I made an appointment to have the interior of my vehicle cleaned. We discussed on the phone that I could not be there during business hours but the vehicle could be left outside the gate. I waited 2 weeks for the first available appointment. The morning of the appointment, I got a phone call from them. They could not clean my car because there was dog hair in it and they would have to vacuum it before shampooing it. I didn’t realize I was supposed to vacuum my own car before taking it to someone I was paying to clean it. 🤔 The guy in the phone, Ron, was quite rude. He also told me I could’t pay with a card over the phone, however when I made the appointment they knew I couldn’t be there during their business hours. When I picked up the car they had left it outside their gate, which is what we agreed on. But, it was left unlocked and with two fresh scratches on the passenger side. 👍 C and R Auto Clean gets a 👎 from me. Will never return and will never recommend.
