Motospa Car Wash in Castle Rock is a fabulous facility to go to if you want professional car washing, detailing and oil/lube service to your vehicle. The staff is highly professional and courteous, the facility is well kept, and the in and out time is pretty expedient. Also, if you get a lube service, you are given a receipt for four free car washes. How awesome is that. Personally, I have had no bad experiences compared to others who gave bad or mediocre reviews. I encourage others to come here for great service.

Motospa did a great job detailing. I will definitely come back! The only reasons I didnt give 5 stars was because their was unnecessary confusion when I dropped of my car despite having an appointment and my weather tech mats being excessively oily such that they were slippery.

This place has really gone downhill! I have been going to this place for 2 years now but the last couple times Ive gone its been horrible. Today I took two of my vehicles there and paid to get just the interiors cleaned.($30 per car.) Now I understand this isnt a full blown detail job so I shouldnt expect such but when they dont even clean up or wipe down the simplest of areas, its pretty frustrating. I sent one of the cars back for a second cleaning after noticing it was done poorly the first time and they literally didnt do anything I pointed out to get corrected. I wouldve sent the car back for a third cleaning but didnt want to embarrass my wife so we just left. Definitely wont be returning.

Paid $40 for inside/outside clean. Headrests not wiped, back door facings not wiped, trunk (suv) windows and facings not wiped… vacuum in trunk area poor at best.Tried to call and speak to manager and was told he wasn’t here. He was… had to return (yet another trip) just to get service completed.

Pretty disappointed. We just got back from a long road trip so I wanted to get the car super clean. I paid for the premium interior/exterior service (40 dollars), and when I got home realized the bugs I had destroyed on the trip were still on the front of the car (was able to wipe them off manually) and that the “premium” interior wipe down apparently didn’t mean that the spots that were wiped down would be actually clean. Cup holders were still dirty, console was still dirty, and vents still had dust in them.The vacuuming was fine, but I could have done that myself for a few quarters. Overall disappointed and don’t think I’ll be using the services here again.

I’ve been going to Moto spa forever and even had a membership. I went to get my truck washed which they have washed multiple times since owning it and they stated that they would not let me through due to my tire size. I explained that I had been through the car wash for years, same truck, same tires, same membership and I didn’t understand the problem. The clerk asked the manager and the manager told the clerk to “not let me through and I was to exit the line”. I once again explained and stated that I didn’t not understand as I have been through the car wash multiple times, same truck, same tires and that nothing had changed. I was asked to exit the line and that the manager was not letting me through. No manager came out to explain.

They did the wipe down twice and I still could have done a better job with what I had at home. Save your $30 and go somewhere else or clean it yourself. 2 stars instead of 1 because they did a 1 out of 5 star job twice. Car still needs vacuuming and cleaning when I get home.

I have been going here for years and love this place. I have 6 cars and every time I take them here they are clean when I get them back. The women and men who dry the cars do a fantastic job!!!! Looks like my car gets detailed every time a get them done.

Gotta say the quality has come waaaaaay down.....and the prices have gone up??!! I have the monthly deal & planning to cancel it. Just stopped in with the wifes cherokee and got the inside/out premium for $40 & the vehicle is still filthy. This place used to be top notch. Not so much anymore. 😕

I think this place is a great value for quick car wash. $30 unlimited and that includes once a month interior cleaning. For detailing, I wasn’t as impressed.

I took my car here tonight and paid 40 for the premium wash. I had everything out of my car including car seats to ensure things were cleaned. They did not clean anything, really just sprayed water in the car and left everything a soaking mess. I would not recommend this place.

I paid for the extra service to get my mostly-clean car especially clean to put new carpets and covers in. They were fast, but that might be the issue. They took care of many of the instantly-visible areas to an average level, but neglected other areas and spots that collect huge amounts of garbage (for example, between the seats or the entire trunk). I am disappointed in how much I need to do myself still and will try another place instead.

Good quick auto wash service. Inside car detailing also good. Both services result in a respectable job done. I use services approximately once a month and plan to continue to do so.

I like this full service car wash. You can purchase a single wash or you can pay a monthly flat fee and wash your car twice a day if you like. It has an up to date modern soft car wash, wipe down service if you like, does oil changes, and an auto detail service. Its a good full service auto cleaning center and the monthly rate is reasonable if you like clean cars

Would not recommend getting your car serviced here. Took my Ford Focus in for an oil change and they ended up changing the transmission fluid. Had to take my car to the dealership a few weeks later because my car wasn’t running normally and turns out they used the wrong transmission fluid. I called the car wash and told them this and was told the manager would call but I still have not heard back from the manager. Luckily the dealership was able to fix everything before any permanent damage but I won’t be taking my car back for any kind of service or wash.

