His whole business is incredibly professional and has the perks of being totally personable.My car had seen plenty of abuse and neglect on the interior from spilled drinks, leaky trash bags, and snowy winters with passengers kicking their muddy shoes inside.The results were outstanding, feels and looks like new. Brad did a very thorough and professional job eliminating a persistent and obnoxious odor inside our otherwise clean minivan. He employed a number of techniques and products to remove what was likely the smell of a dead rodent. Based on our experience we will very likely use his detailing services again.

The cost of the service was a small amount more than I anticipated, but Brad Wilhelm did a really great job on the vehicle. It smelled of cigarette smoke to begin with and it was COMPLETELY gone when Brad finished with it. Brad did everything he promised, on time, extremely professional, and very well. Car looks brand new after it was detailed both inside and out--was also disinfected with UV light. Fantastic job!

I looked at reviews and all seemed good. Waited about 5 weeks. Got it there and dropped it off. All good. Said he would have it the better part of the day which he did. He did a great job correcting the exterior where I spoke with him about some trouble areas.The issue was the interior. Claims he shampooed it, the seats were still dirty, the carpet and doors were still dirty. I pointed out my concerns and he kept saying that he had did all of it. Even brought cleaner out and addressed a few concerns and they went away, so that shows it was done improperly to begin with. I wasnt standing there and waiting any longer I had a previous engagement.I got home did a once over on justvthe drivers door with some interior cleaning wipes. The things came out quite dirty. Messaged him the pictures. He did offer to do it again(why would I want another subpar cleaning) Sent him a few more pictures and he offered a partial refund. I declined. It really isnt about the money. I just wanted a good job. He originally told me $400 and it didnt bother me. He said $300 and then wanted to refund $100 after I was already home. I wont be back. I am amazed at how great Brad did with our Equinox. First, it was nice that he is the one in charge of EVERYTHING, so there’s no middle man and you know exactly who is doing your car. Second, our car was HORRENDOUS. To the point where I had scheduled and canceled so many appointment with other detailers because I was so embarrassed to have anyone else see it. Brad made our car look new; I felt like I had just gotten a new car when we got it back because it was SO clean. Way beyond my expectations, and he really is just a super nice, hardworking dude! I would give him 10 stars if I could, I can’t tell you how great this guy is!

Super nice guy. Was able to get me in extremely quick. Had an aquarium spill in my car and I was worried about the foam pad under the carpet getting wet and moldy. Brad went above and beyond in detailing my car. I got my car as a salvage; I know it hasnt been cleaned in at least a year. It was disgusting: dirt and grime, stains, and dog hair were just a few issues. Quotes on interior detailing from other places were over twice as much of what I paid Brad when he was done. Honestly, Ive never owned a car that has been as clean as Brad made mine today. He was completely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and entirely honest. I absolutely will be going back to him when I need to and will certainly be referring others to him. It had been given only the basic of cleanings or interior/exterior maintenance while enduring multiple soccer seasons with many miles of travel, trips to the dog park, being housed predominately outdoors, possessing a mysterious (see the pre-teen boy and dog comment) odor, and was loosing its shine. Brad did a full interior detailing of our vehicle. Our pet rides in our car and lets just say you could tell we had a pet beforehand but not after!
