Second visit: bad experience. Lady was in a hurry as if someone is chasing her. She messed it up and again took color off reapplied color and yet it was bad. My cuticles have color. It was wonderful the young woman who did my nails and pedicure was very nice and quiet. Im not a big talker so that is good for me. She did such a great job. The entire experience was awesome. I will be back for Sure in about two weeks.

My pedicure was great. The salon seemed clean however, mid pedicure I witnessed a man clean a chair. He smacked it a couple of times with a towel. Then, folded the towel and added it back to the bunch of clean towels for hands.He saw me scoff and he shrugged and proceeded to sit a woman in the chair. Not sure how clean this salon is. If this happened before I had a pedicure, I would have left. Will not be coming back.

Tracy was great with the manicure I received from her. She had to juggle lots of things like appointments and walk ins but she is very efficient. I wish she could have spoken a little louder as her voice is very soft.

Called to book and appointment for acrylic nails. Came in, showed them what I wanted and again states acrylic nails. They gave me dipped nails instead lol. Spent 60$ on nails that I didnt even want, but it wouldve been fine, but literally within 4 days of getting them done 3 have fallen off already... now I have to spend another 50$ to get them redone some where else...

I havent gone to a nail salon in a long time. I came in and it was immediately welcoming and with great customer service. They are very meticulous about their work and take the time to do it right. Best nail work Ive ever gotten. My nail lady was Kim and I tried dip powdered nails. Definitely try this place out. The prices are fair and services and environment are great. You will find cheaper salons but its worth the extra money for a better overall experience.

I went in here after having a bad experience with another nail shop in cedar park and they treated me so nice. I was so pleased with the out come. My nails are just like it should I say better than the picture I showed them. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area. Thank you!!! So much!!!

Worst experience ever. Pedi was fine but when it came time for my mani, they were getting busier so my tech rushed. She attacked my cuticles without even using a cream, all my nails were cut to different lengths and shaped differently. She cut my cuticles making 2 of them bleed and then sprayed alcohol directly into them. No engagement, cold and distant, borderline rude. Ill never be back!!!!!

I have been here several times and keep wanting to like this place but Im done spending my money here unfortunately.There is always a 45 minute minimum wait anytime I have done a walk-in.So I made an appointment for my daughter and I and felt like such an inconvenience - like they fit me in, but didnt really want to do it. This is the second time Ive been that its felt that way. Everyone seems stretched too thin. They only allowed a 30 min timeframe for SNS nails when they always take at least 45 min in my experience. The lady working on my nails just abandoned me halfway through because she was late for another appointment.Another girl took over and I was left with the SNS finish all over the skin around my nails and my nails were glued to my fingers. I had to ask her to fix them, but they were going to let me leave with them like that, had I not asked.Also, my daughter got green SNS polish and she has a green stain all around her cuticles from it.They dont do any cuticle work before they do the nails or after (aside from using the dremel-like tool), and all of my cuticles are peeling/are shaggy.Overall, the jobs feel extremely rushed and I feel it was overpriced for what I got. Theres a nail salon right down the street that does a pristine job for less.I tried, sorry Paradise - I wanted to like you!

This was my first time at a nail salon and I really enjoyed it. I got a Mani-Pedi and felt really relaxed when they were done. The only issue I had was in the cuticle care, a couple of my fingers are still soar after 24hrs. I loved the time and care they took to get my nail art done. I hadnt though moon phases to be difficult but the staff was very understanding of what I wanted and listened to my explanation. Im definitely coming back!!

Awful experience. I went in with a friend at 230pm on Friday. She wanted a pedicure, I asked if I could just get a foot massage. They said they could do foot massages and told us to wash our hands. As we were washing our hands, they told us they had an appointment at 3pm and didnt have time. We called another salon and as I was backing out the lady stopped us and told is to come back that the appointment was actually at 330pm. I called my friend and told her to turn around again. We went in and I got a foot massage but the guy that was doing it uses barely any pressure. Felt like a fly on my leg. Whatever, I was really only there to sit with my friend. I had gotten a pedicure just the week before. When he tried taking me polish off, I told him no, I just want the massage part. They charged me $30 for the full pedicure. I told them I didnt get a full pedicure. They said he trimmed my cuticles? What? There wasnt even anything there to trim. They continued to argue with me and my friend even though I was clear I only wanted the massage. It was very unprofessional. I asked how much just a polish change was. She said $12. I said I didnt get any polish nor did they remove any polish. I was done 30 minutes before my friend. They should at least take off $12 for the polish change that I didnt get. Nope. Wont be going back. Trying to steal peoples money is not something Im ok with.

I’ve been getting acrylic and solar nails for 30 yrs. Lost my long term nail tech so had to find a new place. Best nail job ever! So impressed with Tracey. I will be coming back. Not to mention excellent safety protocol in place.

