Originally I was impressed with how quickly they got me in and out for a fill and replacement of one nail. Then not even 7 days later my nails were lifting, by 10 days I had glued all but my thumbs back down. That combined with being charged the price of a full set when I got a fill is ridiculous.

Went for a pedicure got taken in quickly, I’m glad to see Top Nails is still practicing their social distancing and face mask 😷 covering, not everyone is enforcing it but it’s good see that Top Nails is. Got a pedicure, they did a great job, will probably be back. 👍🏽Thanks!

Usually they are great. I had a different woman doing my pedicure. It had a lot to be desired, she didnt get the ingrown toenails out. She said that she couldnt cut any more than she already did. Im going to find a different place to go after this.

They did an amazing job with my red to black ombre. Will be my new place to go. And the prices were reasonable. Very happy customer.

Its too bad that I have to give them any stars at all; the do not deserve it. I have given them two opportunities and both times I was incredibly underwhelmed. They are unprofessional, provide terrible service and are downright rude. Their only concern is getting you in and out as quickly as possible. The guy that did my nails both times was very rude and and inattentive. He glued my nails on then bounced between 5 others and myself, not giving any of the customers adequate attention. My nails turned out crooked, uneven and he didnt even apply the protein or bonding liquid before applying the acrylic, causing them to detach at the cuticle after only a couple days. The nails are thick, rough and were left improperly filed down. While I was waiting for my nails to dry during my last visit, he approached me and rudely told me that I was finished and had to leave. I was appalled by the service and unprofessionalism I experienced both times I went. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody, not even as a last resort. Save yourself the money and hassle of needing them fixed and choose somewhere else.

This was my 1st experience there. Kim gave me the best pedicure ever. I recommend her.

I did a full gel set as a walk in. I believe he was the owner, he did a GREAT JOB. Honestly best set I’ve ever gotten. Matte, and almond shape. Only qualm is that the website prices do not accurately reflect prices so give them a call ahead of time.

Before today I would have rated this shop a 4 star, however in the recent year the quality is terrible. I asked to soak for 5 mins on my feet. I was told if I do that Ill be waiting 2 hrs. No one was inside but myself and another client..oh ok M!y pedi was rushed literally 10mins exactly. She didnt scrub my feet I even pointed it out and was ignored. The hot stones they used were cold I said something about that, the tech said its because you come to early come at 11am next time. Ohh ok however I always come at 9am has never been a problem before. The lady next to me was getting a pedi before I started. How the heck did I finish FIRST? I complained to the owner that did not help. Sadly to say after 6 years I will not return!

The online pedicure price is $35 and I go to pay and am told it’s $48. They were very rude and would not honor the price it says online. I was told thats the “pre covid price” if you’re going to change it change it online as well

I know it was last minute when I came into the shop on New years Eve, but all of my nails broke the day of New years. My set was so cute. I feel like he shouldve use more acrylic and took his time instead of rushing. I spent 80 for my set 150 for 2 and my set didnt last not even a whole day

Ive been there twice now and plan to return. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they do a great job. Ive only gotten pedicures, so I can only speak to that. This photo is almost 4 weeks post pedicure, so Im very happy!

Went in on Saturday after scheduling an appointment for noon, I was there for two hours for a dip manicure. It was applied nothing like I’ve had done with previous dip manicures. They used the acetone and powder more like they were doing acrylic nails, but I figured he knows what he’s doing. By Tuesday one was already coming off, had repaired, took an hour. Left for a trip Wednesday morning by Wednesday evening another nail chipped and was coming off. By Saturday just one week of having them done they were falling apart and peeling. Never had such a horrible dip manicure. I won’t be returning and if looking for a dip, I’d go elsewhere. I do not know about their other services.

