10/10 do not recommend. Rude and demeaning. Would have considered paying the $600 he quoted (double what the original quote was) me to clean out the inside of the car had he not been so rude. He was also late to my 9am appointment. Just very unprofessional. Recommend finding someone else that actually wants your business.

Arturo and his crew turned back the clock on my 8 year old Mazda. We foster dogs so the interior had taken quite beating (despite my best efforts). The headlights were the worst as theyd oxidized so bad I was pricing out the cost to just replace them. I figured there was no way to save them. Ive seen videos where people restore them, and while they look better, it never looked as good as new to me.As we walked around the car he asked what my expectations were on the dog hair. Hearing that I resolved myself to believing that some of the dog hair wasnt going to come out of the seats and that there would always be that reminder. After a few discussions he also convinced me to do the headlights. I left it in his care and returned 5 hours later. When I first walked in I thought hed just replaced the headlights because they looked factory brand new. He went beyond my expectations. He almost had to remind me that there was more to see because I was just so mesmerized at how crystal clear and factory new they could look.Then we move to the interior. Id had details done before in the past, but this one was more like magic than a detail. I bought the car brand new in college and it looks better now than it did the day I purchased it. While Im sure theres still dog hair floating underneath the bench seat, Im okay with that. I never had the expectation he would completely pull everything out of my vehicle to get every last fiber, but I will say IF youre hesitating to work with Arturo; dont. You really wont regret it. I certainly didnt and am looking forward to scheduling an appointment for my wifes Honda.

We had deep scratches in the top of the driver door from our friends dog. While, understandably, he made no promises, Arturo said hed do his best. Well, his best is amazing, fantastic! He managed to make the scratches all but disappear and his ceramic coating process makes the car shine better than new. We will be back with our Jeep Grand Cherokee for the annual service. Supporting small, local business is important and Arturo makes it easy with his solid work ethic and keen attention to detail. Absolutely recommend!

Arturo did a wonderful job both inside and out on my SUV. The back seat area was a mess from kids and the gray leather was turning brown from dirt, sweat, and sunscreen. The carpets are soft and clean again and my dash looks wonderful. Arturo is also very friendly and welcoming to a new customer, easy to schedule online, and get reminders by text. I highly recommend Elegant Detailing.

Arturo made our 2002 Explorer look like it had been stored in a garage it’s whole life. We were amazed at the quality of the detailing. It was also affordable. If you want great auto detailing in Castle, this is the place to go.

My daughter and son-in-law gave me a gift certificate for Christmas to get my 2011 Mustang convertible detailed. I waited 6 months for better weather to get it done. Elegant Detailing did a fantastic job! My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The convertible top was a little faded looking and now it is a deep black and brand new looking. Arturo and his employees were great to work with. It’s obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company.

This was an awesome experience! I’ve never gotten a car detail and let me tell you it’s a different car. The interior looks so good I couldn’t have been any happier with the service I received. When I scheduled the appointment it stated from 9-1, then he calls and needs it all day. My car was dirty. I had lots of dog hair and he called me and I told him not to worry about it. When I picked up my car there were still dirty areas. When I tried to mention it he got mad and just said to ask groupon for a refund. Didnt even want to talk just said to get a refund. Then Im driving home and I noticed my airbag indicator lights are on. When I called him and tried talking to him, he said well your care was trashed and then hung up on me. Unless you call service you wont get an answer.

I contacted Arturo for detailing my 1978 FJ40 Landcruiser. Ive been restoring the interior and motor for the past two years, but the exterior of the FJ was in need of some serious TLC, 42 years of exposure to sun, rain and snow. Arturo and I agreed that a ceramic treatment was the best course of action. I picked up my FJ after two days with Arturo......I could not believe how amazing it looks. Honestly, it looks like a 42 year old vehicle that just rolled off of the showroom floor. The exterior finish is stunning. Arturo is a true professional and craftsman, I cant recommend him enough. Refused to give me a quote for my 2018 hyundai kona. Especially with this pandemic and price uncertainty, you have no idea what end ticket youre walking into. Not even an estimate or price range. They only said I would have the price after they work on my vehicle. What a joke.

I wish I could give more stars! Ive been to most every detail business in this town and honestly nothing compares. Prices were fair and the work was phenomenal! My vehicle was a wreck when I brought it to him (I have 2 kids and a wife) but when he returned it looked like it did when we bought it. Arturo is a super nice guy and a straight shooter. Ill never let another shop touch my vehicle.

Make sure you call to schedule. (which i tried to do but they pushed me to the online scheduler) No one tells us they have groupons. I left it in the notes when i scheduled online.5 HOURS to detail your car no waiting room.And the amount of times the guy mentioned reschedule for another time kinda makes it sound like he didnt want to do anything.for 150-200 bucks go somewhere else

I took my Ford 150 in to have it detailed inside and out. They did an incredible job Even though my truck is 2004 It looks brand new. Such hard working professional and caring guys. I definitely recommend them

Excellent work done very quickly! My 2008 Sentra was honestly a disaster. It was embarrassing to drive and embarrassing to even bring in to get cleaned. A decade of ownership including out-of-state college, road trips, and daily hour-long commutes -- this thing was rough. I was genuinely shocked by how good it looked when we got it back. It was like night and day! There were stains I was convinced would never come out (and had no expectation of seeing removed) that he managed to clear completely! Totally blown away by the results. I had a great experience here !! I loved the outcome! My car had many stains that I thought would never come out and when I picked up my car it looked brand new. I was surprised to see my car that clean. I also am a smoker and my car smells 100 times better. I would recommend anyone to come here.

AMAZING!! I just purchased a new Subaru from an out of state dealer and noticed some very small water-mark like spots on the roof and hood. I could not remove them with any of the auto care products I have at home (which are not typical local store supplies) so after reading reviews here, I decided to let Elegant Detailing attempt to remove them. Admittedly, they were not very easy to point out (had to be at the right angle and lighting conditions) but Arturo did a fantastic job removing them. He is a great guy who really cares about his work and is extremely talented at what he does. Not only are all the spots gone, the entire surface of the vehicle that he treated shines like a mirror with ZERO swirl marks or spots. This place is top notch and the owner is absolutely an amazing detailer. Thank You for such a great job.

Had a ceramic coating done a year ago and my tailgate is now like sandpaper. I called to see what would cause that and was laughed at. I asked if they even care to have me come by so they can look at it and laughed some more. Guess Ill pay another shop to fix it and write every bad review I possibly can. I wasnt expecting it to be fixed for free. Getting laughed at though seriously? Arturo calls back to work this out and asked why Im so upset. Being laughed at isnt the best way to treat a customer.
