The ladies and one gentleman that helped us tonight were wonderful! We had two adults and 2 kids getting a pedicure and then 1 adult and kid getting acrylics and another adult and child get powder. They were so slow, calm, nice, and paid close attention to what they were doing. We even kept them over an hour late open and they never hurried or made a peep about. They also did two eye brow waxes for our group and they look incredible too. Great experience! Just extremely kind! I’m forever a customer here now! Thank you all for getting us girls taken care of tonight!

I enjoyed my pedicure whole-heartedly. I have had other places beat my legs and hurt me, her massage and patting was so much more enjoyableI also like they use the disposable liners and the way they clean in between clients.The massage chair was fabulous. Everything nice and up to date.My manicure was done during my pedicure. What a nice way to pamper me.

I saw on recent reviews that this location changed ownership and was excited to give them a try. They remodeled the inside and it looks fresh and clean. Trinny (spelling) the owner did my pedicure and she did a fantastic job! Very detailed and finished with a great foot massage. I highly recommend anyone who was not happy with the previous ownership to come and give them a try. 100% better. I cant wait for my next visit!

Hands-down the most inept nail salon Ive ever been to. Went in for a pedicure, and dip nails with tips, after two and a half hours I had to leave for a prior obligation. The design on my nails was not yet done, so I advised that I could return today at 10:45a. I was advised it would take 10 minutes. Although I returned on time, I sat for 20 minutes, at which point I had to leave to get back to work, leaving my nails unfinished before I leave for vacation tomorrow. I definitely would never recommend this place to anybody.

Omg!!! 😍 Love this place!!! I came in for a pedicure and it was absolutely wonderful!! The whole experience from start to finish was very relaxing and her attention to detail was on point!! Staff was immediately friendly and kind. They greeted me at the door, and had me check in etc.They were incredibly understaffed because they had just opened on a Sunday and clients were running late which backed them up.They checked in with me consistently and apologized, which is really all I think is necessary in these situations.They didn’t rush my pedicure or gel manicure even though they were busy.Im very happy with both my pedicure and gel manicure.

Friendly people. They put a disposable plastic wrap in the for spa. Very nice massage chairs. Large selection of colors including gel.

The two ladies working were so amazing. i usually work all day and they took me right before close. THATS customer first. they didn’t take to long on my nails and they were gentle, they kept a great conversation with me, offer me a drink, fixing my hair when it was a mess and the overall service. pamper nails blew my mind when it came to finding a new nail salon. they even topped my original salon. if your looking for a place to get your nails done, go to pamper nails.

Two days after my rebase 3 nails broke off and paint started to chip. Waste of money and time.

This shop was great beofre the new owners took mover. You make an appointment and they STILL make you wait! It took 2 hours for a 30 min pedicure. I will never go back there again! After using this place for 10 yrs..never again. They have no idea how to treat customers and they just lie about the wait time! Unbelieveable!!

70 dollars later and my nails look terrible. The lady doing them was not paying attention at all and definitely was rushing. She didn’t file them right and they look super thick and fake. Very upset at the way I was treated and what my nails look like.

Absolutely love this place. Kent is amazing, he always does a wonderful job and is truly invested in helping my nails grow and them being healthy. Once you become a regular they’ll remember your name and squeeze you in if you are not able to set an appointment ahead of time. They are all great to work with and are always very welcoming.

They accused my wife of not paying for our daughter the next day when i brought my sister to get hers done after me my wife and daughter came the day before and asked for 20 dollars extra after we gave 4 workers a 20 dollar tip they did us wrong so dont consider at this place

The staff is always so helpful and do a FANTASTIC job every time I come here. This is the only place I will come to have my nails done.

Staff was very nice, but I still can’t find a good pedicure in Castle Rock. This salon reuses paper files, which should be single use by CO regulation. The metal tools came from a drawer, not out of a package or sanitizer jar. Though the tech went through the motions, I don’t think the cuticle pusher or trimmers actually touched my toes. After trimming the nail length, the edges were not shaped/filed. I don’t expect the polish to last.

Diane is amazing!! I would highly recommend going to her for all your nail needs. She’s very professional and friendly and always makes sure you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. I don’t go anywhere else!

I would ABSOLUTELY never go back to this place again. It was the worst nail experience I have ever had, and I frequent nail salons. I made an appointment at 6, and the gentleman on the phone said that was perfect. I walk in, and there was only one nail tech working, and took a lady who did not have an appointment before me. I had to sit around and wait for 45 mins before he began to work on my nails. Not only was I there MUCH later than I planned, but he didnt seem to be in a rush at all. In fact, he spent a lot of the time emailing and texting someone on his phone, which prolonged my appointment even longer. Towards the end of the appointment, he told me my nails were good and I could go wash my hands. My nails were not dry in the slightest, and it ruined the nails. He fixed them quick. The very next day, two of my nails completely shattered, and I got the dip done which is supposed to be the most durable. Within a week, all of my nails have cracked or chipped. My usual dip lasts about 3 weeks, these did not even last a day. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN WORSE EXECUTION ON THE NAILS.

Absolutely love this place! My daughters and I have been coming here for years, along with my mom, sister in law and grandmother. The owners are amazing and the services are always top notch. I highly recommend them for both fingers and toes

Best nail salon ever! My nails always get compliments and I can go 4 weeks with no lifting. And the best pedicures ever. The tech are amazing and always do the very best at taking care of the customers.

