This place is absolutely terrible my girlfriend went in there and asked for blonde highlights she left with orange hair and has 7 different colors in her hair we went to a professional hair place to fix and they said whoever did this should not be a hairstylist anymore. we asked for a refund because the stylist fried her hair and it’s not even a good job we did not get a refund this is bad business we had to go somewhere else and pay $500 just to get it fixed i will be reporting this to the BBB

Drove 45 min for an appointment with one of the stylists, Lisa. I showed up and she wasn’t even there. I called her multiple times and left a voicemail and she hasn’t gotten back to me. It’s been two weeks now. Very unprofessional. No help from anyone either. Had to drive back the 45 min drive to find somebody else. I’ve never felt so undervalued as a customer.

Karen at Karens cuts is phenomenal! I appreciate all she does to keep me from looking like a crazy woman.

I have been looking for a hair stylist for some time now, I searched Phenix Salon Suites and after reading every 5 start review for Kim, I made an appointment. I told her what I wanted and ask her opinion and I got a beautiful haircut. It is really hard to find someone for me I trust with my hair, with Kim I felt comfortable because she was very confident and straight forward.

Management and salon professionals are all very nice here! Great location! Beautiful salon suites at great prices!

Cari Devine: salon suite wasn’t clean when I arrived; tons of hair from previous client pushed into the corner which I had to stare at the entire time; chair had hair on the armrests too; felt rushed because she was trying to get in as many clients as possible; cut too much hair off; not pleased at all!

This place is amaze. I go here to see one lady in particular, Becky. Shes been cutting my hair for several years and never disappoints. She is very talented with those scissors. Shes even waxed my face a couple times. I have not colored my hair in several years (too much to maintain), but she used to color my hair too and was good at making it look natural.

The Salon is always a welcoming place. The stylists are all great from the fresh stylists on up.

Jaley tinted and lifted my eyelashes and WOW!!! Im a full time college student who doesnt have time to put on makeup anymore. This totally cuts my time in half. She made my lashes look so natural and long, and she gave them a curl. Without makeup it looks so flawless. I put on a full face of makeup to see how it all looks today and I didnt even need mascara! I put some on anyway and they honestly looked better before with just the tint Jaley gave me. I 100% reccomend seeing her, her office is the cutest space ever and she is the sweetest person. Very professional and was kind enough to talk through the process as she was giving me the tint and lift. Ill definitely be coming back. Thank you Jaley!
