Jamie and Yolanda are everything you want in a landlord: quick to answer any issues, but fairly hands off in everything else. They have been professional, kind, and reasonable with special requests. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of our friends.

We rented a single home from Jamie and Yolanda and lived there for about 2,5 years. It has been such joy to work with them. Maintenance requests were handled almost immediately by them and the maintenance worker is delightful to deal with. They are pet-friendly, and they make you feel home. They keep the yard pretty well. The home was great too - we barely had to ask for maintenance (and when we did, it was basic stuff). The payment of rentals are done easily as well and they are very understanding and delightful to deal with in moving in and moving out. We have been very happy with them and would probably continue living here if we werent moving to another city. Thank you Jamie and Yolanda!
