Absolutely wonderful apartment complex and staff! I’ve been living here for a little over 8 months now and I am very happy to live here! Nicole and Kelsey have helped me the most since I’ve moved in and they are both very respectful, helpful, and kind. Maintenance staff is also very respectful and always quick to assist with any issues you might have. I definitely recommend living here.

I have lived at Morrison Chandler going on 2 years now. The amenities are top notch the staff is extremely professional and goes over and above to make sure we the tenants are well taken care of. The apartments are modern and well laid out. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this property.

I moved to Morrison to be closer to work and this has been the best thing I’ve done. The staff is warm and friendly and even funny to talk with. This morning’s grab and go breakfast was just an example of why this is a great community to live in !

Great living experience! I truly enjoy living at Morrison Chandler. The front office staff is phenomenal. They are friendly, professional and timely when responding to questions and addressing issues. The maintenance staff is also amazing! They respond to requests very quickly and always smile and wave at tenants around the complex. The complex is extremely dog friendly so keep that in mind. Ive been living here almost 3yrs, seen managers come and go and i have to say Jessica is by far the best manager this property has had. Her and the entire staff are very welcoming and are very attentive to the needs of the residents. Even saw her and the staff sweeping the hallways recently. Thats leadership no job too big or small. I moved into my apartment home in August and everyday I enjoy it more. The maintenance crew are the Best, not just friendly but very prompt about taking care of each request and getting it done quickly. The office staff I can’t praise enough, helpful, sweet, knowledgeable and I love them all. I feel like the complete staff here is like family. My apartment is lovely, the neighbors are absolutely wonderful so I guess you can tell I am very pleased to be living here and would recommend to anyone that asks about a place to live.

My husband and I have been living here for about 1 1/2 years. I some how stumbled upon the 3.8 rating last night and went down the rabbit hole reading all of the negative reviews and Im honestly STUNNED! Ive been living in apartments for about 10 years so Im pretty familiar with whats normal and what isnt normal and I have to tell you... some of the reviews I read made me literally LOL. Ill try to hit a few points from some of the reviews I saw.NOISEI think it should be said that if you choose to live in an apartment complex, noise is inevitable. I chose to live on the 3rd floor away from the pool area and street so that I could avoid noise as much as possible. But to be honest, this complex is still by far the best Ive ever experienced at blocking out noise. That doesnt mean its not there, but there is a marked difference when you open your sliding glass door to your patio and closing it. I think I can count on one hand the number of times Ive heard my neighbors on our neighboring walls. You do hear the occasional dog go crazy or a neighbor slam their door loud, but again... thats normal. From what I read, it does sound like the apartments above the garages have it the worst. So maybe try and avoid those. And I know that the restaurant across from Chandler Blvd can be pretty loud with their music on some nights so maybe avoid that side also.BUGSIve NEVER seen a bug in our apartment in the year and a half weve been here. Maybe the occasional cricket outside? But again, I chose to live on the 3rd floor to avoid bugs as much as possible.MANAGMENTWe LOVED our old management team. They knew us by name and were always so kind, friendly and always helpful. Thats one of positive things I always mentioned to friends and family because most of the time I feel like apartment management in general is ROUGH. I havent gotten to know anyone on the new team yet, but they seem nice enough. Hopefully theyll keep the same standards. Management changes are pretty common in apartment complexes and I find that people generally just dont like change. There is always a little bit of a rough transition, but I feel like Mark Taylor did a pretty good job transitioning.CRIMEApparently there have been a few incidents recently where the cops had to come deal with residents and maybe even a death was involved? But Im not sure how thats the complexs fault. Ive NEVER felt unsafe here and the whole complex in general is really well lit at night. The surrounding area itself is pretty clean and safe. Someone mentioned homeless people? Im actually confused by this because Ive never seen a homeless person near or in our complex.DOGSThis is a pet friendly complex so there are a lot of dogs and unfortunately, not all dog owners are very considerate of others and there is often times dog poop that isnt cleaned up. This is probably one of my biggest complaints about the complex, but it could be worse. Thats not to say that maintenance doesnt clean dog poop, but sometimes you see it before they do.INTERIORI literally cannot believe that there were reviews of cheap appliances. First of all, its an apartment complex. Not sure if they were expecting state of the art appliances? But as far as these ones go, they look VERY nice and are very functional. Its nice to have a fridge in an apartment that has an ice machine and filtered water. I attached pictures to show you. I even saw that someone mentioned that the interior paint looks cheap? What the what??? lol Seriously... the interior of the entire complex looks VERY clean, modern, polished and NOT cheap. The layout itself is AMAZING. SOO much space in the kitchen and bathroom. We dont walk on the bedroom carpet with shoes on so our carpet has stayed very nice and clean.The walkways to the apartments could use a good power wash, but other than that I find it to be a very clean and impressive complex! Were for sure going to be sad to leave when our lease is up!! We LOVE It here!