Having just moved to Austin, 2 of the hardest things women have to do once they move to a new city are: 1 find a hairdresser youll let near your hair and 2 find a nail salon you can trust. This place was reccomended by a coworker after I had complimented her on how nice her manicure looked. They are very professional, clean and well priced. I always see them open their nail tools from a clean sterile package and use new nail files and callus removers on my feet. The ambiance is nice and relaxing, they play good music and have the comfy, reclining massage chairs to sit in for your pedicure. They also offer you complimentary drinks. I always get the SNS manicure done and their standard pedicure and I always walk out feeling good. My SNS manicure has lasted up to 4 weeks without chipping and I have felt that it has made my nails stronger unlike traditional gel manicures. I live in South Austin, but I make the trip over to Cedar park, about a 25 minute drive just to get my nails done here. Im so happy to have found my go to nail salon.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to! They are very consistent with great nails and fun people to be around. They remember me by name and Im never disappointed. Tracy is my fave, but Ive had my nails done by others who have all done a wonderful job.

I found my new nail spot! This salon is extremely clean and they have a plethora of polishes to choose from. The staff is very welcoming as soon as you enter and actually greet you, unlike typical nail salons. The chairs are very comfy and they take their time working on your nails. Parking is fairly easy if you come during the week and there are a number of lines right outside. Pricing is kinda$$$, but I would rather spend more for aclean and enjoyable visit.

My husband and I both got pedicures here today. We are both very pleased with our experience. I don’t like a lot of leg rubbing... so i got the classic and it was perfect. My husband likes it all, so he got the deluxe and is very happy with the attention to detail.

I enjoy going to Paradise Nails. I go to Cherry, she is so sweet and does a GREAT job on my nails, Ill be back again.

Ive been looking for a new nail salon to visit regularly and I found Studio Nails & Spa. Perfect customer service!I have made an appointment before as well, very quickly! I have never been unhappy with the quality of work. Its good staffs! My regular pedicure last the longest of any Ive ever had.I ADORE this nail salon. More 10 stars for Studio Nails & Spa.

Been going for a while now and very happy with the cleanliness! I appreciate the use disposable liners for pedicures! Also, when you sit for a pedicure you are given a menu to see what you would like. Dip nails are great also with over 100 choices! I would definitely recommend!

They always have the best color to choose from and my nails last more than 2 weeks. Polite staff. Reasonable prices! Clean atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon.

We just moved to the area and I received an ad in the mail, so I decided to try this place out. I have gotten the powder, dip nails for years, and they do SNS so with my wedding in a few days I came here. The woman who started with me removed my old manicure. I talked to her thoroughly explaining my wedding was coming up and I wanted the French dip manicure. I explained how long I liked them and what length. Some of my nails were broken (from a previous terrible manicure) so she put tips on those. She cut and filed them all. They were all completely different lengths. She filed them at an angle for some reason so some of them were narrow at the tip, while others were square like I requested. I pointed this out to her, and she got very frustrated and had to soak the tips back off and redo it. She again filed them at an angle...all lengths were uneven. I kept asking to do square with round corners. She kept squaring them off to a 90 degree angle. She then had the manager come finish the powder part saying they would reshape them after the powder was on because my nails “are too thin” to continue to file them. The manager begins working on them and after 3 times of telling her rounded corners they were still very sharp, 90 degree angles. They were still uneven lengths. It was so exhausting continuing to tell her they were uneven, and I like the corners more rounded, I walked out of there paying for a $45 dip full set and they were not at all what I wanted. She also randomly took a picture of my hands without asking. All in all, my nails were the wrong shape, different lengths, and have a huge line in the middle, making them look like they’re grown out because she made the first layer of powder half way down my nails way too thick. Poor customer service, and incredibly expensive, and not good results. I will not be coming here.Oh, and they advertise a free cocktail while you get your nails done...I was there almost 2 hours (with no wait) and only got offered a drink when they noticed I was displeased.

Favorite and best place in the area. Whenever I go somewherecelse( only if someone else is paying) I always have to come here to get it fixed. Cheaper and better to just come here in the first place.

The staff was SO nice and even gave us a discount just because there was a little bit of a wait. I will definitely become a regular customer after my amazingly relaxing experience. After a tough few weeks of going through waves of the government shutdown I forced myself to get and do something for myself...I decided to give this place a chance since its super close by to my house...I get there at 4pm and from the moment I walked in the 1st tech on the left handside made me feel like I was an inconvenience...She had such a bad attitude so unfriendly...I went on to choose my color for my pedicure and walked to the back...The gentlemen who did my pedicure was really but sort of felt like he was rushing...The same lady with a bad attitude comes up to me and asks if I was going to get my nails done (again with an attitude) and I said yes and I told her I was getting solar which made her more upset..She walks away upset and says something in a different language...Another lady ended up helping me out but started on my nails while I was trying to relax and enjoy my pedicure ..Honestly it got to the point that I felt so rushed that I wanted to just cancel my nails...It a really nice place and its great because of the location but not sure that I will be going back... P.S I was really hoping to get offered some wine but that didnt happen either....Work on your customer service guys! Especially the lady with the bad attitude youre to pretty to act so ugly towards people!!!

