I ALWAYS come here and see Nikki for my acrylic nails. She does an amazing job every time, very precise and accurate to what I am wanting done. They don’t over charge you and they will definitely keep you coming back! Now my boyfriend comes here for his manicures as well! She’s the best.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. The guy working was incredibly rough with me. Several times I was wincing and pulling back and he would just scoff at it. He made my cuticles bleed in 3 places. Also, I know my natural nails are short but I cannot have acrylic tips because of my job. I told them this up front. I had a MUCH longer tip on my natural nail when he started though, and he filed all of it away! My nail is several millimeters shorter than when I went in. He filed so much it started to heat up and hurt the skin on my fingertips! I almost cried and walked out in the middle. Then he stood over me while I paid to make sure I tipped. I will NEVER come back to this place and do NOT recommend it.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I’ve been looking from burnet Texas to lake Travis and have not found a single nail place I’ve liked till now!! 10/10 recommend I will no longer be on the search for a nail place! Nikki was my technician and we had great conversations and she offered me drinks and all around great company!

I have been going here for over 2 years now and it is my go to place! I see Nikki and she is AMAZING! I get a SNS dip manicure and then a gel pedicure and every time it is wonderful! Highly recommend!

I enjoy their pedicures often but today I had the additional pleasure of getting my nails done as well! I wanted an early Halloween set with orange and black. Nikki turned my idea into brilliance. Her work is meticulous and wonderful!

It was probably the most lackluster pedicure Ive ever had. I went for the delux spa pedicure because its my birthday, and the water was lukewarm, half way through the treatment did he start putting stuff in the water, and the three massage consisted of lightly giving the same spot for 5 minutes. Definitely not delivered or spa, not worth the $55. The nail painting is good, although it was just one color, he stayed within the nail lines. No drinks were offered. It just felt sad.

I will not return and don’t recommend them for a basic mani (natural nails) as I had to reshape when I got home. I asked for “buffing” - they didn’t do that. I also got the premium pedi - it was supposed to come with paraffin wax (that wasn’t done). They use a cheese grater and used pumice. I tried this place because it had high ratings - I have no clue how by my experience. :(

Cedar Park Nails does not honor appointments. From what I understand, they are under new management and the service is horrible. They double book and do not have enough manicure staff. Horrible experience. Never even got my nails done. Waited over 2 hours with an appointment and so disgusted with how it was handled, I chose to leave. Worst experience ever.

Very little English spoken, definitely a language barrier. Very silent, no music nor TV. I thought there was going to be nail art but, its stickers. But, they didnt have the ones I wanted. Price was good. Probably wont be going back. Didnt feel friendly.

Post pandemic Pedi. Lort, this place is amazing..and very conscious of being safe. I got the Deluxe Pedicure and my feet (and calves) look fantastic.

BEWARE - - they will try to charge you more!I called an asked how much for a full set of acrylic nails with a design. I was told $40, so I scheduled an appointment for my 10 year old daughter. After the service was done, I went to pay and they told me $55. I told her I was quoted $40 over the phone. After an argument over the price she finally said shed charge me $45 (still more than what I was quoted), so I just went ahead and paid it. Nails look good, but BAD BUSINESS when they try to charge you $15 more than what you were told over the phone. Just out of principal of them trying to take advantage and cheat me, we wont be going there again.

I never leave reviews, but this was absolutely the best manicure I’ve had in a long time! I love the shape of my nails and An, my technician, was quick yet thorough. She also did my pedicure. Everything was lovely! I will definitely be back.

They were really sweet. I was in a hurry due to which they couldnt finish my pedicure so they charged me less for it. Also when I was hurrying out of the salon, I by mistake smudged the nailpaint on my toe. I went back to them the next day and they repainted my toe for free.

Absolutely loved this place! Came with my mother and her best friend before my wedding for Mani/pedis. All of our pedicures were relaxing and beautiful, but my manicure was the definitely jewel in the crown. I got an SNS manicure with fairy dust topcoat from Ann and she recommended doing some 3D flowers on my ring fingers. After looking at all of the options she provided we chose one, and I could not be happier! I get SNS manicures regularly back where I live, so I was going to CPN based off of reviews, and I am so pleased. My nails look amazing: shape, application of SNS, and the stunning little 3D flowers! So excited for my wedding nails!!!

