I chose this location based on the high 5 star reviews, and I want to agree with all the recommendations and comments that others have posted here because I experienced their service myself, this tax year 2021.What a pleasant feeling being greeted so warmly and welcomed in by both Kathleen and Lorie . I answered a few questions and dropped off my info due to COVID guidelines, and scheduled and rescheduled my appointments a few times, and yet they were so very accommodating to me.But I have to say that it was Kathleen Wynn who left a great impression on me. What a lovely lady!!! Her friendliness and courteous service was the highlight of my experience when she prepared and finalized my taxes. My taxes weren’t complicated or anything but her professionalism and so sweet attitude will certainly leave you with a good feeling and you will know you came to the right place for excellent tax service!Thank you Kathleen!! This location has a very modern and appealing look. But the best thing is the caliber of tax preparers. Lorrie, who is the manager of that location, has a vast knowledge of tax law, a bubbly personality and a willingness to spend all the time necessary to ensure that you understand your tax return. She is a fantastic mentor to other tax preparers and her staff is similarly knowledgeable and committed to the best possible tax preparation experience. Highly recommended.

Best service! Lorrie at Jackson Hewitt is fantastic! This was my first year with JH, after years of trying other tax firms and never being happy. They beat everyone elses prices, they were super responsive (I got an appointment within days, not 6 weeks like my last person!) and they were so incredibly professional and helpful! Ive been looking for a tax pro that will take a consultative approach with me, teaching and guiding me, answering my questions, taking time to walk through details with me... and Lorrie at Jackson Hewitt is the first one to be willing to do that. And she was amazing! I learned more from her in one hour than in all my previous years with other tax folks. She explained the details of how depreciation works, taught me how my social security tax is calculated as a self employed person, and guided me through more effectively calculating my quarterly tax payments. We love love LOVE Lorrie! Shes very thorough and explains all the important things that youre signing where you can understand and in simple terms. Shes efficient and quick, yet never makes you feel rushed. Weve used other preparers there, but none were as good as Lorrie!

Super clean and safe for Covid. I felt very secure as everyone had masks, hand sanitizer on every desk. Alan cleaned and sanitized his desk before seeing us. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and it was a well thought out environment. Lorie was referred to me by my bfs mother who said she was awesome and she is correct. Lorie was extremely patient with me in answering all of my questions as she explained everything perfectly making sure i was aware of the choices i had and that i made the right one for me, what i wanted to do rather. I began using Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in1999. I have had excellent service and become friends with the people of the Cedar Park branch. About 8 or 9 years ago, we had an issue with the IRS. In less than one month’s time, the professionals at JH cleared everything up.In 2018 I became a Tax Preparer for JH and worked with them for that tax year. I finally decided to retire in early 2020. By the end of September I was ready to do something more than honey do’s. I begin working as a Tax Preparer, again in January 2021. I couldn’t be more pleased, than to work with the pros at JH, AGAIN.
