Really nice apartments. Great services. Would be better if they had more indoor parking slots.

We lived here for six years and enjoyed every moment of it. Baytowne is beautiful every season. It is well maintained and the staff helped us out immediately when we called them with any request. It might feel a little pricey at the beginning but I assure you it is worth every penny. Vacating was frustration-free and deposit settlement was fair. Stop looking and get yourself an apartment here. It will be one of the best decisions of your life.

I made a call to get information about available two bedroom apartment yesterday. John picked up my phone and he is supposed to email me photos, but never received emails within the time that he promised. I also felt like he is not really motivated to rent out their properties. Since I live in California, I am considering to make my apartment contract without visiting. Unfortunately, John is an extremely hard person to work with. I think that I am very likely to get different apartment in nearby areas.

Locally owned, on site management and maintenance staff know all of the residents. Well maintained property and buildings, amenities like a resort. Easy access to shopping district, countless restaurants, and interstate highways. I’ve never had a client that didn’t love living there.

My Mom has lived here for over 8 years and its nice to be able to look outside and see the lake. Everyone is so nice. The gate security remembers you if youre visiting and the landscaping is very neat and professionally cared for. They take pride in their community! The clubhouse has a nice gym, racquetball court, lounge area, pool table, cafΓ©, and full bar!

I lived here as a graduate student. The extra distance from campus was inconvenient, but not enough to make it worth living somewhere else. The apartments are great, property is really well maintained, and the amenities were also fantastic. Most of the residents are graduate students, families, or older couples so its generally pretty quiet. The office staff was always very accommodating. The complex also didnt try to rip me off with my deposit after I moved out, which was a nice change from past experiences...

I lived there for a few years. It is an excellent place, I loved the clubhouse and the staff, I never had any problems with anything. The location is perfect! Literally walking distance to all the shopping you need, a movie theater like a minute away, and even an oldschool drive-in theater to the north. I’ve had people visit me while they did work at the University of Illinois (which is like 10 minutes away at worst), and they would come back just to hang out by the pool, soak in the hot tub, and just hang out! If you want a beer or five after work, stop by the clubhouse! The prices are the same as the townie bars to the south, but minus the 21 year olds who just want to...be young. The food is actually good too, and the guy running the place makes good conversation while providing excellent service. The beers on tap are a healthy mix of typical yellow beers and contemporary ales etc. Baytowne should be in every town, I would live with them anywhere!

Great apartments, super friendly office and maintenance staff that get to know you on a first name basis. Its a really homey, comfortable place to live with plenty of ways to get to know your neighbors from the garden plots, tennis courts, clubhouse, and pool.

Baytown is a really satisfying apartment. Its not a type that goes back and forth between classes like undergraduate students, but I think its the best place to go for commuting graduate students or office workers. It is easy to find restaurants, malls, and various necessities in the vicinity, and is surrounded by fences, and there is security, so it is safe to go out at night for a walk. In summer, there are many bugs due to the nature of the lake, but it seems to be an apartment without any disadvantages except for the distance between this point and the school.