**UPDATE** They said we broke/moved out in MAR 2020 - WRONG & a big LIE! We moved from a Studio to a 2 bedroom in March hoping it would get better as we wanted to postpone house hunting, well that didnt turn out to be the case. We broke our lease on the 2bedroom in Aug/early Sept 2020.We broke our lease to find a house to get out of this community asap. It all started when Mark Taylor took over (Marissa is the only one that was helpful); there was so much crime and vulgar behavior going on that one of our wonderful residents so graciously posted photos from his security camera on the community site to inform us to watch out and be careful. Well it seems management didnt like the residents being informed of what was going on where they lived that they only post comments after they approved it! That went on for at least 4 months till we left. Now it makes me wonder if they are paying for these new great reviews? Best of luck to those stuck there. Be safe and hopefully no one will urinate on your car.

Since the moment I opened the office door to request a tour of the Morrison, I really can’t say enough positive things about this place. I have had an amazing experience as a resident here. From the front desk staff, to the maintenance workers, you are always greated by a smile and an open ear. Work orders are completed VERY quickly and concerns are addressed by the front office immediately.The apartment was EXTREMELY clean upon move-in and boasts an interior that is really hard to beat anywhere else. The grounds are kept in great condition, and as someone who frequents the grills, I was blown away on how clean and well kept they were. All-in-all, the Morrison Chandler has exceeded all expectations and blows away the competition!

Living at Morrison Chandler has been one of the most frustrating, infuriating, dehumanizing, and traumatizing experiences of my life. It was great when I first moved in shortly after the community opened. Unfortunately, the community was sold during my stay, and thats when the community took a turn for the worse.After the changeover, fees skyrocketed while quality of life went down significantly. Noise, crime, dog waste, dirtiness and inconsiderate neighbors has noticeably increased over the three years I resided there, and I no longer feel it is a nice place to live. For the last year I was tormented by a very loud neighbor that constantly slammed their front door, screamed in the hallways, stomped all around their apartment until late hours shaking my bed and keeping me up and then left their alarm blaring for two hours straight starting around 6am. They finally left and a new neighbor moved in with a dog that cries whenever they leave the apartment.The new company also has constant issues with the payment system and security gates. Also, there are no maps at the entrances, so be prepared to have your food delivery driver lost trying to find your apartment and delivering to the wrong door. Prior to the changing of hands there was security that I saw, but I havent seen them once since management changed even though the reports of crime on the property have gone way up. They only care about one thing which is taking your money and as much of it as they can while staying competitive in the market.The handling of Covid-19 was extremely disheartening, and residents were not prioritized. Rather, fees were doubled in the heart of the pandemic at a time when maintenance requests werent even allowed, and hallways and common areas were never cleaned. They even charged community electricity while all amenities were closed for a few months. They also sent the hundreds of residents to the post office for packages to protect their 4 employees instead of taking care of residents and protecting the greater good by keeping people at home.My personal experience has been 1 star after everything Ive gone through living here. Listing all of the unfortunate circumstances would be tiresome, but needless to say this is the worst apartment situation Ive ever had mainly due to paper thin walls, extremely inconsiderate neighbors, endless barking dogs, dirty living areas covered in dog waste and trash, excessive fees, and complete disregard for residents. After living there, I honestly dont want to live in an apartment ever again.Maintenance is five stars, and the apartment aesthetics are five stars. If youre a dog person and not concerned with noise, this might be a good place for you. Otherwise, I dont recommend it. Lastly, I did not want to write this, but I have hit a breaking point with the way things have unfolded here. The last straw was going to them for help with a personal situation, and not only did they not help me they slapped another fee increase letter on my door. This is the tenth nastygram that Ive received in my time there. How can I feel at home when Im constantly receiving these threatening types of notices on my door?! Perhaps if I was given a fair rate when I asked for it repeatedly, I would have renewed. Now Im basically stuck here paying an amount I cant afford because they are greedy and lacking empathy. I will update my review upon moveout to see whether they nickel and dime me and make it another frustrating debacle like everything else has been at this community.

