Not a detail oriented haircut or experience any time Ive been here, and the fact that this location doesnt participate in the nationalized Sportsclips punch card reward system is frustrating, off-putting and preposterous. Its an insult to the customer paying a premium, theres really no incentive to keep coming back and it appears that theres some issues with the owners and how they take care of their stylists; its an extremely high turn-over rate. If I cant even establish a relationship with a regular person to cut my hair AND theres no reward system on top of climbing prices... yeah, I can easily find somewhere else. No reason not to.

I have Elanya cut my hair every month. She does a great job.. enjoy her conversation. great attitude . and sense of humor. its nice to have someone who knows the way you like your hair done and can do it the way I like it to look every time. Highly recommend this location..

Today I took my 2 year old nephew who is very uncomfortable with getting his haircut to this location. I warned them that he would be very upset and scared and checked to make sure they didn’t mind. They were extremely kind and welcoming. Elayna was his stylist today and she was great with him! He was very upset for the entire duration of his haircut and even other employees offered Disney+ on their phones to try to help console him. I am extremely grateful for everyone’s kindness and patience from Sports Clips! His hair looks great and although he screamed the whole time everyone was extraordinarily kind to us and welcomed us back. Thank you so much guys! Absolutely take your kids here!

Tldr: if you have wavy/curly hair, avoid the purple hair, shaved sides and glasses lady at all costs. She doesnt know how to cut curly hair I guess.So I have been here before and I just want to rate my recent experience. The lady with purple hair for some reason threw her license out the window. She never asked me how I wanted my hair styled other than how much I wanted off. I told her as she was going to start cutting that I liked it blended and and the front pushed to the side. She then didnt ask me if I wanted my hair blended or parted (I like my hair blended) and proceeded to part it. She did the whole cutting routine but for some reason something seemed off, and I dont know if she was new, but she dried my curly/wavy hair as if it was supposed to be straight. She just cut off the inches, never did any texturing, and cut the entire back uneven. It was so bad that my girlfriend WITHOUT a license had to fix it and DID fix it. I know the first time I went to someone else it was one of the best haircuts Ive gotten, but the girl with the purple hair, shaved sides and glasses just didnt know what she was doing.

Horrible I called to see if they where busy and they said if I get here within 10 mins they can do the cut, so I did and ended up waiting over 30mins so I just left

It’s a decent environment to get your haircut, the staff are all friendly and professional, so long as you get someone who isn’t just starting out. My only complaint would be that new staff could use closer mentoring. I’ve been a victim of butchering once or twice, but that comes with the territory I guess. I still love the concept and have found an amazing stylist in Kandyse!

Friendly staff, usually they get the cut my hair right the way I want and I change my style frequently. The stylists always try go above and beyond to get the cut just so. No complaints.

Had very long hair from not cutting it from staying at home from covid and very clostraphobic was wearing a face shield and they where very patient and thoughtful and was able to give me a wonderful MVP haircut.

Theres a reason that Sara usually has the longest wait time. She is very skilled and does an amazing job. Shes very personable. While she is shampooing your hair she massages your scalp and you feel like you are in an expensive salon. I highly recommend waiting for Sara if you go to this location.

I liked their MVP haircut

Had Darian as my stylist, she was wonderful. Very talkative, not a dull moment being in the chair. She made me look 10 times better than I did when I came in (trust me, the wife was happy about that one). The establishment looked clean and very professional. Everyone was wearing their Covid masks and practicing their social distancing. Was able to watch highlights of old college football games while getting a wonderful haircut, relaxing mvp, and a good conversation. I’m a simple man so that’s 5 stars in my book. If I could suggest anything it would be to go in anytime you see Darian B. On the list of stylists, you will very much be more than satisfied.

Fun and entertaining staff. Was very clean and seemed happy to be doing what they do . Products seemed to be of good quality and I actually bought some for the first time in my life.The massage I would’ve paid more to last longer . Felt refreshed when I left to go conquer the bar scene downtown.

Worst system I have ever seen. Received a text that my stylist would be available in less than 10 minutes. My name was listed as on deck along with one other who wasnt in the store. 20 minutes later my name flipped to 31 minutes, and I asked if the system was accurate. The two stylists said no. They then asked my name and the one other customers name (who had been listed at 24 minutes when I was on deck). The stylist told me I would be after him. I told them no thanks and their system is broken. If you are a walk in, do NOT ever waste your time on Sport Clips.