You get what you pay for, ok for a quick clean

I have a membership and will be canceling. I’ve given them several tries and each time has been terrible. Everything get put back soaking wet. If there is any trash they leave it. They didn’t even clean my back row and hardly wiped anything down.

I made an appointment on Tuesday 9/8 for Wednesday the 9th. When I took the car in there was one car in the shop. Within about 30 minutes that car was gone and then I proceeded to wait for two hours while I watched every employee talk and joke around just outside the garage with no cars in the garage. I had to then Uber to another car so I could get to an appointment. I called A little before they were closing to see if the car was finished or when it would be. They told me maybe by three the next day. The guy who took my keys refused to make eye contact with me during the near three hours that I sat there while not one of them did any particular task. Completely wasted day. I went back to just get my car because I would rather give someone else the business and found a better option. When I came back no one would help me while I stood at the desk so I just walk behind it myself and grabbed my key. Besides that, their price was also $100 more the other option nearby. I have owned multiple businesses in my life and still own a few. There’s no one out there that could dare say that I am a hothead or quick to fire. However, if I owned this business and observed, I would’ve immediately fired everyone on the spot. If the owner happens to read this, I am happy to share my experience directly with you.

Have used Motospa during the cold months for the past couple of years. The monthly package with unlimited car washing and 1 full detail really helps keep my vehicle clean. I usually see the same workers there working really hard for their customers.

I took my car to be cleaned today. I had the weather strip from my car door come off and I have not been able to attach it back myself and these guys put it back without asking and it was not something i expected, so thank you so much .

Excellent customer service! During the oil change it was determined that the company who had performed the previous oil change cross threaded the oil cap and it broke upon removing it. On a Sunday they found a replacement part and even had one of their employees drive to Elizabeth to pick it up. Thank you for the service, we will be back!

Im not sure what they use in the way of water and soap but Ive noticed that for the last several months that Ive had my car washed, I can immediately detect a smell, almost like theyre using dirty sewer water to wash the cars. Its anything but clean water to say the least. Let me be more clear...I recently bought a brand new vehicle. You know that new vehicle smell. Yeah, after having my new car washed just a few minutes ago, its gone and has been replaced with a dirty and musty odor that I have to get rid of...I plan on canceling my membership tomorrow.

The car comes out of the wash still dirty with spots all over the window. I had the monthly plan. I now go to Meadows car wash and the car actually comes out of the wash clean and spot free. I’m so glad we have choices now. Back in the day this place was the only game in town.

We’ve had our cars washed here for several years. I would say we have been overall very happy with the service we get. Sometimes we do feel like the car wash only has half the waxes and polishes working and the cars need a good wipe down and wax once we get home but other times the finished product looks amazing. But overall very happy with the experience

Worst car wash ever didn’t take off the dirt and left water spots everywhere

Not very professional and definitely not thorough. The workers do not understand English, had to catch one guy that almost tore my mirror off my truck because he didn’t know how to Operate them. There was water all over the interior, food crumbs left in the door handles on the seat in under the seats. There were water spots on the windshield and I still have bug guts on the front grill. I also had to go through the car wash twice to get the dirt off the truck. I won’t be back.I will need to re-detail my truck when I get home. $40 wasted!!

I tried this service for 1-month, paid $40 level and they didnt provide even the $30 service. Most of the washes didnt have soap(triple foam) and then a few of them did but didnt wash it off leaving a layer of soap on the car. The blowers were inconsistent, one side would dry all the other was wet, and vice versa. When talking to management about issues they admitted to issues with their equipment, but never followed up and never called me back when I kept complaining. I would not recommend coming here if you care about your car.

They provide a fairly affordable membership that allows you to get a car wash for an unlimited amount of times and one detailing per month. Detailing isn’t the best but you are only paying $40 per month so it reflect what you’re paying for.

On a subscription plan and can wash the car as often as I like. Everyday if I want to. Theyll also do one inside and out clean once a month in addition to the car washes. Helps keeping the car looking great!

Go there often but last time my antenna came off. Jason has been great to work with and hope to have it fixed this week

Great for getting your car washed but Id avoid for servicing. Last time I had my oil changed there it was concerningly fast. Took my car to another place for the next oil change and not only was my air filter installed upside down but the wrong oil filter was used.