I got a pedicure and a full set of ballerina-shaped acrylic nails. They gave me exactly what I asked for and were very nice! I was very pleased.

My best friend loves this place but the last two times we’ve gone, two of the gentlemen nail techs were clearly talking mad trash about our other friend that we had with us while she was getting a pedicure. They did this BOTH times. Other than that, they are really good at gel nails and SNS. I enjoyed my pedicures both times and had good techs from what I understood.

I went in for a pedi. First time in, they did a great job cleaning up my feet. However the paint job started to chip the next day. The manicure was not the greatest. My cuticles are not trimmed back enough. Other than that, theyre a clean and friendly facility with many colors to choose from.

This place was fantastic. The man who completed my pedicure was great. He really took his time. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I can not tell you how much I appreciate that! He also didn’t judge me for clearly not having shaved my legs in the last 2 months. LolThe employees were all very friendly. They were quiet and didnt bother with a huge long or drawn out conversation and being 38 weeks pregnant, I definitely didn’t mind someone not asking a million questions about when I’m due or what I’m having. They let me relax peacefully.The salon is very clean and so were their tools.They have a huge selection of colors and their pricing is just right. My feet feel and look great. I’m so grateful I have this place a chance. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

This is my new go to salon! All of their employees are capable of incredible work and are super nice. I’ve gone with an appointment and without and was treated wonderfully both times. They work with you to get what you want even if it takes some trial and error. Will definitely be returning

DONT GO HERE, WORST PLACE EVER. The worst place ever. I got my eye browns done and they were not dark enough OR thick enough. I called 2 days after and was told that they were just fading and would come back. They are still faded. 4/20 was my day for my touch up. Tim called me 10minutes after my appointment to tell me that I had an appointment scheduled for today and that it would be $25 rescheduling fee. He said that he gave me a card. Which he did not bc he did not have any cards at the time. They do not give appointments reminders even though the follow up is 6 weeks later.

Although this place looks nice the quality of work is terrible and over priced for what you get. I got a pedicure with gel polish so it would last. The gel chipped off my toe the next day. Ive never had gel polish chip before. I also had to have a broken nail replaced. They put a tip and barely put any acrylic over it. It feels just like the tip is on there and its not very strong. I was apart of a wedding party, so there was a group of us. None of us were happy. The bride left there upset and with nails that looked like shark teeth. We had to have them fixed elsewhere. If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. I do not recommend this place.

If I could give this place no stars I would! First time I went they were good because they just opened and wanted to make people come back. Every time I went back the service got worse and worse yet the prices got higher. They dont know their own prices and you will sit at the front while they talk it over. They charge extra for every little thing. I dont mind paying extra if the job is done well. But not even a week after my nails are breaking. They are very pushy and always want to sell you on the more expensive services. When you say no then they do a hack job to try and get you out. Gave them one last shot because their location is good for me. Wish I didnt! They sensed I was unhappy with the job so when I went to pay i sat there for 10 minutes while 3 of them talked it over in their language about the price. The price was 76 for a basic pedicure and basic nail tips! I will never go back and I advise anyone reading this not to bother. Although its new,its going to be a huge disappointment.

Im a very tough customer; a nightmare for any nail tech. I am very picky and know what I like; nails have very very clean french tip lines and Im very happy. They all are uniform and again Im HAPPY!

I have gone to rhis nail salon three times and had three very negative experiences. First time I was there at opening for pedi mani. I was doing a trial run on my mani before my wedding. I wanted an umbre. I had my pedi and left waiting for my mani. Finally in the chair and almost done I had a solid color not an umbre I asked about it and two workers started an argument. I said it was fine and left with the soil color, FOUR HOURS from my arrival time. Thinking it was an off day. I schedule to have my nails done for the wedding. I was called at 7:30 am and told they were not going to open and cancled my appointment without an explainatiion. I attempted a third visit as a walk in asked for mani. Was told it would be 30 mins wait. I agreed then when called back I told the girl I wanted the powder dip. And again two workers had a conversation across the room at which time I was told it would be a longer wait. After I already waited the half hour. Three strikes. I wont be back!

I had a pedicure and manicure. The nail tech seemed very uninterested in being there,she did a terrible job on my pedicure she didnt even do half of the pedicure or cut the cuticles very disappointing will never go back.

I went in for a pedicure. There are 3 girls in particular that cut the nail when it is ingrown. I explained that I still felt pain when I literally put shoes on. Ill set up an appointment instead of a walk in visit.
