My first time here. Recommended to me by my car dealer. I was here on a Wednesday around 10 am, It was busy, and understaffed. They got me in and out quickly but it showed. I got the primo special for 18.95 with the online discount. Windows were streaky, the interior was not wiped down very well, lots of places missed or skipped over. It didnt look like the door jambs were wiped down at all. The outside looked good and they did a decent job on the wheels. I was disappointed but didnt have time to have them run it through again.

For about 20 bucks with a coupon, they quickly and efficiently clean your car inside and out. For those of us who pretty much live in our cars, its amazing how quickly things accumulate and how badly an interior cleaning becomes necessary. I have never had a bad experience here and I do continue to strongly recommend this to anyone who wants a good value on getting their car cleaned properly, especially those of us who are constantly on the go.

This place HANDS DOWN has the best customer service. I called before they opened and then came in and the manager knew exactly who I was. I was so pleased, I returned 2 weeks later and he remembered exactly what wash package I wanted. Ill only be bringing my car here from now on!I would only trust them with my new SUV.

Did not wipe down interior doors or cup holders. Leather seats also look like they weren’t wiped down. Didn’t vacuum between the seats or underneath. Decent job on the exterior. Very cheap but not worth the $20.

Excellent! I’m always well pleased with the results.Hard working crew. $20 car wash looks like $50 when they’re finished. This is THE only car wash service I use.

The owner is really nice but there is some young guy working today and was not customer service friendly at ALL! The place closes at 5:30, I RUSHED from other side of town arriving at 4:22 and was told they would not take me. If it closes earlier then they need to update their time

Ive used Johnny Boys for a long time but have to say todays Primo service was a waste of time and money. I had to redo everything on the interior when I got home. It was almost like they just blew the dust around. Ill give them another chance to redeem themselves since it appears theyre having hiring issues like everyone else. The tire polish was also terrible.

Cheap prices for a quick job. Definitely cleaned the mess out of my car. Pun intended. It was not perfect but if you want a quick and decent clean with car wash this is the place to go

Worst cleaning...lot of visibl dust even after cleaning. I have showed same to person who is cleaning still they didnt clean car. waste of $20. Guys visit Wright wash far far better service than this, people are very friendly. Do not waste money

Only car wash of this type in town. They did my floor mats, dash, inside and outside window wipe down and dry, door jams and hatch back. Having a black car is hard to keep clean, always seems to have a road film even after a premium car wash at the automatic car washes, and it it tonight to do even when I try and do it myself. Well worth the money, and it saved me an hour of work, taking about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

They did a great job cleaning up my van, it was super clean inside and out! This business has been there with one owner or another for as many years as Ive known and lived in this neighborhood. Ive moved out of there since then but when Im in town and want my vehicle cleaned well, I stop there. Theyve done a nice job of keeping equipment updated while keeping costs down.

Best car wash in cedar Rapids. Went there and ask for full car detail. The owner told ma he will obtain the same result if I go see him more often for less money. Thank you for his honesty. They also have great birthday cards. The ladies at the desk is the most friendly person you want to see when you have a bad day.

Paid for the Primo wash and my back seat carpet wasnt vacuumed, my dashboard and doors werent cleaned, the backseat cupholders and side panels werent cleaned, I watched them dry it off a do the windows and they didnt open the back hatch and do the wind or the windows in the inside in the back. Not usually like that.

Im a regular here, its the best car wash in town. I drive a Chevy Avalanche - this is the only car wash that has ever taken the time to dry the back window, which is not easy if you are familiar with an Avalanche. Many times the owner (John) will be there, despite all the other businesses he owns. Youll be treated like family here. Highly recommended.

I wanted to use this service based on all the other good reviews! I called about scheduling but got rushed off of the phone when the first timeframe I asked about wasnt possible. I dont know much these services or how long they possibly take. No reason to chase away a potential new customer before they even walk in the door.

I try to go here once every two weeks. Keep your penny saver for a coupon. They are fairly quick, depending on time and day. If you want a very specialized detail, call and made an apt.

The do have an affordable price and do acceptable work. Would be nice if they were more detaioed as sometimes they miss the dash or the bottom of the body molding.

Had just the wash,windows and wipe down council,dash done and when I get in my car to leave i have something wet dripping off my dash and front windshield hadnt been cleaned. Would rather pay a little more some where else and have a better job done. Wasnt a happy customer.

I would have given them five stars on the quality of the wash. I got home missing a floor mat and was basically told that they would never not put a floor mat back in a car. So basically I get to replace my floor mats as a result of one car wash. Not a happy customer.

Sorry, but I didnt like their service at all. I opted for Primo was but the interiors were not clean and vaccum was incomplete.

Called to inquire about services and the woman who answered the phone told me to just drive up for those services, then she began talking to someone else in the background. I started to ask another questions and she states, Okay hun, bye bye. I called back to ask why she hung up on me and she laughed as she said, Oh no, I didnt hang up, Im just really busy. Just come in for that package. I told her I would not be coming in as she was very rude. She said, Okay. I guess they are busy enough that customer service doesnt matter to them.
