I went here for the first time today and I came home more than satisfied. My nails ended up being so cute. Everyone was professional and the store was clean. Overall if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Even though they were extremely busy, they made time for me to have my nails done. They are so kind, and actually want to have a conversation with you. They always ask to make sure you like what theyre doing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This will be my new nail salon in champaign!!

First time going to DN. Tina was so nice and professional. She made sure to clean her station after every client. She was super meticulous with our nails. The pink nails are dip nails. The white chrome were fill-ins no chip. She had to manually make the chrome color which ended up looking amazing. Overall, extremely satisfied. As of 7/1/21; dip nails are $40, gel $40, pedicure $28, and acrylic $30+. I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment yesterday with ease. Showed up today and had no wait time. My nail tech was kind and suggested what she thought would be best when I communicated what I wanted, made sure to check in with me about whether I was happy with the services or not, and was detail oriented.Loved the massage chair too.

My tech does the best job on acrylic and shellac always lasting at least 4 weeks. Shes meticulous and knowledgeable on nails and nail care. I recommend this place!!

Tao is amazing. She not only fixed my nail that was severely damaged, she made them all look GOOD. Cant even tell one fingernail is almost ripped off.

This place has been my favourite nail salon experience in the area. The prices are shockingly reasonable for such a lovely salon. They also have a large selection of nail polish colours.

Dazzling nails does a great job on my toes and nails. I know I can be a handful sometimes but they do their job well and yield great results. Shout out to my homie Brandon that recommended this place to me. They work at a great pace and the prices are very good for the work you get.

I took my chances today and decided to try this place as a walk-in. They were able to fit me in and get my feet looking great. They were very polite and offered us drinks. Definitely will be going back :)

They were extremely patient and listened to me when I told them I didnt like how something came out, they redid it immediately with no attitude and it came out beautiful!

This place is very close to home. I was so hoping I would like the experience and I did. Excellent job on a Mani/pedi and what I love the most is its so nice and quiet in there.

Very unprofessional. Made an appointment for 1:30 for a. pedicure. Waited a hour because I understood they were busy (also the massage chair feels great) however when they started taking others who were not there before me we had a problem. I asked about it and they seemed to not care and gossip with each other. I walked out and will not be returning. Do not go here if you are on a tight schedule.

I just moved and struggled finding a new salon, so I am so thrilled that I stumbled across this salon after work one day! Really happy with my mani and pedi. Will become a regular!

Grossly unprofessional. Do not make an appointment because it’s merely a suggestion. They will make you wait not caring about what you have to do with your time. All the while gossiping about you and staring you down. When you can get in, the service is amazing. They do great work and I can’t take that away, but they don’t give a hoot about your time or business.

I had an appointment at 12:00 and when I arrived they changed it to 2:00. I had to go all the way home and then come back. When I came back at 2:00 I had to wait 45 minutes until I was helped!! Ridiculous. This is the third time this has happened. For being the only nail salon on campus this is disappointing. The quality of the nails was okay, but not worth the wait. Go here if you have absolutely nothing to do on that day.

I use to like going there for my nails but now they take forever getting to you they lie and say their booked or busy and they’re not every time I go there I spend good money over 100$ I’m kinda fed up and they need to do better for their customers

Me and a friend walked in for gel dip with tips. It was very busy and we had to get to class soon, so we resolved to come back the next day with appointments. The workers guaranteed us we would be done before our class at 3:20. They started at 2pm and finished before 3pm. The work was amazing and they were very friendly. Great service and timing!!

The nails I wanted were butchered and chopped. They where not shaped correctly, etc. I told them that I was not satisfied with my nails and they got rude. The nails didn’t last long either. I went to a new salon and they and they fixed them. Never will I get my nails done here again.

I needed to get my nails done and most shops were already closed. Nail technicians were super friendly, honest about the ten minute wait and did not rush through my nails. I wish I would have got my Nail Techs name, she was sweet and took her time. My nails look great! And price was reasonable. I plan on returning in two weeks:)

I’ve been to this nail shop 3 times. Every time that I came in the nail shop they would tell me “we don’t have time today” two of the times i came a hour before they closed which is understandable, but today i came at 12:00pm they don’t close til 8pm, the lady in the front told me again “we don’t have time today”, No “hello how are you” just when you ask for service “we don’t have time today” this is the most unprofessional nails shop i have ever visited. Whoever that lady is working in the front needs to be fired asap. RUDE AF!

I decided to give Dazzling Nails a try as it is close to my work and I am shopping for a new salon. I called the day before to make an apt for 4:00, as I didnt want to have to wait since I would just be off work. Left work a few minutes early to ensure I would be on time, showed up at 3:58. When I arrived, all of the technicians were busy and there were four people waiting. After a few minutes I was greeted and I told them I had a 4:00 appointment. The woman said yes and told we to have a seat. I waited while three of the people waiting were called. At 4:15, I left as I had no idea how much longer I would have to wait before getting started.Very poor customer service. If they were running behind, they should have told me, since I made an appointment. Wont be trying them again for awhile. I drove a few blocks to another salon and got in with no wait.

I walked in and got service right away. The women was very nice and she took her time to get the shape just right. It was nice and clean on the inside and the people are niceP.s its a week later and my nail polish disappeared from the tip of my nails like 2 days later and now the top coat is peeling off

Made an appointment and ended up waiting an hour before I decided to just leave. Ridiculous. I guarantee the wait would’ve been At least 20 more minutes.

