Went to get one nail fixed, lead tech greeted me with a smile which is what got them the one star, the tech sitting on the right of her did my nails, she looked at my other nails and seen they were coated with a matte finish polish (because she asked and I told her) instead she decided to top it off with shiny clear polish. Not only that in the photo I provided you can clearly tell the red DO NOT MATCH, although I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect she only attempted this one red color and didn’t care it didn’t match. Also did a very bad job scalping the nail it’s bold and bulky I hate it. Although I didn’t like the nail I was charge $5.10 and tipped $2 she stood over my shoulder while I signed the receipt and while handing it back she snatched it out my hand in spoke in her Chinese language. Like what did u want a million $ tip for not matching my nails. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!

This is the only place I go. They are always gentle with my feet. Ive had surgery on one of my feet, and it hurts at times. The employees here have always been wonderful with me.

I went here last weekend, and my hands were feeling so dry due to the weather. All she did was shaping my nails and put the polish immediately and then some lotion... it was disappointing.  I expected to get a real manicure with oil treatment and clipping cuticles

Wont return to this place. First two appts I waited an hr passed my appt time to be serviced. The last time I went in for a full set and she proceeded to RIP OFF my nails causing bruising and peeling of my nail beds instead of taking the time to soak them off.I also asked for more apex because her application is very straight, with little to no apex making them weak and weird looking, she had no idea what I meant when I said apex then asked me why I dont go to a nail place where I live...haha as if I didnt live here. I chuckled and said I live here but you must want to get rid of me. Sooo needless to say, Im bringing my business somewhere else.

Horrible design done on only 2 nails they had to do, it was the most waste of time coming here and overpriced for the style I asked for.

The worse service I have ever gotten and they took out the total amount out of my bank 3 times and only refunded one. Not even a great job and the person who did them cut me on several occasions. So sad I use to love coming here.....

When you get a pedi and they just soak your feet and pretty much put an uneven French manicure on and charge 40 bucks ! um ...I could have done that at home for free

One of the ladies that did my acrylics kept getting feisty and frustrated because the nail dryer she had me using did not turn on & tried to blame it on me.Also after I told her my nails were too long she cut little snips off as if she didn’t want to cut them any shorter.

They do a fabulous job, great customer service, my sister and I come in every two weeks and get our nails done. John and Sam are our two favorite people and we love talking to them. the pedicures are so good and the massages in Scrubs they use are super relaxing. I would suggest to a friend, a mean mother-in-law, or anyone is looking for a good nail fix

Ive been here 4 times and I can say the shaping is perfect color and price is perfect affordable the people there are very kind and talkative. I HIGHLY recommend them but do make a appointment its quicker they do do walk ins also!

Went there at 4:30 was told to come back at 5:30 went to check in was told no come back at 6 . He tried to argue but the two people with me heard him . Wont go back

I like how my nails came out, but I feel like I got price gouged. I got a regular pedi which should have only been $28 they told me since I got gel polish I got charged $45. And told me that due to COVID I had to get gel polish. The same with my nails. My total was $90. And a friend told me that the prices was different last week. I will not be going back.

Kevin is my guy here, he does such a great job! One time I made the mistake of going elsewhere for coffin tips, they didnt do them right... Kevin to the rescue! Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Would rather it be possible to give no stars. I have used this salon many many many times have always had wonderful service until recently. Not only did they disrespect my FEMALE friend by continually calling her a he, even after being corrected MULTIPLE times! They put the blame on me for not getting the services I had asked for by saying I said something entirely different my first full set of gel nails began coming off my nails within 24 hours after getting them. I returned to have then fixed the older woman who originally did them was the one they had redo them. She didnt want to so she took it out on me by taking nail clippers shoving them in between the real nail and fake nail and instead of clipping she just pushed back as hard as she could and broke them off. The new set looks worse than the first set although they are staying on it looks like I have rounded chunky growths on my fingers it does NOT look like a PROFESSIONAL NAIL TECH did them at all!!! I requested my money back they told me they would give me my money back if they could clips the nails off! UMM NO THANK YOU! I JUST SAT THROUGH THAT ONE RIPPING MY NAILS OFF THEY ARE TO SORE TO RIP THEM OFF AGAIN!!! I dunno if Im more disgusted in their discrimination or how professional they are. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! IF YOU WANT BEAUTIFUL NAILS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I would highly recommend this place if youre looking for a place to go that will take you last minute. I came here on a whim and they were able to do my nails quickly. HOWEVER, I got a gel manicure because I wanted it to last for a long time and 5 days later, it is starting to peel off my nails, which is pretty disappointing. Ive never had that happen before, so Im not really sure what they do differently here. Overall, neutral experience.

My meal was fabulous my Catfish was fried to perfection. My husband say his pork chop was the best he has ever eaten.

My first time visiting this place, and I must say I was a little skeptical after my last few times trying somewhere new, but I really enjoyed the experience ! I had a photo of what I wanted and Van made it work ! From colors to shape, she nailed it. the staff was friendly and that is quite rare around here lol I’ll definitely be going back

This is my 2nd visit to this nail shop, a treat for my feet that I have just started. I happened to be inside Meijer & thought Id give it a try the first time...and they did not disappoint! Best hour of relaxation Ive had in forever, and my legs & feet & toes felt and looked amazing. I knew Id be back...the staff is so talented, detail-oriented, thorough, easy to talk to, and super nice...and their prices are great. They are not pushy, dont try to up-sell, and will follow your requests. I had the best pedicure of my life by Kevin, and can not wait to come back next month!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My girlfriend went into get her nails done and they fell off, ripped off, and broke within 12 hours. Her fingernails are torn up and bleeding! We went in to get a refund and they refused!!!! Even called corporate and they wouldnt give me a straight answer. Im getting a hold of the states attorney! This is no way to treat customers.