With all my traveling and living in few states, I’ve been living in way too many places and I can only say this place is the best apt complex is THE BEST one I lived in!!! Place is very clean always, layout of the apt feels really fancy so definitely worth the price for it!Before we moved in I saw few reviews I didn’t like and it did make me a bit uncomfortable so I’ve talked to them and felt they were honest with their answers, all I can say is I’ve experienced NOTHING of those bad reviews and actually the opposite!Now best part is- the staff at the office are the nicest and best energies in there! They always take the time to help and explain and whatever needed, always with a smile and a lot of patience!Thank you so much for always feeling welcomed and for having a great place to live in :)

Moved in about a month ago. Front office staff professional. Maintenance staff attended promptly to our needs and concerns. Pool furniture needs updated, otherwise the amenities are great. Absolutely love the apartment, which is most important. I definitely recommend Morrison Chandler

I have been living here for several months now and everything about this complex has been great. Marissa in the leasing office helped me when I first moved in and was incredible in making the experience easy and convinced me to call this complex home over many others. I would highly recommend going to her for any and all of your needs. All the other front office staff I have encountered have been very friendly and professional and make this complex so great to live in. I have had no issues living here and plan to call this place my home for many years to come.

Excellent location. Apartments are neat and modern. Management is on top of the needs of the complex. It is very clean and quiet. Normal noise as we are all in home now. Dogs are welcome. Mostly professional adults. It is worth every penny. Garage, cover parking and storage available.

This property has some of the nicest employees working for them. I have been living here for about a month now and they have been nothing but helpful. Kelsey was the one we first met with to do a tour and to answer all of our questions and she really knocked it out of the park for us. Now that we are moved in we have had to get a couple minor things fixed and the maintenance guys are extremely helpful and have a quick turn around time. The community is great and I would recommend anyone I know to live here. Keep up the great work and customer service!!! Did I mention Kelsey was great? Set up your appointments with her and you will NOT be disappointed.

I love living here! Its the ideal location - close to Chandler mall, but also convenient to hop on 101, 202, and the 10!!! I love the modern, upscale aesthetics of the community. Ive personally always had great interactions with the staff. Thank you for making it home!

So far I’ve been here since March and I love everything about this place.the employees are amazing, the amenities are great. The pool area is beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Decent community so far. Apartments are very nice on the outside and inside. Not anywhere near where the other Mark Taylor communities amenities provide. No access to a printer without having the people who work there see what you need them to print off for you, let alone computers not accessible 24 hours like the rest. Pool is small and has nothing to offer as far as space. Plus closes at 10pm. All the others offer 24 hour access. Gym is tiny with no mirrors in there. Hardly any grass area to utilize. Only 2 grills to access. The one at the pool area doesn’t even work. Overall it’s a nice apartment inside but they are nothing like the other Mark Taylor’s. I moved here because they were offering a good deal on move in specials and the price monthly was attractive. Guess the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t make this place a long term home.

This place was good until it was under old management. In recent times, this place has lot of issues such as tenants smoking in their apartments, burglary, thin walls, loud tenants etc. Current management do not seem to be taking strict actions even after multiple complaints. They only remind about policies instead of addressing the root cause. This is not a quite and peaceful place like before. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Mark on the office staff team was AMAZING. He was super communicative and helpful answering any and all questions while I was apartment hunting. The grounds were clean and units are new, clean, and spacious.