12/2/19 I was greeted right away and the service I received was absolutely tremendous. I love how they did not rah on me and made sure they paid attention to details. I got a full set; gel and a pedicure 07/19/19. It’s 7/31/19. Not a full 2 weeks yet and I have 5 nails that popped off. . When I walked in early that Friday morning I was the only one there and I felt as if they guy would do well on my nails since he’s not pressured but I guess I was wrong. He did my nails in such a rush! 7/25/19 a total of 4 nails were lifiting, 2 ended up coming off. I went the following day 7/26/19 which was exactly 7 days from the date I got the set to inform the man who completed my nails of what happened. He fixed all 4 nails. WELL it’s 7/31/19 and a total of 5 nails just came off like press on nails and one of them being those he JUST FIXED on 7/26/19!!! I don’t do any work with my hands or anything there’s no reason why I paid $60 for a gel set and it didn’t last a week. I did give it 2 stars because obviously I didn’t have to pay for the 4 nails that lifted (which I shouldn’t have to anyway). He needs to work on SLOWING DOWN, shaping nails correctly, and better products. I personally will NEVER go back again. I don’t have money to waste

Rushed my nails, didn’t give my friend a full manicure just soaked and then painted, almost forgot to even paint the nails. The paint on my acrylics is already chipping 20 minutes later. If there’s more than 3 people they will rush your service

I travel for a living, so I never know what I am going to get with the salons I go to. Let me tell you this is one of the best pedicures I have had in a very long time. The salon is clean and the people are nice. The gentleman who did my pedicure took his time and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this salon.

The place was not clean. The equipment. Was dirty. My nails we’re really cute and I loved the shape but after 2 days one fell off. I went to get it fixed and it took 45mins as the guy was helping 2 other girls who came in after me.. 2 days after I got it fixed 2 more nails fell off.. I had them for 1 week.. I’m highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Only the BEST no chip manicure I have gotten KIM top nails! My nails usually last at least three weeks. And I own a restaurant and bakery so my hands are constantly in water! This place is hands down great! They dont water down any of their polishes and use only the best stuff! They are always busy which is a good sign and theyre pedicures are amazing too. I recommend this place to all my customers and everyone I know!

I got a acrylic take off and gel nail. I was able to keep all my natural nail growth from the acrylic and tried a suggestion from the nail tech. I love these cat eyed nails 😍

I had an awful experience here. If your want nice professional service seek it else where. They were very rude and the quality of the job done was very poor. They didn’t care about what the finished work looked like they just rushed me out.

Of all the salons I have been to in C/U, this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came to this place in desperation since #1 Nails is currently closed. I was rushed to pick a color and then my tech was very rough. He handled my hands in an inconsiderate manner and burned my nail beds with the tools. He rushed through my fill in and didn’t properly shape or file my nails. The polish has clearly had too much acetone added to it because the colors were way off. He didn’t even let my nails dry before he added the next coat. Then he didn’t even let the top coat dry and proceeded to saturate my nails in acetone dipped cotton. When I told him my nails weren’t dry he argued me down that they were even though there was stuff sticking to them. Oh and let’s not forget I was charged extra for having longer nails. I don’t see how this place gets any business smh

First time experience at this salon was great! My grandma, little sister and I went and enjoyed the friendly and very funny staff! Loved the service and salon look! Will be returning. Recommend.

Went in and asked for a gel set with a floral design/black base (I even showed a picture), and was given acrylic nails with black shellac polish. The guy did a very poor job as my nails are uneven and I have gel polish all over my fingers. There were 9 customers (including myself) in the shop and 3 workers. I was going to request better service but before I could say anything the gentleman that was helping me took off to help someone else. Wont be going back.

As a licensed nail technicians. My sister and I went to get our pedicures done to waste some time. The nail utensils were in unsealed bags, which means they were not sanitized, the girls kept exchanging files and scrub brushes between the two of us. And thats fine if you want to wear gloves to do a pedicure, but it doesnt feel very good when you are rubbing dry rubber against my leg. Sorry ladies, but two thumbs down!

