The lady who did my nails was nice. She was a bit impatient and rushed the job. They looked good for about a week then they started looking worn and lifting on the sides. Im having a hard time finding a good nail salon!

I went here about a month ago with a friend and we both had different experiences. i really liked my nails, but my friend had a piece of hair in hers, they weren’t all the same length, and she asked for acrylics and got sns. so it really depends on the person.

I went here a few weeks ago. I just moved to Austin from Houston and was very upset with the service. When I walked in I was greeted very nicely. As I was getting my nails done the man that was doing them was VERY rude and rough. I also know Vietnamese and 3 lady’s that were just waiting on more customers were just staring & talking about me and my looks and also my weight. I was very upset and extremely uncomfortable. I will never step foot back into this place. I wish I got his name but never did. He was younger male and I believe he was new due to multiple people coming by checking his work.

I used to go here when Lynn worked here. Out of the blue I was told she didn’t work there anymore. I still tried to give it a shot so I went to Kim who did a really good job. The visit after however…. It was such a low quality nail job. Tyler did not put a top coat on the gel and barely applied any acrylic. The very next day 4 nails broke and chipped. They fixed them later after I called the manager however that job too really wasn’t that good. I had 2 more nail brake after it was fixed. Tyler’s attitude was particularly sarcastic and negative about it. This place used to be really good but with the new staffing and low quality of the work I got from Tyler imparticular… I would never go here again. Stay away if you can.

All I have to say is, this is the best correction (I had my nails done at another salon) and acrylic manicure I have EVER had. Vickie is an absolute pro and asked questions on how I wanted my nails that I didn’t even know were possible. The best in town and I am so excited to see Vickie and the others again. Thank you guys and thank you for taking me in on such short notice and making my nails look AMAZING!

Always taken right away, great service and consistent skills.

I have extreme allergies that make it difficult to breathe and mask wearing makes it worse.I walked in for SNS nails and pedicure without mask on with no objections.They removed all the SNS product and said they wouldn’t finish until I put a mask on. That requirement should have been disclosed at the beginning before they started doing my nails. They charged me $90 for very a subpar job. Very unprofessional and manipulative.

Ben and Rosy did a great job with my nails and toes. As a full time working Mom with two kids time is very important to me. Ben and Rosy worked very fast and accurate and I love results. Salon is clean and they have all COVID preventive stuff there. I highly recommended them to everyone.

I loved going here. One day I did not get who I requested and she insisted that I switch from gel nails, which have ALWAYS worked great on me, to SNS which I have NEVER liked because it does not last like the gel nails. I know it takes 3x as long but I don’t mind paying for them and I always tip 20%. Long story short, 1 1/2 later my nails look terrible! One cracked, one broken very low and they have all yellowed probably due to all of the hand sanitizer. I will have to go to a new place and get what I request and pay for which is gel nails!

I have been going there for the past few years. I was there in kate Spring 2020 just before the mandatory COVID 19 Closure. I have always received good service and the Pedicures were superb.However I finally went back today and very disappointed. The Manicure was ok. However, my heels were not completely taken care of. They were still rough, plain to see with the naked eye.Im so disappointed because the salon had only 3 clients, myself included. The the $$$ i paid, I should have smooth heels.

I love this place I always feel so pampered and special.

I called ahead, I was told to come in and that they had room for me...only to find out they were really busy. My daughter got a manicure in less than 5 minutes. Super rushed. Her nails were filed down really short ( she had been trying to grown them out), when she got to the car she was crying. In tears!!! I was so sad and disappointed.

I went to get SNS nails last week and payed 45$, have already fallen off. I called them and asked if I could get some type of refund the person on the phone said they could fix them for free. So I took the trip down to the nail salon just for them to say my nails are to short and that SNS nails don’t stick on shot nails but only for a week. That is not true because I went to a different salon and got SNS nails and they stayed on for about two months. They were very rude when I came to get them fixed.Do not come here don’t waste your money!

I absolutely LOVE my nail salon! Ben always goes above and beyond to take care of me. He is the BEST manicurist I’ve ever had and I hope to stay with him for many more years! This salon has undergone some management changes and are making great strides to make the customer experience exceptional! Thank you for always making me feel great when I go in for my appointments!!!

It was my first time, and there was an incident with a customer. Tim was great. I believed that was the name of my technician. Not sure Ill be going back though.

Great mani/pedi, wine was tasty, everyone was nice. Has that initial nail salon scent, but its not overpowering and you get used to it in seconds. Been here a few times and plan on coming back regularly.

Always get good service here. Sometimes the non-top tier products don’t last as long as the OPIs and SNS’s of the world so just be choosy when selecting your colors. I feel like I’ve been to every salon in a 15mi radius and I always end up back here. However, they really need to replace the TVs in the pedicure area that are bad! It REALLY makes the experience miserable when you’re there solo! Especially because a 55” television is like $300 now.

Good atmosphere- nice staff. But I paid $85 for a milk and honey pedicure that lasted 50 minutes and the man didn’t have a clue what he was doing/ skipped all the good parts.

They are always attentive and strive to do a good job for me and they exceed every time!

I absolutely adore phong! he is definitely the one to go to! he works his perfection effortlessly and he ALWAYS knows the best color to match my skin tone. he is honest about what looks good and i’m constantly getting compliments on his work. if you’re looking for a good full set phong is the one.