I had an absolutely wonderful appt with Kent. He was inquisitive and wanting to know exactly what I wanted from my visit. He offered great conversation and took great care and time because I was very afraid of the drill. He was so patient and kind. My toes and nails were in terrible shape and he had me leaving there feeling great. I will definitely keep going there and even am making an appointment to have my eyebrows waxed. Customer service there is exceptional. They really try to make you the happiest making your appt, throughout your visit with them and after.

I really liked it, one problem was that they didn’t really explained what to do they just like taped your foot or your hand or they would like I to bend it. I really like what they did for my nails it didn’t hurt I think the lady there did think that she cut me out it was just talki dust lol. I would definitely recommend this place to go to. It was also a little wired one of the guys there was just playing on his phone and kept putting somebody on and off half and kept saying things I didn’t understand and while he was doing a lady’s nails he FaceTimed his kids I was wired

I was there to receive a pedicure the technician did a wonderful job. The staff were pleasant and inviting I enjoyed my experience and plan on returning for more services.

The last fill I needed I didnt have a babysitter. I promised my 2YO that if she was good shed get her nails painted. I went on a Sunday and arrived 20 minutes before opening but went in because the door was open. Went in and they seemed very inconvenienced that I didnt have an appointment. I was confused because Id be spending over $100 for a fill, eyebrows, pedicure and my daughters nails. I thought theyd be happier with more services purchased but they werent welcoming. At the end of my pedicure I reminded the lady that my daughter wanted her nails painted also. She huffed and stated that she had people waiting. I was shocked because I let them know from the beginning we were trying to have a girls morning. I intended to pay for her nails to be down so I was confused why she didnt want to do them. I left upset, with a 130 bill.I came back today. Again treated poorly because I didnt have an appointment. Waited for almost an hour after 3 people were taken before me before a lady came up and asked to see my nails( that they did) and huffed about how bad they looked. I waited 10 more minutes without being talked to before I walked out.Also, my mom came in to use the bathroom and was treated horrible because she wasnt using their services. She was waiting in the car with my 2YO that I didnt want to bring back.I will NEVER be back.

I’m a new customer and was very pleased with today’s visit, Kim my tech was wonderful with my rebase needs and also my pedicure. I will definitely be back!

My favorite nail salon in Castle Rock. Tammy and Angela are the best! Now its under new ownership, and the owner has spruced up the massage chairs, redone the interior quite a bit, and expanded the pedicure options. Its a great place to get your nails and waxing done and enjoy a great pedicure, provided by knowledgeable, really nice people.

They did a great job for the price and service. I found them to be friendly and welcoming.

I loved this place. Hadnt come in a few months because of work. Finally had time, vet brought back, the woman starts working on my nails. A regular comes in and she stops working on me to take the regular customer even though she didnt have an appointment. I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone worked on my nails again.

It was my first time in this nail salon and I had great service and great conversation the whole time! I’ll definitely be going here from now one

I’ve been going here over 2 years. Diane is who I have do my pedis, maybe every 2-3 weeks. She’s awesome, I’m always happy with her! I’ve had a couple manicures with her too (once for a wedding, once when company was coming + I wouldn’t have time to do that myself) + they last for 3-4 weeks until I take it off (grows out actually)! A few times when Diane is out of town I’ve had others at Pampered Nails do my pedi, always with great results. I find everyone friendly + fun. Shop is neat + clean, they also keep up with the latest “new” thing. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer service, and hardly preform the bare minimum of your requests.Ive only had my nails done for two days now and they are chipping!I was a walk in, going in the solution smell is very overwhelming. Theres no vents or airflow, so it explains why its overpowering but any smell of the toxic trio starts bringing me red flags.The tech was very quick with me, not really answering questions, and sadly it was very difficult to understand her accent as well. She brought me over to another tech. Spoke to him in her native language, and then he tried speaking to me which again he was hard to communicate with too.He took off my old set with ease. He didnt take care of my nailbed. Left dust from the dremel all on my fingers. No cleaning what so ever.Then asked me to pick which polish I wanted. Which 4 of the ones I picked, was dried or either chunky.He placed my new polish on when we finally found one that could be used. Placed zero top coat.Then had me place my nails under the UV...Thats it.I had to go their sink to clean my hands because the gentleman was going to have me leave still with all the dremel dust on.He left me with unfinished nails, that I could have done at home. Get what you pay for I guess. Still worst experience Ive personally ever had.

Worst service ever! I took my young teenager in to get a simple $10 removal, and they took i3 walk ins (not appointments) after us because we werent hardly spending any money. Then when we cashed out I confronted the manager about it and she lied and told me they were appointments! I sat there and watched/listened to the walk ins that came in after us. We waited an hour and a half to get 7 minutes of work done, only to be passed up because we were spending any money. I am furious about the way my daughter was treated!

Not very friendly staff. they dont give refunds and they dont give out the owners name! Would not recommend

The cheese grater foot files are gross, nail files are old, they tried to cut my toenails in ways that lead to ingrown toenails, and they were generally apathetic about us- the whole chat with the other nail techs but not the customer thing...This place will paint your nails, but probably not hygienically, and theyre not very friendly.

My sisters-in-law came here just like the many times she has before to have her nails done a certain way(just like every time she gets it) Her nails was done incorrectly but not only that the polish on her nails were bubbly and bulging off of her nail. She wasted her money and her time at this place.
