I would highly recommend Michaels Body Shop to anyone in need of auto body work. I had a small fender bender with a gas station pole that displaced my front bumper. Some of the plastic from underneath the bumper was hitting the tires and the ground. Peter, answered my call, had me send over pictures of the damage. He was able to get my car looked at the same day! I came in to see if they could just make it drivable/safe and Michael (Mike) himself looked at my car and helped reattach the front bumper. He and his mechanics also helped by cutting the plastic trim that was hitting the tire…all free of charge! This was incredibly generous of them as I cared more about functionality and safety over cosmetics. They were also able to give me more insight on additional work my car might need but weren’t pushy about me having any work done immediately. They simply told me to give them a call when I was ready. Overall it was a great and generous experience, customer service was great, and I will definitely be going back for all my auto work needs.

Peter checked us in, asked all the questions about what we needed to have done and our expectations. Our first impressions weren’t wrong, Peter was very thorough, professional and courteous. We had regular updates as to the progress being made on the vehicle until it’s completion. When picking up the vehicle, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work that was done. They took the time to explain everything they did and why.Only two weeks later, due to a snowdrift, a piece of the plastic from around my tire rim broke off. There was no doubt that I would take my vehicle back to Michael’s autobody. Knowing we were paying privately, every effort was made to find the best price for us on the new piece. What a refreshing difference from so many other auto body shop experiences.Everybody from the woman behind the counter to Michael himself are professional, courteous and personable.When given the option, I will always return to Michael’s auto body and anytime I get the opportunity I will definitely refer people to the shop.

Im changing my stance with Michaels, shortly after my review, the owner called me and had me scheduled to get these repairs immediately. Turns out Gieko is the main issue here, but after the shop owner showed true respect and honor in his business I cant do anything but show that same respect back. Man should have pride in his company, Michaels is an honorable business.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Promises made are promises kept. The process is transparent: you know what you are going to get and at what price. And they stand behind their work, 100%. I have dealt with the local dealers for my Mercedes and the service Michaels delivers makes them look like minor leaguers!

I brought my 2019 Hyundai Elantra here for hail damage and got it back yesterday. We looked over it before we went in and paid. It was covered in dust and dirt as well as having a spider web on it from the passage side mirror to another vehicle. When we looked over the vehicle we noticed paint on the window sill (they did fix it when we told them about it). I also noticed my low tire pressure was on. When I told them about it a guy told me to go to a tire shop to get them rotated and that “it should fix it”. We told the front desk guy and they told them to actually take the car and fill the tires with air. They came back from filling the tires and told me they put air in the tires. “One of the tires are low but they don’t know which one it was and it should go away by the time I drive down the road.” Well it didn’t. So today, me and my husband went to the gas station to air the tires, and we noticed the tire valve cap was missing! We ordered new valve caps and the tire pressure warning is now gone.It’s been a day later after writing this review and the owner contacted me to make things right. I really appreciate it and will definitely be coming back! The work the did was great.

Horribly awful experience. I went through them because I was hit and needed my vehicle repaired. My older car was most likely totaled and they would not be getting to work on it, so what did they do? they didnt do anything to help me because they knew that they wouldnt be making money off of it. Which is just horrible customer service. They basically lied and said they would send the estimates and documents needed to State Farm, but they never did. so I spent weeks of calling them and having my claim agent ask them for the documents and they always said they would send them and never did. All of this is happening as I am heading back to college and will only be in the state a few more days and now I have to change shops because they dont want to do anything to help me. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here because they only care if they are gonna make a lot of $$$ off of you!

Thank you to the entire Michaels Auto Body. Michaels was able to put a brand new Tundra front end complete with custom headlights on a 2007. We are extremely please with the work, however, I am most please with Michaels warranty, to this point we have been able to overcome each of the obstacles and Michael was very pleasant in working through them, even with a smile on his face. Context: I didnt get service done at Michaels because I ordered my own grill, I didnt have them order the part I needed. Sounds fair, nothing bad there. . Im leaving the review for critical feedback on the receptionist, hoping it can change things up for the better.I didnt feel served I felt rushed and neglected. After putting me on hold for 6+ minutes I hung up called back and got hurried thru the sales process. I didnt feel the call was handled in a professional manner or with empathy / care for my needs. I hope this helps and because of your already good reputation Im leaving 3 stars vs 1.As a potential client this is a bit of a concern and wouldnt make me feel like coming back if I needed body work.

Great place! Excellent service! Cant recommend enough! I broke my rear window Friday night and called it in on Saturday. Even though the glass guy doesnt work weekends, they were able to order the glass and set up the appointment for Monday. They also offered to crash wrap my car right away on Saturday free of charge, so my car would be safe from the elements and be street-legal. There was a slight miscommunication on the details of picking my car up on Monday evening after it was done, but the glass guys were kind enough to drive my car out to me the next morning in such a timely manner I was still able to get to work on time! Very impressed. Not to mention, it was the most inexpensive quote I received when calling around to other places.