Lets just say I called before going in and she said 15 minute wait I waited 30 minutes and the when I assuming the head the head lady started doing my nails she had another client that came in early, she stopped after doing two nails to do the lady that came in early than her appointment and said, she will do your nails, I have someone waiting for me. Then directed me to a lady by the name of Thao, who did a great job!!!! But being a lady of color that really sadden me that the white race rules over the black race in this nail salon when we are all paying the same price....

While removing cuticles, cut my skin and I had to bleed. Showed simple nail art involving taping a simple line, she couldn’t get it straight and when I asked her to fix it she didn’t. Nails are over coated, I got a gel nail but it is extremely thick and I had to get it redone at different place.

Decent nail techs. Professionalism isn’t the best. More than x3 I have come in for an appointment I’d set at least 24 hours before, and still have to wait 20-40 minutes to be serviced. They’re nice, just not the most professional.

I was impressed with my experience. I didn’t catch the ladies name that did my nails but she was an older lady and very friendly. We did make an appointment for two pedicures and they were able to take us right when we arrived. Very professional and quick.

I first went to Dazzling Nails on a friends recommendation. Tao does an amazing job with manicures and pedicures. The shop feels a bit cramped, but overall I really like the end result.

If I could give no stars, I would. I went in to get a fill...the lady asked me if I wanted them shorter, I said yes, a little bit, but when I walked out it looks like I have no nail enhancement what so ever, theyre so shot. I picked out a glitter for my ring finger and when she applied it, the edge was not smooth at all, and I understand that glitter can be touchy, but Ive never had a glitter accent nails be rough like that. On my other hand with the glitter nail, there was a large glob of glitter. I Pointed it out and the lady wanted to blame it on the glitter. She didnt even manage to cover the whole nail with polish on quite a few nails. And didnt even cover the whole nail with top coat, which was noticeable. And had I not been paying attention, the lady wouldve made my nails whatever shaped she pleased. Even after pointing it out and explaining the shape I wanted, she was stopped trying to make my nails rounded. And at the end of it...I was disappointed thru the whole experience and I expressed that to them. I left with nails Im not satisfied with and still had to pay the full price for a fill. I will not be returning to this salon.

Got a deluxe spa pedicure and it was very relaxing. I only get pedicures once in a while and they have always been very convenient and accommodating. They are my go to nail salon and so far i have only had good experiences there.

I had high hopes and was very disappointed. My appointment was at 5 and I wasnt serviced until 5:45. I got the no-chip manicure ($30) and the results were extremely bumping layers of polish, some bubbles, and polish all over my finger tips that they for whatever reason refused to clean off (I even asked if I could take it off at home myself using standard nail polish remover and she just told me not to worry about it). The edges of my nails were really rugged from the cut-down, but for yet another unknown reason it wasnt filed down. When I got home I spent around 10 minutes myself fixing the nails.Ive only ever gotten my nails done once before, so Im by no means a nail expert, and even I could see a significant difference in the quality of my nails for the same price.I would not recommend this location, especially if youre under a time crunch.

Absolutely great! I got an acrylic fill in and they really took the time to make sure each nail was perfect. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had a 4;30 appt. got their early still had to wait 15minutes after my actual time I was a first time customer. Butt over all they did a really nice job I have been to 5 different nail salons this is the best one yet I will become a regular I’ve finally found a nail salon that take they time and do a great job.

My nail tech seemed very nervous and unprofessional - she made my cuticles bleed - and smudged my polish multiple times. My friend and I made an appointment but still had to wait around 30 minutes to get our nails done. Will not be returning.

Visited this salon while in town for a work trip, and was so impressed. The ladies stayed late to finish up my gel mani/pedi for me, and took EXTRA time to make sure it was flawless. The pedicure was amazing, and extra coats of polish were applied to make the color super bright. I have never had this good of service at a nail salon, and will definitely visit again when I am back!

Great experience, but one guy didnt do a complete job.

Very poor selection of colors, many are dried out. The salon itself is very small and quite dirty (lots of unsanitary tools laying about). I went in for a pedicure at 1 pm on a Sunday. I selected my color and they started water for me but then nobody came to service me. They ignored me for over 15 minutes and left me awkwardly sitting with my feet in the lukewarm water. I understood they had other customers to attend to, but they completely failed to communicate with me that there would be a wait when I walked in. I would have rather waited in a chair than have them begin to service me and then ignore me until they were ready. I will never be back.

I went here for awhile to get my nails done, always just putting up for the lack of customer service because at least I was getting my nails done on campus. this last time was the final straw. after ONE WEEK of wearing no chip nails they had not only chipped but completely broke off. its infuriating because i could tell that the woman doing my nails was not paying attention whatsoever.

Pay 25 for a pedicure and it was not good at all

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My friend and I went in as walk ins for gel manicures, there were two people working and one didnt do gel. We waited 45 minutes till two people came back from eating. The lady told us it wouldnt be long. Then over a half hour into my friend being done they offered to do mine but I said no because I didnt have time. The girl that got to go sat there with nothing done most of the time I was still there. My friend had to sit under a dryer for 20 minutes after she was done which Ive never had to do for gel. Now she has to get her polish removed elsewhere because its painful.

I have been to Dazzling Nails before because it was cheap and close and they did a decent job. However, I will not be returning to Dazzling Nails anytime soon. I went in (and it usually does seem to appear dirty) and asked for a no-chip manicure. I picked out my color from a limited selection, and it felt like all I did was pay for the no-chip instead of a manicure as well. The lady hastily pushed back and fixed my cuticles on my dry hands (they didnt soak and she didnt put anything on them. It actually hurt). The no-chip polish did not go far enough down on my nails so they looked a week old already, and at the end the hand/arm massage was literally 5 seconds each hand with a dab of lotion. If Im paying over $30 for a no-chip manicure, I will be sure to go somewhere else in the future.
