I have been going here for a couple of months and while I was initially satisfied with the cost and service, I was also concerned about hygiene. Turns out that concern was dead on, as I now have three nails infected with pseudomonas from the acrylic application. This is partly my fault for not realizing what it was at my last visit, but after one of my nails breaking today and doing some research I realized that the stain on my nail was not a stain from my previous color but actually a bacterial infection. This was incredibly surprising for me as I work in a sterile room with gloves on through my work day. I am upset the nail technician did not stop my application upon seeing the initial infection, and instead decided to cover it with fresh acrylic instead of removing the infected acrylic and letting my nail heal. Also, the tools used on the nail were used on my other nails, spreading the infection. I dont believe most of the tools used on my nails were sanitized either, which means this could have been spread to other clients. I do wish the practice was more sanitary, as I do like the employees and options they had for the price theyd set, but I wont risk my health for nice nails.

They are always so kind and you can’t beat the price for what you get! They have many different polish colors and in many different forms (gel, regular, dip..) Love them!

Unprofessional. Bad fumes. Scolded for saying “full set” vs. “gel.” Didn’t wanted to proceed but just switched from gel to regular manicure with clear polish. Never got the polish. When I asked about it, she said you just got the lotion (massage) so... I was like okay. Then the male manager noticed and asked her if she did the nail polish. Tried to get me back in the chair. I wanted to run. Worst experience ever.

I have been to expensive nail places and cheap nail places...THIS PLACE has done the best quality nail work for the best prices...ever! I have never been dissatisfied here. Oh and I love Elena’s lash job! She is amazing!

My first time visiting with my 4 y/o grand-daughter. It was expensive. Pricing is unclear. I was charged for each individual nail polish color. I am overall satisfied with my product as is my grand-daughter. I am not sure if and when we will return, I want to express my appreciation.Thank You,Donna M. Brown

Split my thumbnail and was worried about splitting, healing, and snagging. Fixed it right off doing whatever they do, topped it off with an acrylic clear in less than 10 minutes for 5 bucks (plus tip) and now its smoother and stronger than ever.

I love US Nails - I’ve been going there for years. Ask for Elena she is extremely talented - a perfectionist! You cannot beat the quality for incredible prices anywhere else.

From out of town and thought I would get my nails done here.. BIG MISTAKE!!!I had to tell the nail tech 4 times my nails were not even nor were they being filed evenly.Was overcharge to have previous nails removed. Two days later one of my nails was lifting and I went back in and asked why was I overcharge to have my nails removed and was given 4 different prices as to why and then all she wanted do was glue my nail and not fix it. Very poor work here.

I love this salon! I’ve been coming here for several months since I moved to the area. I always get great customer service, their prices are clear, & I always walk out happy. Kim is so sweet, & does great work. They accept walk-ins, but they stay busy so it’s best to make an appointment.

I love US Nails! They are so nice and kind. Making an appointment will get you in before others seated. I recommend calling ahead. Overall, they do a great job and are very friendly.

I had been waiting to get my toenails fixed for 5 minutes, when they sat a man who just walked in after Id been sitting and being ignored for minutes. My name was on the sign-in, in front of his name.But he was soaking his feet and reading a magazine before they even spoke to me. Once they said theyd take care of me, they put me in a chair and vanished. She didnt even turn the water on. Late arrival was sitting pretty. Rude!I got up and left. I told the lady by the front who tried to stop me why I was leaving. She said something in a foreign language and laughed.I wont go back to a place that cant serve customers in the order they arrive.Also, it is dirtier than Id expect.

Kim did a wonderful job! She fixed my split toenails from standing on my feet all day at work. Had a great experience! Will come back defiantly!

My daughter and I were in the area and decided to get pedicures. It was the first visit for both of us. We were taken to the back of the salon (past many open stations) and the first thing we noticed was the bowls did not have liners. We decided to go ahead with the service...regrettably. During the foot soak, my daughter noticed a half eaten corn cob on the floor next to her seat and numerous pairs of shoes. The floor around my bowel had shoes..assuming from the workers and trash.I noticed after leaving my polish was streaky and dull. One week later my polish has a chip on the inner part of the nail.The employees were kind and pleasant...

Ive been going here for over 5 years I very rarely go any place other then them and when I do I usually walk out very displeased. All the staff are very friendly and family like it wont take them long to know your name by face and treat you like family as well. Im picky about certain things and thats never been a problem. I would highly recommend US nails for great service, clean environment, and amazing nails :)

What a great job Annan did on my mani pedi ( gel on fingernails)! She took her time, was very detail oriented, and very though on my nails needing much work! I would highly recommend her. My visit to this shop last year when I was in town visiting family was the same experience..... Fabulous.

Its always a hit or miss for me. I went in today and the guy who did mine was nice and all but he used the electric file or whatever it is on my cuticles and it cut me a little bit. Also I have a flimsy nail already and I dont understand why.

There was multiple chips and I had multiple cuts on my hands after they were done with my manicure.

The pedi I got was good, and we were done in about an 30-45 mins which was nice. But the shop was not well maintained, and it was not very clean.