Was rear ended and brought 2019 Genesis G90 with 10000 miles for this simple repair had used them before. They did not place a piece a chrome on properly. I agreed to take the car while they ordered the part. Three weeks later still no chrome. Called Genesis and found out the part is not backed ordered and takes two days to get. They also left an emblem in between my seats, did they drive my car to get parts?! Sorry to say but now I will have to dispute the charges and maybe they will fix my car properly.

I had been rear-ended, and Michaels Auto Body out together an estimate and also worked with the other insurance company to make sure my car got fixed. They kept me in the loop as to where my car was in process every step of the way. Very kind, courteous, and professional staff. Overall a good experience, though I wouldnt go get rear-ended just to do it again!

I used this shop because it was “Geico Guaranteed” it was warranted and they made it sound so easy.I brought my Mercedes here after being hit - the bumper should have been replaced but since it’s Geico Guaranteed - they “repaired it” even with the stress fractures etc. It turns out they’re guaranteed to save Geico money. I mentioned there was a window scratch - they didn’t put into the claim. Acted like somehow this was my fault.Now my vehicle has a scratched window, a mismatched bumper and the shop is unwilling to make it right. Having worked in the car industry for sometime this is appalling to me. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Michaels ordered a new windshield and installed it in my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500.Excellent facility, the employees are professional and the glass was installed with no problem. Passing through Castle Rock, Colorado on my way to Colorado Springs I got stuck in the middle of a blizzard. I slid off the interstate twice. Once into a jersey barrier in the center of the freeway. The jersey barrier did a number on the plastic fender flare and bumper cover on my Jeep Liberty. After safely making it off of the interstate to a nearby hotel I stopped a assess the damage on my Jeep. I removed the damaged fender flare and fender liner, that were now dragging, in hopes of continuing my journey south. I was concerned that the newly exposed brake line, that was once held in place by the fender liner, would rub against the tire as I traveled. I stopped in to Micheal’s Auto Body, which was right next to the hotel I stopped at for the night, to ask for help. Their staff was wonderful! Very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a couple of zip ties to secure the brake line safely away from the exposed tire. I was able to continue my journey south with no issues and was able to make a very important dead line. As I head back to Denver in the coming days I plan to visit Michael’s again to have the much needed repairs done to my Jeep. Their staff is incredible!!

We brought our vehicle in to fix quite a bit of damage on the front end. The process took a while - nearly 8 weeks - and we werent necessarily happy with the communication and had a concern with a part. However, at the end of the day, Michaels - and Michael himself - provided outstanding customer service and truly went above and beyond to resolve all issues. I dont typically write reviews, but I felt like I needed to in this case. Michaels is a bustling, busy place, and things might take time, but theres a reason why they have so many 5-star reviews. If we need auto body or glass work in the future, wed certainly return.

We had great experience with Michael’s Auto Body shop. They were friendly, honest, and fast. They worked well with our Geico insurance and quickly got us a rental. They even accepted our little puppy as a VIP guest. We definitely recommend.

Wish I could give more. The damage I came to the shop with was fixed, and fixed well. The issue is I now have driver rear side paint and wheel well damage that they do not want to take responsibility for. I dropped off my truck on a Monday night drop. They moved my truck to a different area and squeezed it in-between other cars. They did not wash it or check it in until noon on Wednesday, which their pictures reflect the damage (because it happened when they stuffed it in diagonally in a different area). I am disappointed that a family owned Castle Rock company doesnt want to take any responsibility for the damage. Trying to convince me its my fault and that I am trying to take advantage of them is beyond my understanding. Front desk representative was perhaps the most non-communicative and gruff, bordering disrespectful, person I have come across in Castle Rock since moving here in 2005. If you take your vehicle there...take your own time stamped pictures FIRST. Otherwise you are going to be told too bad, so sad.

I have had my car repaired by Michaels twice the first time I was told I would have my car back in 5 days I called in after the time and they pushed it back another week and so on until a whole 5 weeks I understand that there are delays but 5 weeks is a lot more than 5 days. I chose to go back to Michael’s because of the quality of the job and I saw that they were significantly less busy than the first time I went when I dropped my car off they told me it would take 1 week its been 2 weeks and they never offered me a loaner vehicle when I called this morning they said I could pick it up around 4-4:30 and it just needed to be painted but when I called at 4 they told me I had to wait until the next day at 4 and that it still needed to be assembled when over the phone they told me all that was left was painting I’m upset because of how often I was told a new time when my car would be ready.