I have lived here for close to a year and this complex has gone completely down hill. Management is never responsive, we have constant issues with our “security gates” being broke on a weekly basis, cars are constantly broke into at night, amenities are limited when they are properly working, and we have constant issues with loitering on the property. We all have a housing app as a community and these issues are highlighted on a daily basis. I used to feel safe and like we were living in a luxury complex until the last few months. Management has been replaced multiple times and nothing continues to improve. Please think twice about moving here!!!

The employees have gone above and beyond expectations multiple times to accommodate any questions or concerns that I have had. They all have great attitudes, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable since my first tour. The entire staff and neighbors make it feel like home. Glad to live here!

Morrison was a kind community to me while I lived there. The interior of the apartments are super modern, sleek, and spacious. The laminate flooring is made to look wooden; very sturdy for a laminate flooring. Cupboards are durable and easy to clean. Square footage of my 1 bedroom was more than decent, with a great floorplan. High ceilings and my SRP bill still wasnt astronomical even in the thick of summer. The community is quiet for the most part. The property is kept clean and neat. Common areas nice with a modern frigid gym and great pool. No major complaints while I lived here. I would recommend it to any prospective renters.

I am not a resident. I was visiting the property a couple of days ago, whereby I was waiting for assistance in the presence of one couple seating with one of the staff and one tenant waiting on a package. I sensed that the tenant was uneasy about the situation. The staff member...being the only one there at the time, allowed the lady to go in to look for her package. Being unsuccessful in finding it, she eventually left. Now this is what turned me off. As soon as the tenant walked out, the staff member( the one with the black hair) along with the customers started complaining about the tenant while I set there. At that point, another staff member came to assist me. The only reason that I thought to share this review is because I’m getting so tired of the disrespect and lack of good quality customer service. If you are wondering why you guys aren’t getting quality tenants, and your reviews aren’t the best, you need to check your own front door first. So with that being said, your front office staff need to check themselves!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and just resigned my lease. I have been happy here and glad to see improvements being made.

My girlfriend and i have been living her for almost 2 months and as someone who has always refused to live in apartments i must say ive enjoyed it very much so far. Renting was so seamless and easy thanks to the amazing help from eileen and kelsey who were super attentive to any questions and needs we had come move in. We love our floor plan, garage, dog park,pool etc. Overall i think were going to be very happy here.

The staff has always been kind and helpful to me and take the time to answer every question I have (even the small ones) and maintenance has always done my work orders fast and leaves no mess behind.

My husband and I lucked out finding this apartment complex after moving back to AZ. It’s everything we hoped for from great customer service, efficient maintenance help, clean and new amenities, a fully equipped gym, big pool, and that they like to go above and beyond any average apartment complex. They even stood outside by the gate while people left for work and served free breakfast. So yes, I’d highly recommend living here! It made our big move much easier.

Good location but management does not care for cleaning. You pay valet living for keep it CV clean outside but live with dirty corridors and stairs all the time.

The staff has been great (so far). The apartments are very nice. The tenants here though.... JESUS ! They complain about everything lol it seems like they sit on the community website and complain complain complain. I just turned my notifications off because it’s just so petty. lol I’ve only been here a month so maybe I’m not noticing the issues yet, but so far so good .

Nice and new Apartment complex. Spacious kitchens and new appliances. Gym is all brand new equipment. Nice simple clubhouse with fun things to enjoy. Great location in Chandler. Close to the 101 and the 202. 3 min drive to Chandler Fashion Center.

I’ve lived in this complex for the past one year. And was so happy with the complex and management. However this month Mark Taylor acquired this property. It is unfortunate that I’m stuck with them for 4 more months. I wish the complex would be under the old management. And mark Taylor needs to improve their management and not be rude to the tenants.

I love it here. The staff is extremely nice and understanding. I had a cricket issue when we first moved in (which is to be expected) and they immediately took measures to rectify the issue. The amenities are great and the noise level is low.

