I absolutely love this place, they always do a great job, they always make sure i leave happy. If a nail needs replaced or fixed its never a problem. Will continue to go here for a while.

My friend & I called to see if we could get in around 11am. Initially, they couldnt get us in until 1:30. I explained my friend was getting married at 2 that day & that we hadnt planned well...typical. They told us to come & they would figure it out. After speaking with them during our service, we learned they are short staffed due to Covid & its just the two of them running things. Im certain they worked through their lunch in order to get us taken care of. Lovely couple & great work in a clean atmosphere.

This is the WORST place Ive ever gotten my nails done. After one day I was able to pop off the stones..... which were placed horribly.... off my fingers and a basic black AT HOME POLISH was 100% better than the service I recieved. I WILL NEVER OR WILL MY FAMILY COME TO THIS BUSINESS

I was a walk-in. They were exceptionally nice and very prompt. I am here only for the weekend and will plan to revisit When in come in town next. Thank you for the great pedicure!!

Spent all morning searching for a new place to relax and get my mani pedi. Read through reviews and choose Iconic Nail Spa. I truly enjoyed every bit of! I was relaxed everyone was very friendly, my nail tech spent time on my problem areas, she was gentle and polite. My nails and feet look and feel amazing! Thank you!

Titi is really good ! I’ve gone twice (I’m new to the area) she is friendly and polite and she also cleaned up my eye brows !

I have been to alot of nail salons/spas for manicures. This has been by far the best place. I will no longer look for another place to go. Always great service and they do an amazing job. They have tons of options for you, definitely something for everyone. The polish stays on for long and doesnt chip.

This place is really clean and beautiful. The girls here are all really friendly. Theres a lot of chairs so it gets pretty packed but everyone always looks well taken care of. The price is good and they always open a new pack of nail filers, which you can keep. It was a great experience. I highly recommend.

This place is OK for me to go to if I cant get to my usual nail shop (located in Aurora, I live in Castle Rock). You want to watch out for consistency in the fine work being done. Like the whole nail is painted or each nail looks the same. On the plus side, they improved on more options for the shellac nail polishes. Color changing and different colors (about 2 years behind). And there are a few nail technician that give a hell of a leg massage with the deluxe pedicure. I would give a half of a star just for the massage it I could. The cost is around the usual. I pay $65 or $70 for a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. Its hard to remember as this is not my usual shop.

This is my new favorite nail place! They are super friendly and do a terrific job. They did a flawless job (my nail tech was May) and the 2 week no chip for gel manicures its a great little perk. Great nail find.

Clean, hygienic and professional results. They have plenty of skilled technicians to efficiently handle large groups and walk ins. Prices are ever so slightly above average but they make up for it with their well kept, nicely decorated, and relaxing atmosphere combined with their work quality are well worth the extra couple of bucks

Although the prices arent bad, the service was. I was a walk-in customer, but they didnt even acknowledge me for a few minutes and none of them were in the middle of conversations or anything. I dont mind waiting so that wasnt the issue, but at least acknowledge a customer when they come through the door. I got a manicure and salons Ive been in, that usually is like a 30 minute appointment with trimming, cuticle care, hand massage, and painting. This lady took a total of 10 minutes start to finish and did a really poor job on my cuticles as well as me having to ask her to paint all the places she missed on my nails. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been two or three times for pedicures and really like this place. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the chairs comfy, and they do a good job. The price is competitive for the neighborhood. And, they have a huge selection of polish.

Ive had a hard time finding a good nail salon in Castle Rock until I found Nora and she did a great job for me.One of few places in CR that still offer acrylic nails

Went here for a few years. Nails were great for a while but then they got very rough with my arthritic hands and burned my nail Bed drilling the acrylics off and then yelled at me for scratching them when I jumped when burned. After that she was even rougher with my arthritic hands. The nail salon I went after said they had filed my nails so much they were dangerously thin and the acrylics were too thick and going is weird directions. I had a very nice experience at United nails in CastleRock with no pain and beautiful nails.

I had my nails done with Nara and she did a great job. My overall experience was wonderful and loved my (super well-priced) gel mani-pedi! One week later and my nails are still looking good!

Not worth the price at all. Takes way too long very slow worker, had to correct his mistakes 4 times and re do a hole nail. Im spending this much I shouldnt have to police someone to make my nails even.

Shellac manicure kept peeling off within the first week. The girls that work there didnt seem to care or want to fix the problem. Hard to explain the problem when they dont speak English. Will be taking my loyal business elsewhere.

Over priced none of them are correct shape some don’t have acrylic all the way on them. Didn’t put anything on cuticles nothing prepped. Really expensive for not good quality

Take my daughter to Iconic for her mani/pedi for her birthday. The techs was so awesome, theyre always smile and take care her very nice. The space is great too, fresh. Love it

I love this place and the people -they do great work your are pampered which I so appreciate but I am not going back why>>>>> for some reason they wont or dont want to take a credit card they prefer checks I cant always do a check I sometimes need to use a card this has happened more than once and makes me not want to go back I need to find somewhere else who takes credit/debit cards

Went to Sunset Nails on a whim. My coworker told me that her gf goes here all the time and her nails are bomb so.....My procrastinating butt waited until the last min to get my nails done before a trip. Typical me. Nara promptly replied and I was able to get a same day appt.Sunset Nails is small, but they are efficient with their space and do good work! I got a lot of compliments on my luminaire white gel nails...even from men!

I wish I could give a zero. I got French manicure went to work and they started popping off half way through my shift. I went in the next day the staff said I did it myself and refused to give me back my money. I went to Walmart got them done. They have stayed on for three weeks now. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

It was just okay. Nothing special though. The chemical smell was the worst I have ever experienced I felt nacious after it. But the staff was very friendly despite being super crowded!