Then my sons mirror was torn off and they helped find the mirror at the best possible price. They saved me $100’s of dollars. And to top it off my sons door handle broke. Michael replaced it for me and didn’t charge me for the work. Leah Dutton is AMAZING! She kept me up to date and coordinated schedules to work around my time. She placed all the orders for the work that needed to be done and kept me up to date on every detail. I will never go anywhere else for any work to my cars.

Due to a very distracted teen, my 2017 Suburban Premier was rear-ended at 45-50mph (while at a dead-stop). The impact also pushed it into the receiver hitch of a truck stopped in front of me. Thus, my Suburban suffered both front and rear damage (far more severe in the back). I picked Michaels based upon reviews - and feel it was a good decision. While the repair took a good bit of time (GM strike hampered getting some larger parts), Michaels kept me current on the status with weekly text message and major effort updates. When done, they gave me the truck for a couple of weeks to allow me to identify niggling little things I wanted refined. They took care of these niggles quickly and correctly. My truck looks and drives as good as it did prior to the accident. Could not ask for any more from a body shop. Highly recommend.

They do a great job on cars but overall they take a lot of time. My car was in two accidents (a year apart), one requiring back repair and one requiring front repair. They took a while to get a hold of for me to bring my car. Nonetheless they ended up keeping my car for 6-7 weeks both times. Both repairs were meant to take two to three weeks. Contacting them was the hardest and could never get a call answered within the mid morning/early afternoon.

Peter and Lea were great. I had a feeling insurance was not coming in with a proper estimate of work. Peter broke everything down and came in with another $2400 in repairs. They handled the communication with the insurance adjuster and made the experience a good one.

Recently had a wreck. They texted me with updates every step of the way. They were able to give me a vehicle to use while we waited on repairs, and they even cleaned up the (admittedly less-than-perfect) interior. I will definitely use them and recommend them for any future car repair.

I went to Michaels to have a power window that had jump out of its track fixed as a walk-in customer and they had it repaired before I was able to eat a quick breakfast across the street at McDonalds. Amazingly, they didnt charge me a dime even though they didnt know me from Adam! The Dealership probably would have needed the car for day, and charged me $100! Friendly with great customer service for sure.

Professional, fast, and an all around fantastic experience

We have taken two autos to michael dent repair and we have been extremely happy with the service and repair. Peter was very helpful with our last issue and I would definitely refer Michael to do any repairs necessary in a professional and timely manner.

I began with getting three estimates and asking Julie a bunch of questions. Julie was extremely helpful and took the time to answer my questions and ensure that I thoroughly understood her answers. We had a bumper replaced with an OEM bumper and the paint color matched the remainder of the bumper better than our first bumper did. An excellent result and completed in two days. Then within 24 hours the bumper was rubbed up against a shopping cart holder. After a phone call and five minutes back ate the shop, Michael and another gentleman had the bumper looking just like it did when I picked the vehicle from the bumper replacement. Of course, no additional charge for the additional superior service. I would highly recommend Michaels Auto Body and Glass.

I went in for a quote on some minor stuff and they took great care of me! The ladies at the front really know their stuff, are very helpful, and have amazing customer service. I would highly recommend

Michaels did an amazing job from the moment I drove onto the lot. I had just been in an accident in a vehicle that was literally just a few months old. I parked, stepped into the lobby and Peter took it from there. They made me feel comfortable with the entire process, kept me informed on each step that my car was in and so on. I can’t say enough about the customer service and level of compassion they all took. They even provided me a “fun” loaner when my insurance cut me off on the rental. I don’t plan on seeing them again but I would highly recommend Michaels Auto Body to everyone!

Headlights were out of wack. Called around to see what it would cost to have them adjusted. Called Michaels and they said to bring it in, well take care of you, no charge. Was able to get it in that day. Also pointed out and made me aware of some things about my vehicle that I was unaware of in the process. Great customer service. Need to mention that this was not a big ticket job. Shops I called said around $50. However, they understand that it is not always about the $. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I have used Michaels Auto Body for several big and small repairs. They have always given top notch customer service and done fantastic work. If you are using insurance, they will act as advocates for the best repair possible. Recently I went in for a mirror repair, not only did they take the time to locate a used part, but they showed me how to install it! Would not go anywhere else.

They are great to work with. Very good customer service. Have recommended them already and it has been 1 mo since my car was with them.

As a long time customer of Michaels Auto, I would not trust my body repairs or paint to anyone else. They have always been fair in their pricing, quick to return my vehicles and a tremendous quality of work completed. If you are in South Denver I would check these guys out for a job well done!

If I had the skills, Id make Michael a super hero cape, he really is that awesome! I walked in close to closing time, Michael looked at my issue (which I thought was MAJOR), fixed it on the spot, and let me know that another repair I thought I needed wasnt essential. I expected huge inconvenience and cost, he made it simple and easy. Amazing customer service and great work. Thanks!!