Love it here. I truly enjoy coming home. Jessica and Derek are a pleasure to work with. Neighbors are friendly. Location is prime. Can’t really ask for more. No complaints. Keep up the fantastic work guys!!

So, I have to give credit where credits due. If youve been keeping up with these reviews over the past few months, you might remember that I previously rated this place 1/5 stars since there were numerous egregious issues that plagued the community. Since writing my last review, there has been a significant improvement in the management of this community. Most of the previous issues I brought to light have been resolved one way or another, and the management team seems to be keeping a more diligent eye on whats going on here. Its still not perfect by any means, but I just want to be fair and recognize that this place has gotten significantly better over the last few months.

Derek is the best! He’s been so helpful with answering all my questions and concerns since day 1 and he’s always available and willing to help! This is my first time moving into an apartment complex like this and so far the best experience! The whole staff is great and knowledgeable but I highly recommend my friend Derek.

I really love this place. The community is well maintained and peaceful. The leasing staff are very helpful and resourceful. I love the floor plan and the amenities. I like the fitness center and the parcel system.

It’s been a great experience living here! We have friendly neighbors, friendly and efficient staff, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The amenities are great and the units are new, clean, have great appliances, and are affordable.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a while and since we were moving in people have been so kind! There are plenty of large dogs here that go to the dog park and play with others it is adorable and great if you only have one dog who needs a friend! Our neighbors are quiet so no problem there, but there are concrete floors so upstairs noise isnt heard! They also keep up the hallways with cleaning and they even repaved the parking lot! We love it and know we are going to stay here for a couple years!

You have to come and check out these apartments at Jefferson Chandler. Amazing quality I cannot believe. The pricing and move in specials are amazing. Oh cannot forget the staff that works here they are very helpful and friendly and alcohol make you feel very comfortable as soon as you enter the door not like other places, check it out.Im my self a tenant and I sure do not have any regrets . Super excited to move in to this beautiful community where resident focused service is truly the focus. Apartments are absolutely beautiful. Not your cookie cutter AZ place at all. Absolutely stunning! Well done design and quality new construction. From initial hello, to viewing property and apartments, to signing the lease and a delay due yo construction all has been a true pleasure and compeltele seamless.UpdateIve lived here now for 6 months and Im very pleased. Great community and a wonderful management/leasing team that goes above and beyond to make sure residing at the Jefferson is a true pleasure.

Had a great experience visting this place! My brothers and I were wanting a place in between all three of our job sites. When we came in we were told they didnt have any three bedrooms available for when we needed to move. As we were leaving the agent insisted on taking us around the complex which made us feel like we were not wasting their time! She sent us to two other locations after and was able to tell us the exact prices and when they would be available. She even pulled up photos which was very helpful. We ended up moving elsewhere due to our jobs but what really impressed us was that the agent jenny called us about three weeks later to let us know they had a three bedroom available! none of the other apartment complexes we visited kept us in mind so this was very appreciated! thank you

Jefferson Chandler was our first apartment and we have very much enjoyed our time here. Its a great neighborhood, the amenities are generous and the units are just what we need. Thank you Jefferson Chandler for being AWESOME!New updateCurrently not impressed with new management any more. They were told about the black widow that was sitting downstairs in our building, they never is anything about it until maintenance came by one day (months later) just as there were 3 egg sacs dropping. They charge for electricity in common areas which Alliance never did. They must think my boyfriend and I can’t count, but our rent has gone up 50-100 dollars. Valet trash is not free, and has not been by to pick up the trash, I make sure I get the trash out before 8:00 pm. I am no longer impressed with this place. The only good thing about it here is the maintenance crew.

