We’ve been doing our taxes here for years! You must get your paperwork in early and be patient. We’ve never had any issues.Kristy was able to review my previous tax returns and redo them! We got some missed money back. They’ve always gotten our stuff done on time and are so sweet.

My parents been going to Maryjo for years and its all been great up until this year. Her staff accountant Kristy has been the absolute WORSE!!!! She made them miss the deadline for submitting the paperwork, NEVER EVER replies and has hung up on us multiple times. She admitted that all the emails sent to her get pushed back and ignored that come from us. Maryjo has been on leave all year and Kristy has been ruining everything. If you want to potentially miss deadlines, get no updates and be hung up on, this is your gal!!

My taxes became more complicated, so instead of turbo tax, I decided to give rbce a try after reading many positive reviews in a Facebook group. Both years the cost they charged to do my taxes has been very good, and the taxes seem to have been filed correctly and on time.

RBCEs customer service is extremely poor. They had our returns for 4 weeks, promised dates they couldnt keep and never bothered to give updates until i called. Highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. We took our business elsewhere.
