door of his business and bring CASH and he would provide manicure services. However one of his savvy clients contacted the City of Chandler regarding his offer and was told this was strictly illegal. He then complied with the closure.Forward 2 months when salons began to reopen. His clients on the first day of Neon Nails reopening were treated to a $5.00fee for sanitizing Neons chairs!! He cancelled this fee the following dayThe salon lost 2 of its most qualified technicians within the last 3 months and I wonder how they willFare but I’m not going to lose sleep since I’m looking for a new salon. Plenty of them around.

Neo Nails WAS the BEST!!! Recently, it’s ownership has changed as well as the name, now Neon Nails, much to my disappointment. I must first say that Hannah & Jimmy, whom are techs that were with the previous ownership, are FANTASTIC!!!! Super sweet people, very talented, professional & friendly.Now for the new ownership....... first thing, very shortly after taking position of the business, they had a price increase across the entire menu. This was expected, after some astatic redecorating & minor remolding. However, as I say that the menu has shown the price increases, it’s as if, when it’s time to pay, the accuracy isn’t what it should be. I usually have multiple services done within one visit, but now I feel that I have to calculate my services prior to going to the counter to pay, & check for errors. Not that being a smart & aware consumer shouldn’t be the norm, after a mani and pedi, at the end of the day, I don’t want to feel that I need to be ‘on the look out’ for mistakes and then deal with confrontation. I get these services, especially the pedi for relaxation, this is a major part of what I’m paying for. Sure they have the 10% off card after 10 visits. So if I have three services done in one visit, about $100 with tip, I get one mark on the card, if I make three visits, one service each...... j get three marks on the card. One suggestion, drop all the prices by 10% & forget the card, or mark the card per the quantity of services purchased in one visit.After being a customer at this nail salon for many years, I’ve come to the point that I’ve decided that it’s time for me to move on. Life is all about change, and change is a good thing.Miss you Jimmy! Miss you Hannah!