While I’ve really enjoyed living in such a beautiful complex in the 3 months I’ve been here I have noticed a few major flaws. 1: the flooring and cabinets are so delicate and soft in material just daily use has caused them to look very worn very quickly. 2: the noise from my upstairs neighbors is just as bad as anywhere else despite the advertised sound barrier of the concrete walls and 3 (and the reason I’m leaving a 1 star review) their rent payment system is completely screwed!! I was told I would have credit for 1 whole free month which was awesome! Until I realized that it’s been accidentally applied to my rent (which is connected to my bank account for auto pay) for the last two months and just received an email that I now owe a whopping $2380! Obviously since we use auto pay I never checked to make sure it actually drew and the account said balance paid so I got all my Christmas presents and went on my merry way. I’ve spoken with a rep who has stated that in order to avoid ME accruing late fees for THEIR mistake the amount needs to be paid in full by the end of the month and then next month I’ll pay another $1285 making my total charges in just a month $3665 and I am livid. This was so irresponsible on their end and so cruel to not even offer to spread this ridiculous amount over a few months for us due to their carelessness. This set back will impact our lives for months to come. NOT WORTH IT JEFFERSON!!! Get your sh*t together!

I stopped by here when I was looking for a place to live. The property was not impressive at all and the amenities looked cheap. Calling this luxury is a little far fetched. Not a horrible place, nice location but not luxurious.

I’m very unhappy here and I wish this apartment would let me out of my lease.The neighbors are extremely loud. My apartment is literally on top of someones garage - you can hear the motor of the garage door, it vibrates the apartments, and the cars acceleration. Lucky me, they leave EVERY DAY 12 times a day. Yes, I counted.I have complained to management via email and phone, all documented. No response!!!Guess what? Since the apartment below pays more in rent, they respond to THEIR bogus complaint.The apartment has dog poo every where. They gym has gum and bugs on the floor.Do not move here!!! I regret every day choose this apartment and it doesnt feel like home.

If there is below than that I won’t to Hesitate to rate those people, I Just wait to the right time to move out

This community is excellence at its best!! Very affordable luxury living with the best staff on deck! With 24/7 amenities. Pool, gym, TVs,etc. Everything is brand new!! Chef style kitchen & lighting. Perfectly located in West Chandler. Within walking distance for all of my family needs: Corona del Sol High School, mall,grocery, restaurant, etc. with multiple freeway and local commuting options! Never have had issues like other reviews here. The community is clean and well kept

There rental portal is down most of the time.Don’t go by the outer look, the back end manager is the worst. Which company take a whole month to get a portal back to running, does it take 1 month. I am also a software engineer I am sure it should take more then a hour or max day for maintenance. Now I need to find a way to get the check to them in time from another state. And when I called for a solution they remind me of there rights in the most impolite way( worst costumer service) . Update- new management is awful, customer service has been unsatisfactory plus theyre a bunch of liars. For the amount you pay, noise level is terrible. Complaining to management does not help with noisy upstairs neighbors. Not worth the stay.

This Google Account is under a pseudonym, I am a resident at The Jefferson, I will be relocating to a new property after completion of a 14 month lease. I thought I would be a Resident of the Jefferson until I retired, it’s unfortunate that I will be relocating to a new property and increasing my lease from 1960.00 a month at The Jefferson to 2200.00 at my new residence. The only things that I see as negative are that the walk ways and concrete are nasty, dirty, stained and the elevator floor is dirty more than clean and the amenities are not 24 hours. When you call the after hours security they have a nasty disposition and never show up. I’m moving for some touched my Car when I came home with a stomach virus 🦠 and when I came out to go to the emergency room my windshield whippers were standing up and my side mirrors were pushed in and The Manager of the property was okay with that behavior. The new management has no respect for its tenants. We pay all our rents on time and are good respectful tenants and yet there is no help from the management or any empathy shown if we approach them with any issues. I was disrespected and spoken to very rudely when I went to express my concerns about an issue in the complex. I would suggest that people be careful before renting here. When they want you to rent here they are nice, but once you have been a regular rent paying tenant they are not appreciative and rather derogatory. I like the amenities and the apartment itself and I had appreciated the old management team who always addressed our concerns in a friendly manner. I would have given it a 5/5 were it not for the new team. Kindness and compassion are important.

