I have been going to Dimension Nails for a little while now and have not had a good experience. In my opinion, I have been a customer; I have showed up to all my appointments on time, made friendly conversation, and tipped well. The last time I was there, the person who was doing my nails was talking bad about one of his customers to me, his staff, and the entire nail salon. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Today I made a nail appointment for 5:30 and he left me a message. I couldn’t really understand what he was saying, but I thought he wanted me to come in at an earlier time. I went in around 4:30 to try and accommodate him and respect his time, but when I walked in, he started laughing at me. The whole nail salon was full and everyone was starring at me. I explained that I couldn’t understand his message and thought he wanted me to come earlier. Him and his staff laughed at me and told me to leave and come back later. He clearly had been talking bad about me (and I don’t even know why) with his staff and all of his customers. It was extremely rude, very embarrassing, and not professional AT ALL. I will not be returning and do not recommend this nail salon to anyone else. There are plenty of other nail salons who are respectful to their customers AND can do your nails well.

This was the first time visit, the staff is very friendly and very quick getting me started. They are very gentle when working on your nails which I really appreciate. I will be returning and would recommend them.

I have been getting my nails done here every 2 weeks since I moved to CR in 2012. Tina is the absolute best!!! I love the staff, the products and services, and the location. The salon is always clean and well kept. As long as Tina is here, I will never go any where else. Call and make an appointment, because they are busy and Tina is in high demand.

I will never go elsewhere this salon deserves the cult following its getting you do not leave this salon unsatisfied :)

Wonderful service and attention to detail!!

New to the area - tried this place by mistake! Over 2 hrs for a simple GEL fill and polish chance on my toes !!! If you’re mad at your husband and need a 2 -3hr vacation then sure - but if you’re busy and on the go and plan to get on with the rest of your day then PASS THIS PLACE & KEEP GOING!!

My daughter and I have a new favorite salon! Everyone there was warm and lovely to us. Huey did my nails just how I wanted, all while making us all laugh and have fun. He made me forget the stress of the day! Don did my 11 year old daughter’s nails. He treated her so kindly and took such great care to do a good job - he could have rushed to get done and go home but he chose to take the time to do them right. We left there feeling very well taken care of and happy.

I went to this salon yesterday because it is close to my work and I knew I could get a manicure during my lunch break. I will not go back. I typically go to Luxury Nails and Spa on the east side of town, and I like them way more. First, I wanted my shellac manicure taken off and a regular manicure instead. I dont like shellac except for special occasions because you have to keep it up, which I dont like spending money on. She said if I did a regular manicure they would charge me $5 to take off the shellac, but if I got a shellac manicure they wouldnt charge extra. Most salons Ive been to do it free of charge if youre getting another service. This annoyed me, but I agreed. My nail tech and another nail tech continued to tell me for the next 20 minutes all the reasons why I should get shellac instead, despite the fact that I told them I didnt want it, even though it lasts longer and that I was aware of the benefits. It was very annoying. I would not go back. Go to Luxury Nails and Spa instead. They have a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and they use packaged sterilized tools for every client. I highly recommend them instead.

My mom, sister and I all went together for pedicures. Its was wonderful for all of us. They were nice and friendly. The foot massage was great. We will be going back for more pedicures.

Absolute best massage chairs in a nail salon ever!Great Service. I did not have an appointment scheduled however after a short wait I was seen promptly on a busy Friday night.A manager, or possibly the owner, even checked in on me a few times.The gal that did my nails was very communitive in explaining the color polish I chose carried a $5 dollar premium.My nails look great and I got them done in the middle so I did not have to drive far. Im sure Ill be back to this location to this location.

Good service clean place

Horrible horrible horrible ! I paid $10 more than what Im usually charged for the lowest quality nails Ive ever seen. Ive been coming here for a while now and theyve always done a great job, but this last time no. My nails were super thin and only lasted two days before breaking and popping off. I work and go to school therefore I wasnt able to go in and fix them. I came in six days later to see what I can go and the guy said he couldnt do anything because he didnt know what the problem was. I asked if I could have my money back and he said he could only give me half of what I paid for. Okay. No. He was rude and started to raise his voice. Never coming back here again.

We have been quite a few places and this place does a wonderful job with everything! Ive had my eyebrows waxed and they were Cara Delevingne worthy! I do recommend going when its not very busy because you get extra message time when youre getting a mani or pedi. They are all so sweet and will talk with you(but only if you want). I loved the shellac and acrylics I got too. Love love loved it.

Worst pedi Ive ever had. The woman was so rude and bitter, didnt speak a word to me the entire time. She was so rough with my nails and hurt me by digging so deep under my toenails. She rushed through it so fast and looking at my toes after she was sloppy with the polish....I had marks on my feet by my nails. My 6 year old could have done a better job. The younger ladies there are great but this woman was older and awful. If you go here and you get an older woman run for the hills and dont let her touch your nails. Such a shame I work near by and would have loved to keep coming here but that ruined it for me. I will go to the nail salon by the Einsteins across the street from now on.

Got a pedi here yesterday. The lady cut my cuticle and nail so short I started bleeding. I was up all night with my toe throbbing and now it has pus coming out of it. Im freaking out because I dont feel like she was taking proper cleanliness procedures. She never put blue salts in the water while my soaked. She used a grader on my heals and feet, I have no idea if thats even been cleaned properly. After she did my pedi she washed the tools off in the foot sink and placed them back in the white plastic sterilized packet. Ive been soaking my foot in steaming water and Epsom Salt, hydrogen peroxide, and antibiotic ointment. If my foot isnt better by tomorrow I will be contacting the state to insure proper inspection of this salon. I get pedis weekly, Im in the beauty industry, and I have never experienced this ever.

Read some negative reviews about this place and I almost didnt try it. Instead, I first tried another salon on CR but was unhappy. I went to Dimension Nails today on Limelight and LOVED it! Don did my pedi and it was a full hour and he did a fantastic job. I hate when nail techs rush and do my pedi in 30 mins. My daughter also had her nails polished and my mom had a pedi by another tech and it was awesome also. We also had eyebrow waxes. We were very pleased with all our services and this will be my new go-to nail salon.

Good pedi, nice ladies, relaxing, and open on Sundays. Ill be returning.