Got to say, I LOVE this salon! Has great services and their staff is super friendly. What I love the most is my top deluxe pedicure. Very relaxing and my toe nails look incredible!

They deleted my other review but just know I will never come back. a total of 5 nails popped off before two weeks of having a FRESH set. 2 popped off within 6 days of having them on and 2 were lifting. He fixed all 4 free of charge (of course) and before my nails even grew enough to get a fill in 5 popped off. I don’t have long nails neither do it do hands on work. The guy rushes his work, and he doesn’t shape properly... probably needs to change the products as well

Came in super happy no one was there but that quickly changed, the guy that was doing my nails, kept stopping to do someone else nail, which I hate. But that’s not the reason for the one star. Because he was trying to do two sets at once my nails was rushed. After just 5 days my nails are coming off. I don’t even use my hands often and I haven’t been at work at all. I use to always go here but stop because I move away. Don’t think I’ll be back. I paid 50 for my nails they should last the whole 2weeks. Like they are falling off like press on.

I missed going here the last few months! The new place is so much bigger. I wish I remembered the young ladies name that did my nails, they look great! I got a regular manicure with two colors and a design. I had called a couple of days before to get a quote and they didnt change it when I came in (like so many other salons do).

Love this place - my fav corner! Staff always makes me satisfied with there skills, creation and attitude. I often come here for P&W with design. Highly recommend!

Worst place Ive ever done my nails. I decided to go here because I thought maybe the quality would be better. The guy who did my nails was rushing through them trying to attend me and another girl at the same time. He put acrylic nails when I asked for Gel. Then he left them plain when I asked for pink french tips. Then the nails were put all cricked and to top it all off I did these nails 2 weeks ago on this Saturday they popped right off. I dont know if this place is actually good. but my personal experience was horrible. If you go make sure hes taking his time with you. And not rushing he will mess up! SO now a few weeks have passed and the guy who did my nails told me to go back and get a refund since the nails hardly lasted a week. I went back a week later and they said he was gone to come back a week later so i did. And every time Ive gone back they say hes on break or gone. I did not reach out to them about the bad nails. They took the time to look me up on FB and message me. Why are you going to do that and then hide. This place just definitely gets a bad evaluation from me!

I went to top nails on Saturday 4/14/2018 just for a polish change on my toes. I am an African American woman, and I had just got off work. I still had on my uniform. I walked into the salon and was treated nicely. There were 2 ladies receiving pedicures and one lady getting her nails done. After being told to pick a color, I chose and sat down to wait. About 5 minutes later, a Caucasian woman came in and asked how long for 5 pedicures? The nail tech told her he could take them now. After this, another nail tech came from the back and began to fill 5 pedicure seats with water. Then, these 5 Caucasian people were seated for their pedicures before I was. After five minutes of continuing to wait, I got up and left. All I wanted was a polish change. It is clear to me who Top Nails values as a customer. I will never be back to this sad establishment!

I go to kim each time and she does amazing work. she always asks me how my day is going and how Im doing.I like this place

Went in for a basic pedicure and no chip manicure. They charged extra for small things and ended up paying $75 with tip. I felt it was steep, but felt like they took their and paid attention. THEN less than a week later my no chip begins to pop off like press ons! I don’t do any hard labor or work with my hands. I’ve had plenty of no chip manicures in the past when doing more physical work and they never chipped so I was shocked to see the no chip completely loosen and/or pop off. Very disappointed.

The first time my husband and I came in a few months ago we left extremely happy. We came in today and after the $87 bill for his pedicure, my pumpkin spice pedicure and deluxe manicure Im extremely disappointed. My toe polish is light in some areas and dark in others and the whole nail isnt coated. My finger nails are shaped crooked (my real nails) and the whole nail isnt painted. Their excuse, Im sorry we very busy. We wont be back to your rip off of an establishment! Not to mention that eerie feeling for being made fun of and talked about a foreign language. Rude, unsociable, workers is all youll find.

