New to the area and glad I was recommended to Andys Barbershop. They did a great job on my hair cut and beard trim. And I havent had many people touch my beard in the last 7 years of having one. But Luke did an excellent job to exactly what I wanted. Id highly recommend them to anyone in this area.

Very happy to have discovered Andys barbershop. Im in town for just a couple months so it was my first time at Andys, and I came in as a walk-in. I was seated right away and described what I was looking for (#1 fade, blended with the top, just long enough on top to comb over). I had Phelps as my barber and he not only provided exactly what I asked for, but he provided the most attention to detail of any barber Ive been to. I also appreciated the extras they provide (e.g. straight-edge on the neck line, hot towel, and just a bit of product to hold the cut in place). Well worth the $20 for a cut. Im now hoping Im in town long enough that I get a chance to return!

Being out of town for work I looked up barber shops in Champaign and Anys was the closest to me. I was able to walk in and get a hair cut with in about 15 minutes.Asked for my cut and a razor shave to clean up my neck. Best hair cut I have had in a long time. If I am in town for work or passing through I stop by for another hair cut.Two thumbs up, check this place out.

Ive been twice; once to give them a try, and again to give them a second chance. Both times (about 6 months apart) I went in with pretty long hair (4-5 inches) and was adamant about keeping it pretty long on top (both times I said to take about an inch off) and taking a little off the sides, merging it. The first time, he buzzed my hair on the sides, then said will that be okay? and my response was no going back now I guess and faded it up nicely, leaving it at about 1 on top. The quality of the cut was not bad, it was just very obviously not what I asked for. Next time, different guy, same story basically. He left it a little longer, but still around 1/3 on the sides, but the quality of the cut was terrible the second time. He like, layered my hair somehow on the sides of my head, also didnt touch my calyx in the back, so that hair was still literally 4 and looked awful. I got it recut the next day (this was about 3 weeks ago). Im a senior at Illinois, and I couldnt possibly recommend this place to students, or really anyone who wants a more modern flow-look to their hair. If you like your hair very short, Im sure it wouldnt be bad. I will definitely be getting my hair cut elsewhere from now on. 2/5 at best in my experience. Service was fine. Atmosphere was ok..lots of hair everywhere though, couldve afforded to sweep more regularly.

Solid old-school barber shop. I’ve been there a few times and I’ve gotten some really good haircuts but I’ve also had a couple times when it felt like the barber wasn’t that focused on doing a great job.

I always walk in and have a different barber and each of them does a great job and they are quick. Waits arent bad either.

Andys is simply the best haircut in Champaign. Its a no frills barber that will give you a shave with a razor as well. They have sports and news on TV, you can grab a beer and also have your shoes shined. Go see Jake Wetzel and make sure you have an appointment.

It doesnt get much better than this place, all these guys can cut hair. Love the straight razor neck shaves. I walk out of here feeling like David Beckham every time I get a hair cut. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

I asked for one thing and got something completely different, basically cut all my hair off and there was nothing I could say but its fine. He also missed a large part of hair in the back that I had to fix myself later. Wouldnt recommend
