I don’t know why they have the same place marked on here 2 times, but still the vacuums simply don’t work.

This car wash doesnt even deserve 1 Star!!! It seems every visit I get ripped off.Never going here again.

Just went to the automatic car wash here. It sprayed soap on my car and then the dryers immediately turned on... drying the soap on my car. Owners do not respond when this happens. Lesson learned. I will not use this place again. I suggest spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

Went here for the convenience but it took my money and wouldn’t give it back not to mention how trashy it’s appearance is... should have known better

Tried to wash my truck, put $5.00 in, it showed 8:40 run time, couldnt get anything to run no matter what I set it to. (Soap, rinse, nothing) Tried to call them (8:20pm on a Sunday) but no answer, I left a message with my number, its now 1:33pm Monday, still no call back and still no one will answer the phone. I know where I wont be coming back to. This used to be a good place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Poorest excuse for car wash ever. When I pulled in nothing happened, no pre-wash, and the enter sign never shut off or indicated STOP. Had to drive around and enter it again. The enter/exit lights don’t function appropriately. Paid for a max wash with spot-free rinse; this didn’t happen. The dryer didn’t function either. When I called the number listed, no one answered. Waste of money!

Worst car wash ever. I paid $7 for this. Unacceptable. It doesnt even look like it washed most of it. Ill never be returning.

First credit card swipe says four bucks for eight minutes and I only got seven minutes. No soap came out of the wand. A second credit card swipe was supposed to be one dollar for two minutes and I got only a minute and a half. Don’t go here unless you like throwing away your money. I called the number on the money changer and was sent straight to voicemail.

Its a good place to vacuum your car out.

I just have to say this carwash has really improved!! I love how my car looked after the wash. No spots and the vacuums work great. Thank you for an awesome wash!! If you havent washed your car here you need too!

I understand that sometimes car washes dont work due to a number of reasons, but when your customers call your line of business first off you need to have youre voicemail set-up, also call your customers back, and dont answer and hang up. I was ripped off twice by their cash machines today. If that $5 is more important to you than your customers than so be it! I will never come back and dont bother calling me back!

I work for a construction company and took my company vehicle there to wash it. I have washed it at other locations in town and have NEVER spent over $15 to wash it even at its muddiest. I stopped by this wash today and am not pleased. I used my company card to pay. It took $4 to start and run for 8 minutes. The pressure was poor and choppy, the result of a busted o-ring in the power washer. So after wasting $4 and 8 minutes I switched bays. The second bay had excellent pressure and I thought things were going to pan out. After the second initial $4 charge to start and run 8 minutes, you swipe again for (what is stated on the machine) $1 for an additional 2 minutes. After swiping my card 6 more times for 12 minutes I noticed I wasnt getting a full 2 minutes per swipe as advertised. I was only getting 1 minute and 46 seconds. That sounds like a small amount to worry about but it adds up after several swipes. I wasnt going to leave partially washed so I decided to finish washing there. After $20 the machine wont accept any further payments from a card and I wasnt even close to being finished. So I had to spend an additional $5 of my own money to finish washing the truck. In total it cost $25 at this location to wash a truck I usually get clean in under $15. Ive called the number twice and it keeps going to voicemail for some other number. Poor facility and poor management. I will never do business here again.

Was this place abandoned? This car wash used to be my go to place to get my car cleaned, but the last couple times Ive come here somethings always been broken, then once you spend your money on a broken machine no one is to be found to get your money back, cant even call because no one picks up.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

On January 8th I went to this car wash which was a total waste of my time and money. Even though I paid for under carriage wash - there was none. Next, the presoak/soap function - nothing. No soak and more importantly NO SOAP. The arm did go around my car twice but nothing came out. Finally water sprayed my car. When the light came on to depart the air blowing drying function did not work. I pulled around to tell the young man that was working but he was no where to be found. So now my car is still visibly very dirty and wet. I will never return to this car wash. I would encourage anyone reading this to avoid this place.

I would always go to get my car clean but lately none of the machines work properly. I paid for the car wash and the door wouldnt open. I called serveral times for help and no one answered. Waste of time and money.

Pay $9 to get the top of my car washed rest of my car still nasty!they dont have no way to contact them and they dont answer the phone and no voicemail. Waste of time and money!!!

Clean place plenty of vacuums 4 wash bays I belive as well prices are fair

Credit card machine never works when you need it to. Never anybody around to help, phone number to call for help never gets answered.

The wands need to have more pressure and on the day I was there, the vacuums only ran for maybe 3 minutes on the $.75 it takes to use them.

The wash knob was extremely hard to turn. Took two hands to turn the knob. When it was pointed at rinse, the wax instead came out. Drove over broken glass in the bay and didnt notice until it was time to back out. Will not return.

The equipment never works. Different times there has been no soap. Today the card readers did not work and then I tried quarters and it would not take my money. It is almost like they dont want my money or business. I am going to go elsewhere for now on.

I have called manager but cant leave a messageThe machine took $20 and did not give me my xhange. Im soo mad and frastruated.

I have been going to this place for more than three years and the machines do not work a lot of the time. I am frustrated right now because I put $9.00 in the automatic car wash and it did not even run. I called them to get reimbursed and no one answered.

Getting very rundown. Nothing seems to be working correctly.

I put 10$ into the automatic car wash and it never started, went to the office and no one was even there. Another time went to vacuum and put my money in and vacuum wasn’t suctioning. Then went to the manual wash and put money in and the sprayer wasn’t working. Don’t go here everything sucks.

Terrible!! Used the automatic wash bay and the machine hit my truck as it washed the side. Owner says hes not responsible for damages. Refunded money.
