This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Ive been going regularly. Comfortable chairs, excellent service and beautiful work,... Whats not to love?

My nails look all right, but I expected a little better. I also had to wait quite awhile after they said they were ready for me, but they were busy so I understand. The lady who did my nails was a bit rushed and aggressive, seemed like she was more worried about just getting it done than doing a good job. Like I said, my nails dont look too bad but could have been better, and I just wish it hadnt been so rushed.

Went to see them today and got shellac nails with extensions done. My whole experience there was great. My tech did a great job on my nails and she was super nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had my nails done here for my engagement photos and they look amazing! Im not from the area and was very anxious about finding a place that would do a great job. Read the reviews and am so happy I chose Millennium Nails! 😊

Unfortunately repairs are not being done. And it is very evident that dusting is not being done either. On the other hand Wanda is the best person since I started going there. She did my feet and fingers for the first time. I will not let anyone else take her place. For her she gets a 5.Let me clarify something. When I was talking about repairs I was referring to missing and broken nail dryers at some of the tables. Also the dusting. I have never seen so much dust before. It is from the acrylic nails. On the wall beside me and on the whole surface of the the table and plastic clear walls for Covid safety. I am not trying to be mean but these are the conditions I have seen this visit and were not this way the other times I was there.

I called them in the early afternoon trying to make an appointment, but the woman on the phone told me to just walk in. After some time had passed I walked in and wrote my name down, asked how long the wait would be, and the woman told me “not very long.” I said okay thank you, washed my hands, and sat where they told me to. The time that I wrote down when I first walked in and signed in was 4:55. By the time it got to be 5:20 and I had been waiting with my color picked out for a while, I decided to walk out and leave. At that point my full set could have been about halfway done or so, and I thought it was very unprofessional to now take an appointment & tell a client to walk in and have them waste their time. I love their services and the workers/atmosphere but I was disappointed this time.

Was referred by a friend to go to Kevin he was busy (he’s really good I was gonna wait) but Laura did my nails instead! She was very pleasant I showed her a picture of how I DID NOT want my nails she assured me they wldnt look like that and got to work. I was very pleased because I didnt have to give her any directions or ask her to fix anything. She’s definitely gained me as customer

Very rude. They did not have to color I wanted and they seemed frustrated that I was trying to find the correct color. A lady that wasn’t even doing my nails proceeded to yell at me and said that if I choose another color I would have to pay extra. That was very rude and unprofessional of her. At the end of the day the customer comes first and me searching for a color that’s I want should not frustrate a worker who WAS NOT even doing my nails. Once I settles for a color, the lady who was doing my nails rushed and didn’t say one word to me. I then went to pay and when I did she gave me the receipt to sign. I did not tip her because the whole experience was terrible and she snatched the receipt back. Would not recommend.

Always the best nail salon in town! Very clean and sanitary setup. The women who work there are lovely and friendly and provide excellent service!

I got my gel extension nails. Today hits the 2 week mark since I got it done and so far, I havent seen or experienced any lifting!! Love this place!! Everyone is always so nice and friendly :) Def would go back!

My nails looks amazing, my tech this time, she was not only gentle but incredibly fast and efficient. This set of nail is one of my favourite sets Ive ever had.

The employees are professional and do AMAZING work. I have been going for many times and get a manicures and have never had a bad experience.

Ive been here twice and was seen with different people. Both exceeded my expectations. When I usually get my nails done, my hands are sore after but not at this salon. I loved the results both times.

Ive gotten gel done at other salons in the past that left goopy residue underneath the nails but my techs work is so clean, precise, and efficient. They also offer you water during your visit as well! Definitely my go to spot from here on out.

The shape is always exactly how I want it and they take the time to make sure the design is perfect. Everyone is super friendly & I look forward to seeing what they can do for me everytime i need a fill.

The man in there assigned to eyebrows is pathetic as hell and don’t know what he doing. He was rude and didn’t understand what “clean but not thin” eyebrows were . Shouldn’t have a man doing them and he don’t kno what he doing in the first place . Went somewhere else and was serviced promptly and they knew how to do eyebrows, wouldn’t recommend this place . He came in late spelling like squares

I came in to get my nails done, but definitely feel I was over priced. After I’m already home I’m looking and every nail on my left hand is longer than on my right hand. So disappointing and probably will no longer be coming back unless correction is offered. I was very pleased with it all until I got home and they weren’t even. My whole session seemed very rushed. And I’ve never had a bad experience here, and have came many times. But this service just was not IT and think I need to find a new tech 😭 if nothing is done. So sad.

This was my first time ever going to this nail salon, so I picked out a simple full color acrylic set with one accent nail just to test out the quality of the technicians and their work. I’m so pleased to say I’ll definitely be back for my more intricate designs! The woman who did my nails was very kind, I don’t know her name but she was one of the older women and she was the only one who had the store phone on her if that makes it easier to identify who she was. She was amazing! Kind and gentle with my fingers lol it was an overall professional, clean, and comfortable establishment. Will definitely be going back many times!

