I’m so incredibly happy with the job they did. My truck looks awesome, and I get compliments on it ALL the time. They were very easy to work with in designing the project and very creative. The price was fantastic. I’ve had it for about 6 weeks now. The wrap looks like it will last for years. I’m I honestly amazed with how perfectly it was applied around all edges and curves and separate pieces of the truck. It’s quite astonishing. The wrap is on every single panel, even the roof. It is a white truck but you can’t tell! It’s not only great advertising but also superior protection for the original paint on the new truck, so when I take the full wrap off to sell it, I’m expecting it to look new! I recommend Big Dog Wraps to everyone who comments on the truck. Thanks for such a great product and service!

I have to admit that I cant remember the exact amount of vehicles Big Dog has done for us. It is either 4 or 5. That should say it all right? We have gone back 5 times for 5 different vehicles to be wrapped. The process this time was longer than the other vehicles. I believe this to be because this wrap was on our bus. This longer process did stress me out more until we finally came out with an accepted layout. Look, they are busy because they are so good. So I did have to wait longer than usual to get in there, but once they had the bus they completed the job in 5 days. The wrap itself is great. They always come up with great layouts and utilize the photos that I have to personalize the design. In a larger project you expect some hiccups, yes we had them, but we were able to communicate and resolve. Quality work for a reason price. I could of had my vehicles done in Colorado Springs, but I keep going to Castle Rock, because they are worth the trip. As a business they cant please everyone, but for this customer, you can count me as pleased. Another job well done.

I have done a fair amount of research on wraps, after reviewing several companies and even going to in-person estimates, I selected Big Dog Wraps. I did this because I felt that they would do the best job, the price was reasonable and I felt like they were really in tune with what I wanted to achieve.I have other trucks, concrete pumps, etc that I want to bring to them so that I can unify our brand. This is the group to do it.I consistently always hear about our new wrapped truck, so I know it is working. It is working so well that I will be doing future projects in the near future with this group.

My only complaint is that it has been a month or two since we received our bus. Immediately we found places of the wrap peeling. We called them. They came down and applied an sealant. Places were missed, we sent them pictures, they said that they would be down the next day. That has been over a month ago. I have left messages and have sent pictures and still they have not come or returned the messages. After 4 or 5 vehicles with them I was expecting more.

Big Dog Wraps are the best in the industry here in CO.We are a business that have had 4 other company vehicles wrapped by other pros however I knew I needed a better option for our new company Jeep.I had read that Jeeps are among the hardest vehicles to wrap due to all the removable parts.This guys Nailed It without making a big deal about it!!!!Big Shout out to Jon one of the graphic designers, to Chad one of the sells reps and specially to the team of wrap Specialists!!!Could not been happier with the new wrap we got and looking forward for a long business relationship for our future company vehicles.Thanks Big Dogs

Don’t even know where to begin. The wrap they did was awful, the wrap isn’t tucked on the doors they just cut straight lines, which started coming up within the first week. No disassembly was done to lights, mirrors, grille, every chance to cut corners on their work they did.They said it would take 2-3 days, they had my vehicle for 10 days!! I’m the one who had to call/text them for updates. They were short with me and rude every time I reached out to see what the progress was!Worst of all they said they would add on for free a protective film over the wrap, it wasn’t applied. I specifically told them to wrap the fender flares, they didn’t wrap them and put them back on the truck using nails and screws because they lost the mounting hardware for the brackets! They broke my windshield wiper cleaner sprayer, my power locks didn’t work from something they messed up!Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible quality of work. They lie and don’t listen to their customers. How they are in still business is amazing, this is a complete joke of a establishment from the ground up!! No dignity or respect for anything!

Big show in wanting to do work. Not so much when you change your mind! I put half down on some work, a year + later Im still trying to get back my deposit - work done! Ive faced homelessness for 5 months and still 0 compassion. I have not been able to work in over a year, 0 compassion. They cant cut me a check because the owner is in Jamaca??? I DONT CARE!! GET WITH IT LITTLE DOG!!

I absolutely love the wrap they did on my car.I have had them tint multiple vehicles for myself and family, they have done wraps for myself, another family member and they have wrapped some commercial vehicles for a business I used to be a part of.They have always done a great job and the one time there was an issue with a product they took care of it immediately.I have recommended them to multiple people for tinting and wraps and nobody has ever told me they were unhappy with their work.Thank you Justin!

The owner of this company justin Byrd is hands down the most unprofessional owner i have ever dealt with. From the customer service to the higher then average pricing i highly recomend not useing them . Very dishonest when we requested our design that we paid for i might add not only was a cloudy version of our design srnt yo us but it was sent in an encrypted file. That would not allow us to access the file after 48hrs. Absoloutly dishonest and unprofessional company highly recommend not useing them .

Justin and Blake did a fantastic job with little time. We needed a vehicle wrapped for sema and they were very accommodating to get it done and fix a few graphic errors on our part in addition. We had a great experience and the price was extremely fair. Cant recommended these guys enough. Very pleased.

I scheduled a appointment for last week. I even asked if I needed to make a deposit to get material ordered. That answer was no. Took the day off work. I drove from Greeley to Castle Rock using the toll road to avoid traffic in the early morning. Only to find out I never made it onto his schedule. I was told by Justin hed follow up and give me a discount. He took my number and 6 business days later I have not received a call or am email. Very unprofessional. Customer service is awful.

They did an awesome job on my home window tinting. Very happy with the result.