I searched for a while trying to find an apartment, and I found what I was looking for at Jefferson Chandler. I loved the sleek modern interior, and the staff was very welcoming. Nine months later I am still loving my apartment, and I can honestly say I really like all of the employees here. Ive never lived anywhere that has such a friendly approachable team. They genuinely care about residents, and it shows. I know I dont have to worry about them charging unwarranted fees if/when I decide to move on, and that is a comforting feeling that I did not experience at previous communities.I do echo the sentiments of the other reviews that there is a major issue with dogs here. It really gets to me how inconsiderate the residents are as far as cleaning up after their pets. The maintenance staff bless them does take care of it, but its not right and I dont understand it. Why would you want to have that at your home? I agree with another reviewer that the policy for animal waste specifically in the living areas as well as breeds/size needs to be revisited, amended and enforced. There is someone in my building with two giant dogs bigger than me that seems to always be coming down the stairs when Im trying to go up, and Im afraid of them and its a bit unnerving. I am confident management will get this under control.Speaking of maintenance, I did have quite a few issues upon move-in. I do feel that the builders took some shortcuts with the interiors. Luckily the awesome staff has fixed almost everything, and by the time you move in it will be perfect.Lastly, I do have a very rude neighbor that is putting a damper on my stay. They have very loud dogs, loud music, constantly slam their front door, and the smell of weed is permeating the walls into my apartment. Unfortunately the situation has gotten worse with time, and their music is blasting at this very moment. Even if I close all the doors on that side of the apartment and turn on my washer and dryer to try and drown it out, I can still hear the bass pounding. When they are home the music is loud, and when they arent home the dogs are barking. I also agree with another review that suggests security on site. All I can hope is that they move out because they are ruining what would be the perfect place for me sans their inconsiderate behavior.

The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbor coughing at this very moment. Like she’s in my very own apartment. Office staff ignores safety concerns. Your life literally means nothing to them. They ignore multiple dog attacks. They let shady people in just to fill apartments.

Lived here for about 4-5 months now! Its a great complex overall! The staff is friendly if I need anything or see them walking by. The bug problem went down significantly after the first 2 months especially after using the pest control service once a month. Maintenance is great! Very responsive and quick. Love the gym and the group fitness classes with Tony it is a major perk!I think this is a great apt if you want something that has a little bit of everything. It has a nice clubhouse a nice pool and nice gym and I found out there is a recycle dumpster! The complex does activities if you want to participate. I know some new places have a bigger clubhouse and pool or gym etc but I always felt it was tok much.The community is mixed between families young and older people. There are a lot of dogs but not much noise at all.Improvements that could be made:Light up the dog park more walking by it at night you cant really see anything and I see lots of people using their flash lights.There is a weird smell in-between buildings especially in staircases not sure what is is but smells moldy.Recently management started charging a common electric fee... There was no heads up email about this so maybe more communication on that end about added fees and clubhouse changes as they took out the mini fridge in the gym (which was always locked after office hours). There was no explanation for anything 🤷🏽‍♂️Those are things Jefferson can improve on as nothing is ever perfect. But overall Ive had a great time so far living here! Love it!

Ever since management changed the place became awful, dirty, loud neighbors, they won’t do anything about.Very inconvenient to pay rent .The app for payments is down, so they are making you bring a cashiers check.Just overall terrible experience!

I recently moved in and I Absolutely LOVE it here! The staff has been amazing! The community is brand new, clean and not to mention the amenaties are just faboulus! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a great place to call home!

Awesome from start to finish, felt comfortable from the minute I walked in and inquired with no pressure at all!.......... uh edit been here 4 months place is a joke smells, unsafe, pool is always dirty, late night parties constant noise dogs running loose deficating everywhere dog park is the size of a kennel with turf not grass too hot for the dogs no where to take you dogs all rocks and pavement construction company works from 5am in the morning repeating the same work over and over ...... now onto the apartment bathroom floor glued doesn’t stay glued separates patio door pops open when you close the front door shabby paint job paint all over carpet and on and on just don’t rent here and if you do have a lawyer read your lease the loop holes cover their liesThey are a fraud from the get go .... as soon as I gave notice to move because I just couldn’t deal with the arrogance and safety issues they served me with some legal Mumbo Jumbo that I wasn’t aloud in common areas connected to the leasing office which is all of the amenities including the package room pool gym etc so I was an even more confined prisoner in the jail cell they rented me ..... and if you read the positive reviews some are office staff that don’t even live there ....... all an illusion!