This was my first time here and I decided to go to this salon because I saw that it had a 4.8 rating. The place is nice and clean but Im not happy with the way they did my nails. I got a fill in and my nails are bumpy and uneven. And they are filed so crooked! Also when I was picking a color out one of the ladies working referred to me as girl. I probably wont be going back.

Came in for my nails to get a new set. Tech started on my nails and then stopped and started working on someone elses nails and keeps bouncing back and forth between us. If there was only one person working here I could understand but theres 3. Other people have come in behind me and they helped them and got them out before me. Super annoying. Was there for 2hrs for a full set and there was no wait when I arrived.

Ive never been the person to commit to a nail shop before I found this place. Ive had five different visit with five different manicurist now and all of them have taken extra care of me and provide their talents.

When youre able to have a special for you and your niece its wonderful! Both me and my niece were able to get a relaxing pedicure service!

Charges extra to take off nail polish. I waited an hour in a chair before anyone got to me they only have one guy that does gel nails. The up charges are outrageous. Only reason I came was because they open at 10 on a sunday.

I called ahead of time asking if they offer the dip powder and I was told yes, they did. While already seated for my pedicure he told me he refused to do the dip like I wanted because it was too labor intensive for him. He put shellac on top of my established dip acrylic despite my preferences and hesitation. One week later I had to go in for 3 nail repairs and he put the wrong color on. Wasnt worth my time or the fight to go back and make him change it. Wont ever be going back and will never recommend.

The people at Top Nails were all very nice and very on top of things. I was surprised to see a completely full salon on a Wednesday! I made an appointment for my friend and I the day before and unfortunately we werent able to sit by each other for our manicures (without waiting a really, really long time for two seats to open up next to each other at the same time), but they apologized that they were so busy. The manicure itself was very reasonably priced and they did a great job. My only complaint is the nail polish. It appeared to be either somewhat cheap or old, because the polish started chipping off about 4 days after my manicure. That said, I would definitely recommend it in the future!

HORRIBLE......My daughter and I came in to get a full set and a shellac manicure. our nails are uneven, my shellac manicure is lumpy and not even 2 days later my daughters nails popped off.

Came in Thursday 11/30 at 1:45pm for a fill in and pedicure, was sat and serviced immediately until another customer came in and my tech ditched me and had to wait for another, this happened more than 5 times during my visit! My nails were completed at 4pm, and by then my tech had completed 4 other customers work! I asked when the owner would be in and the tech that was working on me informed me he was the owner. I let him no his work is quality, but service was the worst ive had in a nail shop. I let him know about my problem stated above and asked what he was willing to do to make my simple short visit that turned into a 2 hr hide and seek game and he lied and said it never happened! And my poor wait buddy(he was doing 3 customers at once altough the employee/customer balance was equal) came in for a GEL french tip, he gave her white tips! Halfway through the application of the tips she told him she wanted the polish on clear tips like she had when she came in, for some reason he continued and instead of charging for a French acryli. Charged her for a gel! M*** you have ran a possible regular($$) OFF!

This place was horrible. Came in and they took care of everyone behind us before even starting with us. Finally said we were leaving and they finally helped. But it was one person going back and forth between 2-4 people the whole time. Please save your money & go somewhere else. Super frustrating.

Had a regular manicure today, polish was not drying and two nails had to be re-done. I was at the salon at 10am and it is now 2:42pm and it is so messed up I am going to have to take it off. OLD POLISH maybe ? Will not return.

Went early in the morning when they opened and it was a very nice experience. I think avoiding the after work crowd is the key.

Pedicures are good, nails not so much. They rush through jobs to get to the next person leaving your nails loose and just not in good shape.

I had an appointment at 5pm. They didnt even start on my manicure until 6:30. Thats after they started on 2 people who walked in at 6pm without an appointment.

So happy with how my nails looked and the service was wonderful.
