I got a full set from Jessie and I am more than satisfied. She got me in right at my appointment time, and was super thorough and made sure that my nails were shaped perfectly! I came in with quite a difficult design and she immediately said she could do it and got to work. I’ll be going to regal for the rest of my nail appointments!!

Ended up trying again on Friday before vacation and im disappointed. I was waiting on the owner to do my nails as she had done em before but she had one customer after the next so she sent me to the short hair with glasses nail tech. Nail polish was all bubbly leaving bubbles behind, the nail tech looked at me with a attitude when i asked if she could put gems on my nails, And she filed my nails AFTER she had finished which now it makes the edges look rough and look ugly. I will stick to my home nail tech from now on. Atleast her prices are reasonable for a fill in and i get outstanding beautiful nails every time.

Worst service I had ever received here. I will not be back and its a shame because I have always had great experiences here. The woman I just saw was terrible. Rushed me through everything. My natural nails were uneven, when I asked her to fix them she said they would be even shorter if she did. I explained it was fine I just wanted them to be even. The nail polish is already coming off and I paid $30 for gel nail polish.

Im a little saddened by my visit today. Yes, the prices are good. I have had good service here before. But the past two visits Ive made havent been up to par at all. Today I went in and just wanted a basic manicure with a normal clear coat--something I dont think is particularly difficult or taxing service. A good note, I did not wait long at all, no more then five minutes even though they were fairly busy. A quiet young man started my manicure and acidentally cut my right hand, twice, on the ends of my thumb and index finger while trimming away dead skin/cuticles. My thumb actually bled for a few minutes and hurts still. My ring finger on the same hand is also cut raw. Though he did apologize, I was not offered any refund or incentive to come back as a remedy for literally hurting me and DRAWING BLOOD (so nothing like a next visit heres some cash off your next service type thing). I feel that would have been a fair, reasonable gesture. I like to consider myself a good client--I understand mistakes happen.However, the last time my full gel set was messed up as well. The technician forgot to put a coating on, didnt cure the other hand, and didnt shape the nails like I had asked repeatedly. I ended up spending dang near 85$ that visit and had to immediately cut my nails down when I got home. I know this place is capable of better business, but I am losing my confidence with the customer service I have received as of late. Disappointed for sure.

If I could’ve posted with no stars I would’ve they change prices midway during your service ripped the gel polish from my toes instead of properly removing it I asked for a trim they cut all my nails off my toe color is messed up not even 24 hrs later. They were unwilling to to fix the problem I wouldn’t recommend my dog

I have never had a bad experience here. They are always friendly and actually talk to you, instead of that awkward silence. My nails always turn out perfect, and the price is reasonable for the great work. I recommend this place to everyone.

I went here one day and got a nude color matte done and they looked horrible. The color was all on the side of my fingers and it was bumpy. From now on I will go to #1 nails. They do a MUCH better job. I will never go back here.

Do not come here. Gel nails didnt even last a day. Came back to ask them to fix my no chip nail that was done that same day and had to wait more than an hour to get it fixed. Not worth it. ALSO, the place is disgusting. Nail clippings everywhere, the LED light where I placed my hand was filthy, I dont know how they are still in business.

I went in on a Friday to get my nails filled in a and broken a nail Tuesday went in to get the one I broke fixed they could not find the color l Initially had l asked them to please find it because l did want different colors nails the manager told me to leave that we where done here they let a paying customer leave with to to different colors they refused to admit that the colors did not match when you can clearly see they are not the same Jessie contact me after l posted this review ask to to take review down and she would take care of me but she was on vacation l didn’t want anyone else to do them so two weeks later when she returned she told me she would only fix the one nail that That should have happened in the first place before your nail technicians asked me to leave and refuse to find the color of my right now I will never return here again