As a disabled college student I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do I go all out and I always go this place. Got long coffin cut acrylic nails with a gel layer on top. Couldn’t be more pleased. They were able to give me a since of normalcy that I haven’t felt in a long time. 💎

I went to the salon going off of what the Google service price list was stated and didnt mind the drive from Killeen to deal with a salon that was actually clean and followed Covid protocol. The first nail tech rushed through the painting and theres a few nails with uneven colours. The design which is supposed to be a spider web had to be done by a second tech after two attempts by the first to try it. The design looks TOTALLY different from another between the two nails on either hand and theres a bold streak of black on the bottom that looks misplaced. She was kind enough to apologize about it but I was okay to overlook the stark difference since it was an honest attempt and probably a once a year request anyway. The advert says on Google that a shellac was $15 and I got charged in salon $30. I brought it up to the second tech and was refused the adjustment after being shown a laminated paper price list that had it for $30 that I was never offered and its not posted anywhere upon arrival.Its clean and Covid protocol abiding. But beware the price bait and switch. Never coming back again. My bank was thankfully able to rectify the situation.

I went on a lark with a girlfriend and am incredibly impressed! I always end up regretting getting my nails done because my nails end up ruined and tender for weeks. The nail tech I sat with, Ngoc, actually listened to what I said and was so gentle. My nails look gorgeous!! I will 100% be back to see her again! My friend had hers done by a gentleman and they are stunning!! Im shook! Who knew Cedar Park had a nail shop worth anything?!

I stumbled upon this salon earlier this week, I got an SNS manicure done and it is beautiful! The technician, (I think it was Dom) worked very hard to make sure they were perfect and to my liking! The owner is super friendly and makes sure everyone is welcome and happy! I brought my mom and grandma in today for pedicures and the experience was wonderful again! They swiftly took care of my ingrown toenail and taught me how to take care of it for the next little bit! Definitely pay them a visit if you’re in the area! You won’t regret it!

I want to mention nice people, but extremely dirty place:on the table of guy who did my nails were nail pieces from previous clients. Instruments are not sterile(technician tried to use on me already used nail file, after my complain it was changed on a new one, but still), nail drills were not changed(they made from metal-why they can not be sterile in autoclave?). I was really afraid (not sterile instruments are the easiest way to get hepatitis B and C). I am really shocked that this place can have license and such good reviews with so poor hygiene rules. Technician used Avril ice powder from a jar, he uses for everyone(not separated a tiny portion to not contaminate it, so this jar is full not only by powder but also by millions of bacterias and fungi).About technical work:my nails were not shaved enough and as a result my acrylics are tick and ugly. During procedure he asked to wash my hands, but he did not dry it or dehydrated this alcohol.I would never recommend this place to anybody. They need work really hard to fix all problems(at least clean your office!)

I made an appointment through Facebook and was able to get in that same day. When I arrived it was busy but I was immediately helped since I had an appointment. It was my first time here and it was a great experience. A gentleman named Tee did my nails & he did a very great job! I finally have true coffin shaped nails. I wanted Yuri to do my nails but she was busy but Tee did awesome and it looks like all the techs do a great job. They have a big variety of acrylic colors, gels, dips, & polishes. They’re up to date with all the latest trends & they take their time and do your nails right even when they start getting busy. My only complaint is that he didn’t paint my toes very well.

I was disappointed after seeing such great reviews. My first time here to get a fill and color change and after looking close at my nails the shape is messed up and i am dissatisfied with the job. I feel like taking all the nails off and getting a fresh set else where .

I had a great experience at this nail salon! The staff was so kind and patient. My manicurist didnt complain at all after I messed up my manicure not once but twice! She gave me great suggestions and did a gorgeous manicure. She even went above that and gave me a $5 discount since tonight is my prom! Ill definitely be going back!

I love this place! I always go with one of my parents and the experience is the best. The ladies (and one male) that works here are always so gentle. We always get gel manicures and they stay on for a really long time without chipping and peeling up. They work fast and efficiently. My favorite go to place.

I went for the 1st time..they were very friendly and quick with service. I like they offer you something to drink...wine,water or mimosa. They are reasonable in price and have a really clean atmosphere.

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment a couple days in advance. When I arrived, I had a bit of a wait, because they had a walk in of three women and a gaggle of little girls, all wanting manicures, but they still greeted me and offered me a drink, and it wasnt a terribly long wait. The pedicure was great, no complaints there. The manicure was ok. The clear coat wasnt as smooth as I would like, but after the big walk in appointment, I expect she was a bit tired. Before she did my manicure, she had helped with the girls, as well as doing two other teens who came in. Still, the color is pretty. They have a large selection of both regular polishes and gel polishes. Overall, it was a good experience, and Ill go back again.

While my wife was in Austin, she wanted to look good for a birthday party. So we stopped by this nail salon to get her nails done. We met the new owners/management. They had told us they had updated the salon and they had some more updates coming up. They were super nice and my wifes nails turned out wonderful.

I made an appt for 3 pedicures, and we arrived early. When we entered NO ONE GREETED us, and we were the only ones in the waiting area. But, trying to keep everything positive, we decided to pick out colors. We waited an additional 15 minutes, still, no acknowledgement we were there. Then a few other clients entered and they also were ignored. I don’t mind waiting, but customer service, or just a Hello, goes a long way. We walked out, I won’t be back.

