This was honestly one of the best classes I’ve ever taken. The teacher, Jasmine was incredible. The vibes were on point, and it was just such a fun class but also a good work out. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.

My group had an absolute ball! The instructor was informative, lively and kept the momentum up throughout the session. My entire group is excited about doing it again. We will definitely return.

I love Express Mie!! Been taking a variety of classes for 3 years. They have different levels and types of classes to fit everyones needs. Maybe you are chill, then take a yoga class, Reiki or fem flex. Maybe you wanna rock a challenge, try thier 6 week level classes. Wanna improve core strength, take a sexy core class!! This place has made me the strongest I have ever been, mimd, body and soul and I have met some of the best ladies here!

I received Groupon as a Christmas gift... loved the teaser class.. lots of fun.. great workout! Looking forward to taking level 1..definitely recommend!!!

Danita was absolutely amazing!! I was so nervous for the class but she made me feel comfortable. This was absolutely out of my comfort zone but honestly Im glad that I finally did it and gave in! It was a wonderful experience...everyone should give it a try!

First drop in class at this location. Afton was amazing and super excited to not only get my body in shape but my mind as well. Every woman should try this at least once.

“The BEST! starting from the warm up to the end it was perfect. Laura is an amazing instructor! She made everyone feel good and confident. The set and setting were on point as well. No harsh lights so that everyone could see your flaws, no intimidation. Just a great way to discover a new talent especially for an introverted person such as myself. And the introductory class kicked my butt!! Definitely worth it.”

I am so happy to have found this pole studio. Unlike other exercise centers or aerial art/pole fitness centers, you will find that this particular one has a very friendly and caring environment. Theres no competitive feeling as the teacher wants everyone to succeed and even the students will cheer each other on when another masters a move or shows progress toward getting that move. Speaking of success, success at this studio is defined not by getting 1st place in a pole competition or being the expert and most athletic at tricks- instead success means continuing to grow and have confidence in yourself.Having started at Level 1, I noticed some of my fellow students might have came in shy, unsure of themselves, or overcoming a hardship or negative emotion in life... As we progressed through each level, with the dance activities that we do, the teachers constant encouragement of any small steps we make toward pole tricks, and our meditation at the beginning of class- I noticed those fellow students becoming stronger both physically and mentally. They became more confident in their bodies too, and many of them now totally rock the floor doing their solo free dances!Much more, I love the staff there too. They are super understanding. I had some issues with my shoulder so I could not attend the last 4 classes in a series and they were willing to work with me on allowing me to get it as class credits for the next session. Every time I email them with questions too, they are just so kind too and also very helpful with their answers.I have to be honest. I myself have never committed so long to an exercise program, but the face that this place is like a journey and so friendly and welcoming is what has kept me here and I hope to continue to be a part of the Express Mie family. :)

Express Mie is such an amazing place. All the teachers are sweet and encouraging and incredibly talented. Everyone was so welcoming, there was an incredible positive energy, and my first pole class in 10 years was so much fun!

Express Mie has been an amazing and unexpected part of my life for over a year and a half. I find the atmosphere accepting, non-intimidating, and so much fun. I have made great friends with all the staff and want to be a teacher or otherwise more involved in the studio. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen.

I bought a Groupon to try this out and had such a wonderful experience I decided to sign up for a membership! Fun place and excellent instructors. Nice clean studio and the memberships are VERY reasonably priced. I have already recommended Express MiE to some of my friends.

I was a hesitant about trying pole dancing but Express MiE was so professional, fun, and understanding. Extremely friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable staff. Our bachelorette party was a blast and I would definitely be interested in coming again. Would recommend Express MiE to anyone.

My best friends bachelorette party was a blast, and largely due to our awesome experience at Express Mie! Our teacher (Tina) was so nice and welcoming when we came through the door, and really made our experience feel personalized. We purchased the party with a Groupon, and you cant always expect top notch customer service as a Groupon customer, so I was so pleased with Tina! When we arrived, the bride decided to do a 50/50 pole/lap class. We had a great time. Girls in the group with no dance background and girls who tend to be more shy about dancing (like myself) were still engaged and had fun doing all their new moves. I think the class was a big highlight of the whole party, and most of our party wants to keep taking pole classes in the future now. One of the best parts was at the end when Tina offered to take pictures for us. I expected 1-2 pictures, but she took 50 pictures (not exaggerating - literally 50 unique photos across the studio in all different poses of the whole group). SO nice to have those photos as a keepsake of the class we took together! Thanks for an awesome time, Tina!

I went to the series of free sampler classes which Express MiE offers occasionally. The Stretch MiE Real Good and Tai-Yo-Chi-Ga were nice, but nothing to write home about. The Belly-licious and Bollywood dance classes were terrible.The teacher was clearly a fitness instructor who had taken a belly dance class or two and declared herself a belly dance teacher. She did not describe correct belly dance posture, and then tried to cover upward body rolls (a fairly advanced move, and one that can cause injury if done incorrectly) in a 20-minute class for total beginners. I wouldnt be at all surprised if someone walked out of there with a strained lower back. I could have done a better job of teaching, and Ive been taking belly dance classes for less than a year.However, the capper on my Express MiE experience was walking out to find that my husband wasnt in the waiting area, as hed promised. It took me half an hour to find him, and I was very upset to learn that hed been kicked out of the waiting area for being male. The classes are women-only, sure, but the waiting area? He was my ride home; where was he supposed to wait? Even worse, hed specifically asked them to tell me where hed gone, but when I asked at the desk, they told me only that hed left the studio.My day would have been nicer if I hadnt come.
