I was a walk in, and they got me in pretty fast. The lady that did my nails was super nice and was always asking if I liked the shape, color, etc. I really liked it here and my nails came out perfect (natural looking nails)

Picture does not do justice. They look like a 5 year old did my nails. My friend came with me and she said she had never seen nails this bad in person. Lumpy streaky uneven. They also barely have any colors to match what you want.

First, I would highly recommend making an appointment prior to your visit. I believe this will make the experience much better.This was the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in the longest time. They were on time, extremely kind, and observant of your needs. Both nail technicians that took care of me were amazing and one of them took the extra time to massage my hands longer when she noticed how relaxed I was. Highly recommend!!

I am beyond impressed with the service provided! I came in for a pedicure and despite being busy they went above and beyond to make my experience great. I will be coming back again. Missy did a wonderful job and gave an out of this world foot massage.

When I walked in they did not say Hello or try to help me. Two men who work here look me directly in the eye but neglected to try to provide me with service. I was going to get a fill & pedicure but quickly changed my mind & decided not to spend my money somewhere that seemed to careless for my business. Very displeased with this shop.

Got a no chip manicure and it was well done and stayed 3 weeks. Will definitely return.

I LOVED IT!! This was my first time here and the lady that did my purple acrylic nails was so nice she even had to take a call in the process! But made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming again!

The staff was friendly, but the quality of work was not worth it. The employee that did my nails filed into my nail bed and the dip was sloppy. I had to scrub my hands when I got home to get it off the sides of my fingers.I was in a bind when I went, since the salon I usually go to had shut down due to a Covid exposure. So I do appreciate them being able to get me in and take off my old dip, but I will most certainly not be returning.

I came in to remove my no chip nail polish and get my nails shaped. Kenny saw me right away and was so nice. He quickly got my no chip off, filed, buffed, and cut my nails. He also put 2 different coats of clear polish on!! All for $7, I will be back to see him soon! Also as a sidenote, they have a sign saying $10 is the minimum for credit cards and tip is preferably in cash. Money well spent!

Paid $55 for a set of acrylics that turned out horrible. One hand didn’t look too bad while the other hand was short and stubby with bumps. The paint was also patchy as if it needed another coat. Was very unhappy and won’t be going back.

I could have done a much better job myself. Nail polish chipped off within a few hours. Nail polish was very flakey and cheap quality. There were streaks in the paint as well and the top clear coatleft a sticky/tacky residue that did not prevent the polish from chipping off.

I love how detailed and professional they are. I mean even the massages are timed according to the type of pedicure. They are clean and very cautious of this infection with temp checks and making sure everybody washes their hands. This is my fourth time with them and it’s been the same. Haven’t had any bad experience yet, hoping I won’t.

I have been going here for a few months now, and the nail technicians here always do a great job. I am very clumsy and broke a nail shortly after my manicure, and Megan generously helped me to fix it right away. The technicians here always take the best care of me!

This was by FAR the best pedicure I’ve received in Champaign over the last 10 years! They took their time, & I was 100% relaxed. I don’t know the name of the woman who gave me my pedicure, but WOW, THANK YOU! I will be back every time ♥️

Love how my nails came out didn’t catch his name but he did a excellent job on my nails.

Twice I’ve made appointments only for them to be double booked. The first time I understood and took someone aside from who I had booked with only to have my cuticle cut and later become infected to the point I needed an antibiotic. I absolutely adore Cindy so I thought I’d give it a second chance only to be double booked, again. Again they tried to pass me off to someone else. No apologies or explanation.

I went to get the acrylic nails off and then get a manicure. 3 techs were talking about and making fun of me for getting them off. I only know this because one of the techs (who was not involved with the convo of the others) told them to shhhhhhh because I was getting upset. I have been going here for years and this really upset me.

We went here with a group to get our nails done before a wedding. The nails were done beautifully. The only think I might have changed was the speed with which they do things. Dont go here anticipating to get in and out. It will take a while.

This is the best place Ive ever been to to get my manicure done..... Lindsey does a fantastic job in that aspect. But I will sadly not be returning because she is not friendly at all! The last two times I went she would not even talk to me...I see all the other ladies who are getting their nails done and the nail technicians were talking and laughing with them. But when I tried to bring up a conversation she ignored me... and the way she kept jerking my hand around because it wasnt sitting in the position she wanted it in was ridiculous! I would have given a 5 star rating for quality. But, this is my second time going and getting the same technician who made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. Makes me sad because I really like the environment and quality I receive!