I visited today for the first time and it was by far the best haircut experience I have ever had. Kelly was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job. My hair looks great and I was blown away by all the extras they do! From back, neck, and shoulder massages to steam towels and free trim ups what else could you want! If youre a guy that wants to have a great haircut experience stop by Sport Clips on Neil St.!

Never really had a bad haircut here, and I usually book my appointments online using the app to make sure the stylists I use are working that day.

I stopped in while I was passing through and got my hair cut by Sara. She did a amazing job and was please with the time and attention to detail she put in. If I am ever back in the area I will be stopping in to get my hair cut again by her.

Quality really depends on who cuts here. Four of us got a haircut and was far ranging on the quality from fairly good to had to go get it corrected.

Came in close to closing time and the stylist still did a very good job and didn’t seem to be rushed. Will come again!

I was driving from Mississippi to Georgia, and decided to stop and get a haircut. The stylist was very professional, and polite. The service was quick, and efficient. I have always enjoyed Sports Clips as a treat to myself, with the little extra features that you receive. Great job.

Everything was great except there was a really long wait, it may have been just that once that it was so busy though. The haircut was great though, it was exactly the why I had asked and the haircut itself went pretty quickly. Overall it was pretty good👍

Used to be a nice place to go for a quick walk in appointment, but ever since the company released the book ahead feature, good luck in getting in to get a walk in appointment. And if you do decide to still do a walk-in appointment, then dont expect to be hold in until it is your turn as they stick to the waitlist hardcore even if the next person up isnt there.

This is the only place we go. Our boys love them. One hair stylist even did push up with my 5 year old. The manager let my 1 year play with her phone while she did his hair. I could not ask for better service.

Im writing this review to save you from a terrible haircut. I ended up buzzing my hair because it looked so bad. Maybe I am an outlier but Ive never had a worse experience and so I felt the need to share. For reference I just asked for a 6 on the sides and scissors on top.Here is a list of what went wrong:1. First thing she did when I sat down was put a glob of tee trea moisturizer in my hair without asking, which made my hair sopping wet the entire time.2. She faced me away from the mirror so at no point could I see what she was doing to my hair.3. After cutting my hair she combed the front straight down so that my wet hair looked like 12 even strands of hair going down the front of my head. To which she asked, Does that look good?.4. When she used scissors to cut my hair above my ear, she didnt blend it in at all so there is a visible diagonal line where one side has longer hair than the other.5. She used the clippers way too high so that I barely had any hair left on top of my head.I actually could go on but I think Ill just leave it at that.

From out of state. Never been to sportclips. The girl spent zero time and gave zero effort. Didn’t even attempt to get the cut hair off me. No attempt at conversation. For an 18$ hair cut this is garbage. Will not return.

This was my first visit here. While Hannah was efficient and gave me a decent cut, didnt feel I got the full VIP treatment I paid for.

Took time to understand what I wanted, didnt rush the cut. Liked the final outcome. MVP is overrated. Expensive though.

Though this establishment is clearly marketed with men in mind, I am a female with a short haircut and Ive always had a great experience at SportClips! The stylists keep notes on how theyve cut your hair before, so Ive had consistent results no matter who is working that particular shift. The MVP Treatment (shampoo, steamed towel, and shoulder massage) is always a treat. Their tea tree oil products smell pleasant without having an overwhelmingly masculine or feminine scent. The place is neat and clean. Their services are affordable (with free neck trims in between, if thats something you need). And no one at SportClips tries to talk me out of my haircut. Definitely recommend.

Mercedes gave me a great haircut and helped me decide what I wanted to do. The MVP treatment was super relaxing and since it was my first time I got a coupon for a free haircut for a friend which gets me a free haircut when we use it.

Bad. Did not get haircuts my son and I wanted. Not even close. Had to tell them over and over what we wanted and they cut our hair as tho they cut what they wanted. Or maybe its the only haircut they knew. I will never go back. Massage? Worthless. Hot towel? So. All fluff no talent. I need real barber. Not girls right out of beauty school. Sorry. But true.
