This place has such good prices and friendly workers. Pham also did such a good job on my difficult nail art and had a reasonable price. Definitely will be coming there more often, thanks!!

My wife had an appointment with Kim today and she was told Kim went home early because business was slow. Her appointment was at 5pm. And my wife was told she was not even on the schedule. Worst professionalism. Lost a customer for good.

Sloppy and when you have 4 toes bleeding and 2 fingers, then you go home to get your nail file to correct the rough edges plus the prices were almost doubled from 6 weeks ago

I went in the day after Christmas to get my nails done. I normally get SNS in the American manicure colors, which are a super light pink nail bed,and a white tip thats more translucent than the super white French tip. After the second dip with the tip color, I realized that my nail ends were WHITE WHITE. NOT at ALL what I wanted. My nails look plastic and gross. Ill never go back to Regal :(

I have been going here for the past 4 years faithfully, & Amy is the BEST!! She is truly amazing & always makes my nails look so beautiful!! She is extremely talented!!! She always treats me as if I am her family, super nice, never impatient, & any picture you show her of any type of nails you want she can do!! AMY IS THE BEST!!!

I am so UNHAPPY with this experience. I took my daughter (and her friend) for nails before Prom. We had an appointment at 6:00 for three manis and 1 pedi. It was 30-40 minutes before they started 2 manis and much longer before they started the pedi. They waited until the pedi was finished to start the last third mani. Because they were so late they put something on my daughter nails to make them dry fast and rushed us out the door because they closed at 7:30. As we were leaving the salon my daughter showed me her nails and they were not smooth but it was not horrible. On the way home her polish started bubbling up. We went back to the salon and they had closed. My nails had polish all around my nail on 4 fingers. After paying well over $100.00 we had to go home and repaint my daughters fingers (they did a good job on her toes) and I had to clean up my nails. So to summarize, one mani and the pedi were acceptable, my nails were messy but I accepted them, my daughters nail were horrible. I have to wonder what was put on my daughters nails to cause such a reaction. They just lost three customers!!

On May 25 I got eye lashes put on because my daughter got married on May 26th the eye lashes fell off while I was sleeping. Needless to say I didn’t have eye lashes for the wedding. I called Regal Nails that day and they told me we do. I went back in to get my eye lashes done and I was told the person that does eye lashes doesn’t work on Sundays, so I can’t get them replaced today, I told them I’m going to be out of town for two weeks. When I got back I called the store to say that wedding an Graduations are over, I do not need eyelashes I just want to get my nails done, for exchange of getting eye lashes again and they said we do. I went into and told them that I want my nails done and eyebrows done and I have a credit of $35.00 for eye lashes. When it was time to pay they told me that will be $50.00 and I said minus $35.00 which will be $15.00 and she argued with me saying I didn’t let anyone know when I came in today. I told I’ve got $20.00. She truly thought I was going to give her a credit card. Wrong answer $20.00 cash. They truly do not know what they’re doing!!

Kim rocks with nails. Also her brother in law there is amazing with free hand nail art and does a great job on nails too. I been many place they are amazing. Highly recommended.

I tried this place years ago and got a terrible manicure. They cut my cuticles too deep and then over layered the nail polish. It chipped in hours. I decided to try them once more today for waxing. It was awful. They cooled the wax to the point it hurt going on, didnt do a good job on the waxing and I had to clean it up myself when I got home, they were very obviously talking about my fiancée and I in their native language which was insulting, they misled us on prices, and were insulting for the sake of trying to up sale. It was also dirty and seemed unsanitary. I will not be back. If you want great service and good prices go to Great Nails down the street. They are amazing.

Nails were too thin, broke in 3 days.

I got a set of nails done with no waiting, I was a walk in, and the person that did my nails seemed very new. I told her what I wanted and she did it to an extent. Lets just say that if you want amazing professional nails this is not the place to go. The nails were lumpy they were not smooth like they should be and they were crooked. I will not be going to them again to get my nails done, but I will say that their pedicures are amazing and they really know what they are doing when it comes to that!!Looking for a great pedi for cheap def go there!

Will never come here again had an appointment and still had to wait. Whats the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait just for them to mess up on your nails

I came here because I needed to get my SNS nails removed. One lady kept arguing with the lady doing my nails. She kept stopping to argue. The place was dirty and the nail tech kept not listening to what I wanted. The entire experience was very uncomfortable.

Ya I got acrylics here and 3 days late two broke off and I called the salon to make sure I could come now and then they said come back in 40 so I did and now their still making me wait like this place is horribly ran I will never come back, go to lakeline nail and spa they give u back massages while doing ur nails and treat you soooo much better this is the worst service I just cant believe itAfter waiting I was told I had to pay $10 to get them fixed so I just left. Never going back!!