I had a horrible experience my fingers are cut up and not at all what I wanted I told them I work for a cleaning business and to be careful they wouldnt fix it or refund me plus theres hair in my nails

Tony & Lynn are☆AMAZING☆I just recently started getting my nails done regularly. Ive always gotten a pedicure every 3-4w but decided to change it up. I walked in with a broken dipped nail that I had gotten done in Nashville. All I wanted was to repair it but Lynn politely took time & inquired what had happened. She talked me into Gel Nails because of the type of work I do....& I havent looked back since. Tony has spoiled me for all others. They make you feel comfortable & are knowledgeable in what they do. And my pedicures have always been done well & lasted longer than I expected. Ive never had a bad experience in any visit Ive had every 3-4w visit since the beginning of spring. Youll be pleasantly surprised.

I called to make an appointment and was informed that they do not take appointments and told me to come in. I drove 30 minutes there. It was 430pm when I arrived and I was turned away. I was told they were not taking anymore appointments for today. Keep in mind they dont close until 6pm.

The nail tech used an acrylic nail to pry off my acrylics instead of using an acetone soak. Now my nails are thin and breaking. I could have ripped them off myself.

Honestly such a beautiful nail shop, aside from its appearance Laura and her coworkers were super sweet and welcoming despite the shop being so busy. 10/10 will be coming back.

Do not go to a dude named micheal he ruined my nails and did not even fix them and when I got my pedicure done he did not even scrub my feet like the other people so if you go there don’t go to micheal

I loved coming here with the new owners in place but after my visit today I can guarantee I wont be back. Had I felt it would have helped the situation I would have spoken my issues then and there but my pedicurest didnt even seem to understand without repeating myself. Im now hurting and left with polish my 7 year old could have applied and still in need of a pedicure. I brought my 7 and 11 year olds in for a manicure and they said they wouldnt do them but would only paint for them. I agreed to this as they had already sat and picked their colors out. I sat for my pedicure and automatically noticed there was no warmth in the water so I told them and she fixed it. It was still cold so when another woman sat in front of me I let her know it was still cold and this time she did warm it. I decided to do a hot stone pedicure as Ive enjoyed them here in the past but this woman hit my ankles and shins multiple times with the stones. With the grater I told her I had a sore toe due to eczema and be careful to which she replied thanks for letting me know however its now broken open due to her negligence. She never took the dead skin from the sides of my nails, never completely got my old polish off and, did a terrible paint job and for this I am charged $37 plus $5 per child who werent given the choice but ended up with flowered thumb nails in colors that look outrageous!

They did not provide any basic hand massages and the manicurist was not professional at all.They probably thought I look young so I dont know anything. Well no. I also have feelings that they sent amateur manicurist to me. Manicure was not evenly spread on nails. I can definitely do better job than this. It did not worth the money. They even told me that the price went up for $5. I don’t know if they do that for everyone because one of reviewers below also have mentioned the same thing. If they do this sneaky thing on purpose, shame on them!I would not recommend this shop to anyone at all unless you want to waste money.

I love this place!!

I showed the lady what I wanted and she said okay so I figured she was able to do the design. I showed her a French tip design but instead of white it was black. As she is attempting the design I can tell she’s having a hard time and she said “oh this is hard”. If she was not confident in doing the design she could have said so and I would have changed it no big deal. Im glad she attempted it but still and some of my nails are shaped off. My nails are starting to chip and I got gel polish and it’s been less than a week! Not worth $60.

Me and my Mama got our Nails done on a Monday, her polish start peeling on Wed. Ive been here too many times gave them too many chances. I will Not be back!

It doesn’t even deserve the one star. They rushed doing my nails. The shape was terrible. I won’t be coming back I wish I went somewhere else that does a better job. I spent $40 on a full set which wasn’t worth it in my opinion. There’s no price board either which is so unusual. The lady didn’t even talk to me during the process which made it so awkward. Hopefully this comment doesn’t get deleted like my first one did :)

I love this place so much!! I usually get just gel here and they do an amazing job!! But today I got acrylic nails done. They came out amazing!! Staff did them for me, and she was amazing. She helped me pick the right color to match, and she shaped them perfectly!! I will definitely be coming back again to get my acrylics done my her again.

Terrible. I asked for just plain white polish on my nails. The nail tech painted my nails white but then put some pink tinted clear polish over it. So my nails weren’t white they had some ugly pink tint on them. Not what I asked for. Unfortunately they made me pay in advanced so there was nothing I could do.

You all need to update your pricing . Everything has went up 5 dollars but they didnt tell me until the end. When I called prior to coming a young lady told me prices was the same. Kevin did do an awesome job but it would be helpful to know ahead of time since I paid with cash.