This is one of Cedar Parks little known secrets! The salon is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and caring and goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Even if I wait a month or longer, I am recognized and greeted when I come in the door. They also take their time to please you with quality service.

I mostly give four stars for the man who holds the FOUNDATION of customer service here. I moved to the area back in August last year and was hoping to find a great place to get my nails done and my cousin referred me here, so we both went. For the first three times the service was exceptional. I love the man who always greets me he is very attentive to the customers needs and makes you feel special in such a short amount of time one spends there. However, the recent time i went around Christmas was a horrible experience for me due to the attitude of one of the technicians regarding the cost of my services implicating that my service was $45 instead of $40 which they’ve always charged me for the few times i went so i was really disappointed in that (and i didn’t get anything special). Not to mention how i requested she clean the inside of my nails once she was done and it was still thick and clumpy and i like how at first they would use cuticle oil to finish the job but she didn’t even do that this time. if you’re anything like me when your nails feel nasty, you feel nasty.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! The staff is very professional, the environment is quiet and serene. They serve complimentary drinks with your pedicure service and their color selection is awesome. My cousin and I visited the salon while out of town on vacation and I definitely will come back on our next Austin visit next summer!

Got a manicure and pedicure Mothers day weekend for me and my 8 year old. They were very attentive and clean. They were also very nice to my daughter. I was able to make an appointment the same day even though it was busy.

If I could give 10🌟s I would. To start I made an online appointment request through Facebook and within an hour had a response with a booking for the time I needed. When I arrived I was greeted by two workers who immediately showed me the wall of nail colors to choose from. I was offered a drink and shown where to sit and had prompt service. There are two TVs to watch with the subtitles on, which is necessary sometimes in a busy salon. I was asked a few times if I was comfortable or needed anything by the receptionist who had not only brought my water but took the cap off for me. (The Little things)🙂 I have had many manicures in many different salons but I was blown away by the care and expertise of Ann at this Cedar Park salon. My nails have psoriasis under six of the nail beds and most manicurists just overlook the special needs of this particular problem. She took amazing care of me and took a lot of time to make them look amazing. Honestly, I have never had a more satisfying manicure. Also, there were two women getting a pedicure and they were raving of how they were so excited to have found this place after looking for so long. For me, this will be my go to place for my all my Mani/pedi needs. ⭐ Ask for Ann! ⭐

The fist time in went there they were nice. They did moderate job on my nails. They were close by and that was a big plus for me. The second time in went to them for the same kind of nails they tried to charge me $10 more. And they had different prices listed on the wall and expand it was old. Im would not recommend going to this nail shop.

We had a great experience here. I called monday morning to see if i could get an appointment for 6 people to get pedicures. They accomodated our request by asking two employees who were off that day to briefly come in for our group. We all had a great experience with the pedicures. They offered us wine while we were in our chairs. Everyone was very friendly. All 6 of us were very pleased with our experience. I highly recommend this place!

I recently went to get a Mani / pedicure before my cruise. I decided to get shellac on both so I could have no chipping during my trip.First, I chose the deluxe pedicure which was I believe roughly $35. I asked for Shellac which cost an extra $15. I felt like $50 for a 30ish minute pedicure was overpriced. $35 includes regular polish so why wouldnt adding shellac be a small upcharge? $15 extra is a bit steep.Second, I got shellac on my manicure and its been about a week and I already have several chips and they just dont look great. Whats the point of paying so much extra for shellac 2 week manicure if it only lasts a week?Overall everyone was nice and polite but I spent $99 for a shellac mani/pedicure plus tip and my manicure is already messed up and overall with as many nail salons as there are in Austin, I probably wont go back.

They are very clean, friendly, work is good and just fun. Oh and the prices are better than other nail salons I have been to. And the design tech is the bomb.

I really didnt want to post a negative review, but I could not accept their service. I give it 2 stars due to the friendliness of the man who booked my appointment.The girl who did my nails did not show any concern toward what she was doing. She was also rough and distracted. When finished, I asked if she could clean the edges and thin the SNS, as it was very thick and messy. She acted as if she didnt see anything wrong with the way she did my nails, and then appeared offended that I thought it did not look good enough. This girl markets herself as a makeup artist, as well, yet provides the worst service Ive ever had at a nail place. They charge the same as every other place, too. Id rather spend that money at a professional, clean, accommodating salon.

My 7 year old daughter and I both got a manicure and pedicure. Her pedicure was $15, her manicure was $5. I picked out a $35 pedicure and a $12 manicure..... (that comes to $67) yet my bill was $82!!!!! I would recommend watching for an overcharge if you go here. If there was anything along the way that was supposed to cost extra I was never told. I definitely wont be returning!! And I still left a $10 tip, Im such a sucker.