Here is my honest review of living at Jefferson Chandler for a year...The good: the property is in a great location for Chandler and surrounding areas.The apartments are bigger then most for the same price plus I got a good move in special.The bad:Management and customer service lacks honesty and transparency. Upon move out I did my part to try and leave the apartment in or better condition then I found it. I even had 3 other people help clean and move me out.Once I was completely moved out I went to the office with an hour before they closed to finish the move out. *(in my experience this is when management walks you through the apartment to review any damage or needed resolution that would be extra charges upon move out. To verify between you and them the actual condition of the apartment. And also review the move in / move out sheet.)But this did not happen with me upon completion of move out. I went to the office and Derek was playing pool and Jessica was at her desk. I asked Jessica Im done moving out and whats next. She had me return my keys and sign the move out document. *which was not the move in / move out form. Then I asked do you need to come walk my apartment with me. Which Jessica responded no since everything would be covered under normal wear and tear. I trusted her and handed my keys in and left.Then fast forward a few months later and I get a charge of 450+ dollars from Jefferson Chandler. After weeks of trying to contact customer service I finally got them to show me the reason for the charges. They charged me 400 for carpet replacement. And this comes from the recommendation of the contracted carpet company. *this was never given from management to me. Isnt this the purpose of a move out inspection???After two months of fighting this with Alliance customer service and Jefferson Chandler they are holding me against the charges.How is this concurrent with standard practices and policies with every other apartment I have stayed In. This is the second alliance property i have stayed in.I am extremely disappointed in the honesty and transparency with all of managment upon move out. Being told I am okay under normal wear and tear of my apartment. Then get a undisclosed charge that was never viewed with staff as an issue. I have 3 other people that can be a witness that the carpet was perfectly fine.*for future residents*I wouldnt recommend Jefferson Chandler with how they have handled a huge mistake that they made upon move out.If you do rent here I would document everything with pictures, video, and even recordings with staff. Make sure they walk through with you upon move out with your move in / move out form.* I will hold the view strongly against Jefferson Chandler until they resolve there mistake of charging me a undisclosed and undocumented charge that they refuse to resolve!

We recently moved to these apartments. They are new and maintained good. The management people are friendly, cooperative and respond very quick for any issue. They have lot of activities within the community such as workout group training.The only problem we are facing is with the garage door sound. We moved into a 2nd floor apartment which is just above the 1st floor garage door. One our bedroom gets loud noise whenever the garage door open and close. Which disturbs in the morning while we are still sleeping.

The Staff at Morrison Chandler Apts are great.

Save your time and money- to expensive to live in this ghetto! This apartment complex looks nice and awesome. It’s a lie, the front desk staff are good at hiding things. My husband and I lived here for 6 months, had to break our lease to get out. It was nice when we first moved in in May. First people in our unit (studio on the 4th floor). They gave us great move specials- gift card, free months, tv- but now I know why. Not to long after moving in we noticed a lot of not too savvy people moving as well. We got a neighbor that smokes cigarettes and weed all the time and constantly slamming doors banging on our connected walls at all hours. This is a “smoke free community” but cigarette butts all over. Dog poop everywhere even on the sidewalks, in the dog park that has 2 stations for clean up. Trash left out in front of doors, trash/unknown fluids leaked everywhere not cleaned up. The elevator is always dirty and stinks. Dogs in the pool area and in the pool. I talk to the office and get told we are not aware of issues we’ll fix them. Nothing has ever been sent out or fixed. I gave personally scrubbed the elevator several times. The office knows this too. Back gate always broke open. Police always on site because of incidence that happens. People using garage as a store front selling used furniture. Dogs off leash attacking other dogs on leash.

I was one of the first residents to live on the property. Almost a year later I have nothing but good things to say about my apartment and the staff.

I am so frustrated to deal with new management MARK TYLOR they are not cooperating ALSO the were rude to meI’m going to leave soon!

Theyre not cooperative I hate how they handled the customers and Im not so happy about the visit over there I truly dont recommend this hotel until maybe the management will change their behavior