I went to here on 1/30/18 and wanted a car wash. I then realized they could detail the inside of my car so I asked if they could add that on. When I went in to ask, a gentleman approached me about getting an oil change. I normally go to the same place for my oil changes but decided to give them a shot. About 40 minutes later I was told my car was all done. I went out to my car to discover they didnt do the inside and didnt do the towel dry either that I paid additional for. I then had to run around trying to find the correct person to talk to. They told me they would run my car through the wash again and get it taken care of. Well because of that my car got pushed to the back of the line and I had to wait another hour. I then told the man after waiting another hour that I was upset that I paid for everything and they acted like it would be no big deal to add on these services, then they messed up and now I am having to wait. He then has the RUDE manager come out. The Manager doesnt want to listen to what I was trying to say and just says ok we will through in a free interior clean next time. My car was finally done and I left.I since have been going to school full time and leaving before sunrise and getting back before sunset so I didnt notice all these oil stains on my drive way. M husband beet me home on 2/8/18 and thats when he noticed all these stains in the driveway. When I got home he looked at my car and noticed that the filter wasnt tightened and so my care had been leaking oil this whole time and is right at the add line. I called and left a voicemail stating that I wanted a manager to call me ASAP and I want a refund. I never got a call back. They are lucky that my husband caught it in time. NOT HAPPY AND WOULD NEVER THIS PLACE!!! Not worth going here. Will never return and plan on telling everyone I know not to go here.

Took my wifes car here for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I paid for the 2nd from the highest level package ($30) and they didnt even clean or vacuum the inside. Had to return and complain to the manager who wouldnt even acknowledge that his workers did a horrible job, tried to convince me I got what I paid for - last time I will ever go here. Much better car wash spots in south Denver metro to spend $30 and actually get a clean car.

LAWSUIT!! We went thru in our brand new truck, it threw us off track twice, got stuck and the second time our front tire went thru the drainage grate and we fell into the trench! We were teetering in the track SIDEWAYS for over 30 minutes while the staff had to come jack our truck out of the trench! Our front bumper was damaged, it pushed the car behind us into our rear end, damaging their car also -- *But now the manager is denying it ever happened!* As if were making it up! There was a line of cars in front and behind us, half dozen of his own staff who witnessed the accident and had to get us out from being trapped in the car wash. Plus our car was full of kids who are now traumatized!

Take our vehicles regularly for exterior washes. Even the cheap $10 wash does the job. Recently, my wife took her 2012 Toyota Sienna in to be detailed inside and out. This things was full-on soccer mom dirty. It came back looking like new. I am not kidding. Totally amazed. Thank you Motospa--you do great work!

Today, the team at Mobile One didnt even charge as much as estimated because they found the transmission fluids could wait until my next visit. This place ROCKS! I cannot express how awesome this place is! Last time I came here I got a full synthetic oil change and a new air filter! From entrance to exit it took 15 minutes!! They mean it when they say express! Today I got a car wash and interior cleaning. What an amazing job. My car was trashed! I feel so bad for the gentlemen cleaning it! They did a great job and deserved a huge tip! I continue to be impressed every time I come here and I can’t say that about many places! I see why they call it a motoSPA because I really feel pampered!

Folks washing or detailing the cars are very hard working people. Also, this place might be your best bet in castle rock area as far as car washes are concerned. Definitely recommended.

Loyal customer at the oil change rack and auto car wash. Car detail shop for those inclined. I am a road warrior so I have too much in the car to have a staff worry about keeping the interior clean. Those are the good things. for those who dont want to hear nit-picking please stop reading.The auto car wash does a fair job. Today was the first day I asked to go through twice. Brake dust on the wheels and gravel could still be seen in the wheel wells. Told the person at the register then also told the employee at the entrance, in English and Spanish, about the brake dust. Its dust. Its in the name, Brake Dust. The machine doesnt clean it, even after two trips through. But the new light show is very pretty. Came home and hand-washed the car.The mechanic at the lube rack broke the dipstick and cover for the transmission. Had to buy a new one and I had to use vise-grips to extricate the old one.

Love bringing my fleet and personal vehicles here. Oil, tires rotated and 4 free washes. I’d give 5 stars, but the last two times I’ve been, first time oil filter was loose. Made a mess of my undercarriage and driveway. You guys cleaned under the truck and checked it after I tightened it up. But this last time same good service but I was over 1 gallon low on wiper fluid. It’s like my fluids didn’t even get checked. I had to buy a gallon of wiper fluid the day after my oil change. Hopefully this can be changed to 5 stars moving forward. I will try once more before giving up. Otherwise, grease guys were great, fast and very friendly.