I will never come back to this salon. I got a dip nail service done last week. Two days later two of the nails chipped, so I went back to the salon. They proceeded to repaint the two nails a different color!! During the service, I said This is not the right color, but the woman next to the man who was doing my nails was positive it was. I thought that maybe after the whole process it would actually be the correct color... it was not. Now it is a little over a week later and 5 of my nails have chipped a lot including the two that were repainted. I am extremely disappointed in my service and will not be returning.

The woman who did my nails didn’t understand what rounded meant. She also filed my nails crooked. Every single one. The woman who did my pedicure was nice and did a good job otherwise I would not come back here. Rounded nails are not fancy. It’s pretty simple.

My daughter and I both got a basic manicure. The polish was practically ladled on. I have multiple edges to my layers of polish. Her French manicure borders are a mess. My cuticles are flaking and peeling a day later. Not worth our time, or our money. Two stars because they were friendly.

It was wonderful set an electric chair soft cushioning so relaxing most of them are Vietnamese they dont speak a lot just to each other and its just a wonderful place to go I recommend it highly rather high but $25 for a pedicure its worth it especially if youre married

Best nail salon in CU! This crew has been taking great care of me for over 10 years....I followed them here from Mattoon! Ill never go anywhere else!!

The atmosphere is nice and its very clean, however I was quite displeased with a tech named Kenny. I requested him because a few weeks ago, he gave me a really nice pedicure. So on my second visit, I requested to have him give me a manicure. Let me also add, I find it very rude when Im being serviced and the individual speaks in a foreign language and starts snickering! If you cannot understand English, okay, I understand, but if you ARE fluent in English, just speak English to avoid any levels of miscommunication!Anyway, I explained to Kenny that I needed a fill for two nails that were cracked and I also wanted them cut. He insisted on using crazy glue to seal the cracks. Glue is better! He insists. I tried explaining to him that the glue (crazy) would not last and that I needed a fill in for both nails. Once more I requested to have my nails clipped. He did what he wanted to do and refused to clip my nails as well as give me my fill ins. Then he has the audacity to get upset and smack his lips when I showed him a smudge on my thumb! I was very offended considering I just paid the bill. He didnt even bother thanking me, let alone applying any nail (dry) spray on my nails. Im so glad I didnt tip him. I told the owner and she was very understanding. Hopefully the next tech I encounter will be more professional and accommodating.

Stopped in looking for a GOOD pedicure. We won’t be back. She used a salt scrub for my “7 min massage” it was dry and just made everything dry and raw. If you pick an upgraded pedi that includes a certain number of minute massage, you only get that. Not a regular pedi PLUS the extra minutes. Left w visibly dry, rough feet, a bleeding cuticle, and a lot of disappointment. I would’ve tried to explain all of this to them while it was happening but it didn’t appear any of them spoke enough English to understand my concerns. That’s the problem most of the time...can’t communicate. 😢

I went there for a fill and pedicure, got there at 945 am, they did my pedicure which was wonderful, but kept taking more clients before doing my nails so after waiting over an hour, I had to leave without my nails done. And the worst part, they did not even care .

This place is very professional makes you feel like your at a spa but the extra money they charge ia not worth it. I can get my nails done at Queen Nails and they last longer and there not thick which i hate.

Went to this salon because the one I usually go to was closed and got my nails done a few weeks ago. They’re already coming off and the lady I had didn’t paint them evenly. Also talked on the phone while she did them so that’s probably why they turned out so bad. Don’t waste your $, I’ll be sticking to Luxury Nails in Savoy!

Went on a Tuesday evening. Was serviced almost immediately. Nail tech wasnt too talkative but service was average to most nail shops. I got a gel refill and the next day my color started chipping BAD! Went back on a Friday late afternoon and had to wait a little bit (as expected) and Megan (Mimi) serviced me and fixed my nails, explained how they value customs service etc...recommended I make a appointment with her next time. Fixed my nails for free and gave me a mini hand massage. Definitely redeemed themselves. I plan on going back when I want acrylic nails again but I wont go to the first nail tech. 4/5 do recommend.

I went there 07/14 and my no-chip mani was completely peeled off by the 07/20. The lady who did my nails barely touched them with her nail file, didnt clean up the edges or any of that stuff. I hate leaving negative reviews for businesses but i guess i just expected a lot more from this business. The staff however were very nice and the place was clean.

I took my mom here to get a manicure for mothers day....she has a disability and I couldnt have been more disappointed....she was passed around person to person to finally be told an HR later they couldnt do her nails....we havent had any issues at other places but because it was a busy weekend it was too much I guess....sad....