I have tried many other places in Champaign, and other towns and I always have issues!!! They are very good about remembering consumers, and will make you feel at home. I have been going there for 5+ years now, and have never been disappointed! I live an hour away, and the drive is worth it every time. After just a few visits you will just be able to walk in, pick a color, and they will just know how you prefer your nails ..I don’t have to tell them how long or what shape because they know what I prefer! And if you want to try something new they are always down to mix it up and get the job done! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE💓

I have been coming here for four months. They are great. The people are friendly and make you feel welcome. They listen to what you actually want done and do it. I work in a bar and a kitchen, my hands arw always in water, my nails do not chip. I will never go any where else now that Ive found them! Laura is the absolute best!

First time trying Dip Powder nails—IN LOVE! He did a wonderful (and very quick!) job. So, so happy with the results. I’ve been getting pedicures there for a while now also and have always loved the work done. Definitely recommend.

Not a place I would return to. My friend went for no chip and got her nails done within 10 minutes. Barely any filing was done to her nails and the color was just added to her bare nails with no cleaning or shaping. I asked for a gel nail set and no cleaning or shaping was done properly. After asking the man to cut my cuticles, he said that was a separate service and was a manicure which was going to be $12 extra dollars! Basically the gel nails were added on and no proper filing was done. The corners were sharp. None of our fingers were dipped into water or prep was done before our nails were done. Service is not done proper and everything is done quick. Not even lotion is added to your hands.

I only come to the area once per month, but would love to have a steady place I can visit to take care of my nails. Millennium Nails - this is my new favorite nail place! I brought my daughters here and we all got gel mani pedis. The technicians did a fantastic job plus were funny and friendly. Treated my daughters well too which sometimes doesnt happen in nail salons. Everything is very clean and modern. Try this place out you will love it. :)

This place is awful!!!! I do NOT recommend anyone to come here. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The people who work here greatly lack customer service, but have the audacity to have bad work. The polish on my pedicure was very sloppy and he refused to fix it.

The quality is trash. The think just because I’m young they give me a new person to do my nails. The acrylic I lumpy. The polish is sloppy. There is glue all around my nails. And I’m breaking out. They think they can cheat you out of your money. Don’t go there. Please.

Tried this place for the first time today & it will be my new regular nail salon. I noticed the pedi tools were opened from a sealed package & they use new, opened from a package, files & buffers for each customer. Great attention to detail. Very clean place. Ok - Ive gushed enough. This place exceeded my expectations.

I had fill ins done. The guy had to do them again the color bled and he was going to leave it until I said no. He redid the gel and colors too. Look ok now. Daughter got stiletto. But the nails are all different. Color is great.Polish is bubbled. Every nail has a different shape. Will not go back there.

I have been coming here since I moved to Champaign last year. They have always done a really good job and always took me in with no appointment even when they were busy. They really took their time with my pedicure and manicure.

I have been here three times and are really satisfied with their service style. Perfect staff. The prices are reasonable! Clean tools. WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!

Short wait, the interior was pretty to look at but not clean. The shelf by wash sink was caked in dust, nail powder everywhere on the nail stations. Although she was very friendly, it doesn’t make up for the terrible nail quality. The photo doesn’t do justice for the way my nails look just one week after gettin a gel fill. Half of the nails are so fat it looks ridiculous and they are peeling on every nail corner. Never will I pay 40$ to them again. If your. Veteran like me and want nails that last up to three weeks... don’t go here. I’ll be sticking my luxury nails from now on.

I got well out of my way to come to this salon because it is worth every minute and every penny! THEY have the latest nail polish volor, collection and nail trends. Whether it is chrome nails or a nail design with crystals.the nail tech do a wonderful job and i leave so happy every single time.

Giving them 1 start because I can’t give them 0. HORRIBLE customer service. I watched them argue with an unsatisfied customer who’s no chip didn’t even last for 2 days. They are racist and do not care about their customers who are spending a lot of money and come there often. the products are cheap and they don’t clean their tools well. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

Okay so I went their to get my nails and they were extremely rude,disrespectful,aggressive on my nails! I got attitude from the staff and my nail were messed up I asked for Ombré nails and they didn’t have it! So I asked them to give a somewhat ombré effect. And the lady tried to give me a blue and silver firey look that didn’t even come out looking like flames just a blob on my nails. She didn’t even do the simplest shape of nails! I asked for square and got somewhat of a rhombus shape! My overall experience was terrible! I will not be back and I don’t recommend this place to anybody! Not even to my worst enemy! Please make sure you like the nails before you leave!

They are simply fabulous! I make it a monthly routine to get my Fills and Pedicure done by the many talented and professional individuals that work with Tony and his wife. They are one of the best places for a lady or gentleman to develop a Self care routine. I always get compliments on the artwork of the hand painted designs and ColorSync. Worth every penny😁

They are fast and good, my nails always turn out great and last for a good whole month . Sometimes they can be super busy but they are fast fast and quality. I normally put my name on the list and go shopping while I wait . Its worth to wait and highly recommended 👍👍
