Derrick is by far the best! He is very responsive, polite, and takes care future and current tenants. He is definitely an asset to the company as most rental companies are very hard to work with.

Thomas rentals Makes sure you are taken care of. They are willing to work with you when an issue arises! We had a maintenance emergency and they made sure to get us taken care of asap! The process of getting approved and moved in was extremely fast. The office and all the maintenance people are extremely friendly and its all in all an amazing expierence! All the buildings are being updated and remodeled. Making for a more enjoyable living experience!