Had an accident going through their car wash they either dont have insurance or dont want to use it would not recommend this car wash if you use it be sure nothing happens to your car The problem was that there was no instruction, Two of us in the car with windows up. No one said anything to us. The owner can say what he wants. He was not there! Why would he offer to send us to a body shop if he wasnt responsible. The bottom line is the issue. BE CAREFUL PUBLIC!HE OBVIOUSLY HAD NEW PEOPLE WORKING THAT DAY AS MY MOTHER AND I HAD NO INSTRUCTIONS FROM ANYONE. FIRST AND LAST TIME THROUGH. WINDOWS UP THE WHOLE TIME.

Great car wash. They do a pretty good job detailing your car. Sometimes it does take a lot longer than you would expect it to take; otherwise it is so worth going here to get your car nice and clean.

This place needs cleaned up. Very dirty inside and out, weeds overgrown, broken chairs, broken railings and signs. Used to love going, since conveniently located but its embarrassing how run down theyve become.

Weve had the unlimited wash package since the beginning of March, and Im so glad we got it! Its nice to be able to just zip in and out of the car wash whenever we happen to be going by. The once a month detail is really nice as well. I love having a car that is now always clean, for such a great deal.

I have been going here for years. I will not go back after my experience this week. My premium car wash took an hour and fifteen minutes. The cleaning process is flawed. Cars that arrive after you can be done before you based on how fast the workers are in the line you chose. They need to establish a first in first out process. I explained the situation to the person working behind the counter and he stated there was no manager on site. I was instructed to call the next day to talk to a manager, I did, and was told they could not locate the manager? They took a message and I never received a call back. Poor customer service. A simple car cleaning should not take over an hour. It has never taken that long in the past and they were not extraordinarily busy. Workers were taking coffee breaks. Guess that is to be expected since there was no supervision on site. I do not have time to wait that long for car cleaning, I could have done it myself at that point. If it is going to be that long (normally I wait around half an hour) you might want to inform customers. Very disappointed and I will not be returning since I don’t have that kind of time to waste because the business set up is poor.

Love this place! Oil change was super fast, car wash is great. Great customer service and my 7 year old was super happy about the popcorn in the lobby. Will definitely come here from now on!

This car wash smells terrible and makes the interior of your car smell awful! It’s an intrusive sulfur smell and we’ve called and told the manager and it’s just getting worse. I’m cancelling my membership because this is unacceptable.

Great car wash, on the outside. But way too long for full interior. Im a monthly customer and it takes 45 minutes to get through the inside and out. I have to think twice every time. They need more help.

Very nice place! I went in to get a couple dings in my windshield repaired and was greeted by Gio, the young man at the front desk. He did a fantastic job on repairing my windshield! Ill definitely be recommending you guys to my friends.

Being a woman I don’t claim to know anything about cars. I went in for an oil change, they offered me two different options but didn’t bother to explain the difference between either one. Receptionist/cashier was very short with me. However, I got in at a great time and was literally in and out within 20 minutes. Very fast service, not great customer service.

Motospa is definitely stepping up their game. New lobby and the people they have there are super friendly. I like the guy in the Lube department. Funny but professional and he doesnt try and oversell me a bunch of crap.

We moved here from Phoenix and looked for a good car wash in town. I read the reviews, some good and some bad and figured Id give them a shot. This place is great. Better than the one we used to go to before we moved. Cant imagine what some people must expect.

Repaired my window chip quickly and with attention to detail. Will come back for other small items to be fixed. Clean waiting room. Kids loved the free popcorn.

Need an oil change? No need for an appointment. They are super quick. They have plenty of seating in their lobby, where you can wait while your car is being worked on. They also have a vending machine, free coffee and sometimes popcorn.

So frustrated, love the place normally. Busted my butt to get over for a full clean as I have the VP coming in tomorrow and they closed early, I know because I watched my phone all the way. The cones were put infornt if he entrance early as well. There was a guy closing the door, I waved at him and he smiled and closed the roll up door. SOL tonight.

Best place in town to get a car wash. There is a person there to pressure wash the front and back of the car as the automated part of the car was does not do the full job. The brushes have a tendency to bend out my front plate, but so do other car washes. With each oil change you get about 5 complimentary car washes.

Called for auto glass replacement and didnt get a call back for few days. So went with another vendor. Car wash is decent and conveniently located however

Had to stop going here because their water smells like sewage.

You have to take the bad with the good. The lube shop is fast and theres never a wait, but you will be hard sold on upgraded services that are too expensive to begin with. Other lube shops in the area are less expensive but there is rarely an opportunity to just walk in.
